Last night had the pleasure of celebrating my father's 60th birthday at All Star Lanes in Holborn, and I must say it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived until the time we left, everything was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. The ambiance of the restaurant was vibrant and inviting, creating the perfect atmosphere for a memorable celebration. The staff greeted us warmly upon arrival and promptly seated our group. Their friendly and attentive service throughout the evening was commendable, ensuring that we had everything we needed to make the occasion special. What truly sets All Star Lanes apart is its unique combination of a bowling alley and a restaurant. It provided an exciting and interactive experience for everyone, regardless of age or skill level. The state-of-the-art bowling lanes were well-maintained, and the equipment was in excellent condition. We enjoyed countless rounds of bowling, which added an extra layer of fun and laughter to the evening. The food here was nothing short of outstanding. The menu offered a wide variety of American/grill food. Each dish we ordered was expertly prepared, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. The portions were generous, ensuring that everyone left fully satisfied. Special mention must be given to the attentive staff who accommodated our requests and provided excellent recommendations. Throughout the night, we were consistently impressed by the level of professionalism and attention to detail exhibited by the entire staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our celebration was flawless, from the personalized decorations on our table to the surprise birthday dessert they arranged for my dad. Their genuine enthusiasm and dedication made us feel valued and well taken care of. Overall, our experience at All Star Lanes was nothing short of extraordinary. The combination of exciting bowling, delicious food, and exceptional service made my father's 60th birthday celebration truly unforgettable. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a unique and memorable dining experience combined with bowling entertainment. We can't wait to return and create more cherished memories! Thank you to the entire team for making our celebration such a resounding success. Warm regards, David B.
1Star from me. The food service and the service of the manager Andrea are the underlying reasons. I had to chase my order of cheesy fries approx 10times with the bar man I ordered it from. He confirmed with me they were on its way. Interestingly, food did come out and was two portions of waffle fries. The order was truffle fries and cheesy fries. Clearly the order was wrong and was sent back. They corrected half by sending out truffle waffle fries. Where the waffle came from I don’t know. Anyway after all the chasing, the manager finally came over asked what was going on my side and rather than actually listening to my issue, his resolution was to view the security cameras to ensure two fries were delivered, only to come back to me and abruptly tell me two fries were delivered, the kitchen is closed, no refund no food as you got two fries! He then walked away. Well obviously we got two fries. They were wrong we sent them back. They only returned one correct order. Honestly I was absolutely appalled by this approach. Having not eaten the whole evening I was really looking forward to nibbling on some fries. What a complete downer to an evening. Rather go to the Westfield location next time. Better service and more food options locally.
Hands down - the worst service I have ever had in London. Arrived and the girl at the desk couldn't even be bothered to look up from her phone. Once she came back to reality, she guided us over to the restaurant for our booking prior to bowling. The restaurant. Please. 3 servers, 4 occupied tables. The girl working there was the only girl who clearly had hospitality training and knew what she was doing and thank god for her! The guy who took our order was mute and just nodded, even when pointing to what we wanted on the menu we had to confirm 3 times and then when the drinks arrived they were wrong. Food was nothing special and all dishes were garnished with cabbage/carrot or filled with it (tacos) which is disappointing as the menu really makes it all sound so delicious. When leaving, a guy we can only assume is the Manager was at the desk talking in Spanish/Portugese with members of the team with no interest of the guests stood there waiting to hand their shoes in. Service has completely slipped since I previously visited and wouldn't return or waste my money again. Avoid!
The food was the saving grace for our experience. We arrived two minutes late for our booking after our train was delayed and were greeted rather rudely before being told we would only have 27 minutes to complete our bowling in The Lounge. While in The Lounge, there was no-one working behind the bar so we went to ask for drinks and were told you could only get them in the restaurant. A few minutes later however a man came to take our order. When we asked for three diet cokes he asked, "Is that it?" before walking off. After our bowling, we had a booking at the restaurant as this is a requirement at the weekend so we walked along to the entrance only to be told we had to return to the main desk to be seated. Once we were seated, the service in the restaurant was quick and pleasant and our orders were taken promptly. The food was really nice and not badly priced so this somewhat made up for the prior service. All orders come with the service already added on which was not well received after the initial drinks experience. Overall, we are unlikely to return.
Really quite the disappointing experience if you go when it's busy. We visited on a Saturday night - therefore were forced to eat at the restaurant in order to bowl - and were told that we could book extra games once we arrived. When we arrived, we were told we weren't able to book any more games for the evening. We sat through some truly slow service and terrible food in their 'Kitchen' - including a steak that was burnt to a literal crisp. I can't stress enough just how mediocre and bland the food was. When we finally got to bowl, we were instantly greeted with a "HURRY UP" sign on our lane. We bowled at an average pace, and our one game was over before we'd finished our drink - around 13 minutes. For this privilege, we paid over £100 between the two of us. Staff are completely helpless. Would strongly advise against a visit.
Very disappointed with our experience here. We were regretfully 15 minutes late to our booking due to traffic and they pushed our booking back to 8pm. Not a problem. We get there and the staff are rushing us to start and seem annoyed when we asked to order drinks. One employee even huffed at my friend. The bowling is fine, nothing special and honestly a bit overpriced. As soon as the last person played we were kicked out and the next group was in. We didn’t even get to see the results properly up on the screen. Later on we came back for karaoke that we had booked. We would not have booked it if we had known that the bar would not be operating at all. Although the atmosphere and ambiance was nice, we did not feel welcome by the staff and our experience was thus very rushed.
Bowling games are good but with small issues. Before we started play, a lane developed an issue. Following this, my own lane had a ball issue - one less bell was coming on. Now seeing 2 issues happen in 30 mins tell me, this place frequently sees these problems. Additionally, they only allow you to book 1 game - which lasts 10 mins for one person. You really think people visit to play a single game ? That too of 10 mins? I would like the ability to book as many games as possible. Also they force you to have food if you want to play in peak hours. This sounds like a forced bundling to me. Should not be allowed. Guess this business is open for competition. Will see if there are other operators in the area which can provide better services.
Bar Experience and dining was very poor. Bartenders couldnt make drinks and cocktails were in very small glasses, with way too much ice. Few items of food were not available and the food that we had picked had no flavour or taste. Terrible food. Staff were too busy chatting away or conveniently walking off and ignoring our group to take any drink orders or eventually fixing the lane. A drink was spilled by a waitress which was replaced for free, but took about 40mins to get a replacement and even then one of our friends had to go and chase the bartender/waitress. We didn't feel that a service charge was worth the food, so politely declined it on the bill. Waitress rolled her eyes at us. Overall not a place I would recommend. Stay away.
I was expecting to find a larger bowling space, however, there are only 4 lanes which makes it look rather small (compared to other bowling centres I’ve been to). We were on a VIP package, with drinks and canapés, but bear in mind that only a limited variety of alcoholic drinks are included in the package so you need to pay for any drink that isn’t a part of the package. The staff is polite and quick to action things. The music in the bar area was quite loud at some point so if you want a place to chat I wouldn’t suggest the bar. Also make sure you write the names for the bowling game in clear capital letters as half of our group had wrong names on the digital board - perhaps due to my handwriting :-)
I had an unforgettable experience at All Star Lanes Holborn, thanks to Zena's exceptional customer service. Her kindness, knowledge, and enthusiasm made me feel valued and well taken care of. I highly recommend All Star Lanes, with Zena's outstanding service deserving a perfect 10/10 rating. During my visit, I indulged in a delicious Pina Colada, which was nicely sweet and refreshing. It perfectly complemented the vibrant atmosphere of the bowling alley. However, I found the wing BBQ sauce to be a bit too sickly for my taste. Perhaps a lighter and tangier option would provide a better balance of flavors. Nonetheless, the overall experience and Zena's impeccable service more than made up for it.
Terrible awful food. We came for bowling and lunch on my son’s 6th birthday. Waited over an hour for food and watched other tables that arrived after us get their food long before ours came. When it did arrive the mains came before the starters. All food was cold and very poor standard. The waiter made no attempt to apologise or explain. Kids fish goujons had a foul fishy taste, steak over cooked and cold, ribs cold chips were cold, coleslaw was sliced raw cold cabbage with little else. Even the drinks took 30 mins. This is about as far from the American dining experience we expected. Avoid avoid avoid. As I write this I am sat in McDonalds trying to salvage a rare family day out.
Easy to miss, downstairs. A place to drink, maybe have some food and have a good time. They have a bar area with loads of disco balls; the staff were friendly enough; so-so attentive. Prices are fine. The atmosphere was nice & friendly. Toilets were clean and tidy, and there's loads of space thankfully. I found out after bowling for the first time in years, that I suck. But this is meant to be a review. It's honestly just a nostalgic vibe as there's not much bowling around London. It's a comfy place and they have a decent selection of drinks and shakes (alcoholic if you prefer). Feels well priced on Mondays, especially after Covid
The place is so cool. Nice vibe, lovely music, bowling, spacious restaurant space but my favourite was definitely the bar. It is cosy and suitable for a chilling afternoon or à more formal function. The barman was a young gentleman called Courtney, he is so good at making cocktails, I ended up trying a cocktail I never had before: Lynchburg. It was so good I'm not sure Pina Colada is now my 2nd favourite. He was fast in making them, shaking them energetically, mixing the ingredients, they look so classy and they feel like a tast of the Caribbean. Best barman in town if you ask me!
We booked online the bowling the 1st game & attempted to book a second game too but never got a reply online from our enquiry, on arrival we were told we only had 20 mins to complete the game, we felt rushed & didn’t bother with drinks or food. We always have a couple of rounds of drinks & food when we bowl but the booking system, atmosphere & attitude of staff are poor here so we didn’t bother, a real shame as every other place we go bowling has a much better set up. Even the seating and lay out is poor. I really wouldn’t bother here, there are much places in all respects.
This is a classic example of an establishment trying to do "too much" with the menu. Burgers, pizza, wings, salads, whole host of sides. You name it- they've got it. The sad reality is the food comes out awfully because it's probably 2 people in the kitchen trying to manage everything that is being thrown at them. We had a table of 10. Everyone's food came out at different times, some food was inedible, some was cold. Why not strip back the menu and just try and get a couple things right rather than creating a substandard experience for everything that is served up?
We took advantage of the meal, cocktail and bowl deal. Upon arrival the staff were extremely polite and well organized. Everyone we dealt with (shout out below) explained everything clearly and catered for us very well. At the time of our arrival there was a 2for1 cocktail deal which is excellent to sample all on offer and the buckets of beer are a great deal too. Food wise we had no issues, everything was excellent and served in a timely manner. Big shout to the beautiful Kate (on reception), Jack, Antonio & Silvestru who looked after us during our visit.
If you wish to play bowling, do not play in here! They have bowling, but you will not enjoy it. The stuff are rude and not pleasant. Beware they limit your game to 10 minutes for a player (which cost £10), so you really need to rush your play. We couldn't even finish the drinks. And they won't bother to tell you that in the beginning. In addition, the lane we played wasn't leveled, which was really disturbing. And to add to all of this, the computer didn't calculate one of the Spares. ♂️ Avoid the place if you can.
If you're a bigger party, there's no way to find a space to seat near your lane. Luckily this time it was only the 2 of us. We booked a game for an end of the week, afternoon. Arrived on time, registration was quick. Before getting to our lane we ordered and paid for drinks (2 cocktails in total so no massive order). We needed to remind the staff twice about the drinks to finally receive them when we were on our last round of the game. That left us bit disappointed with the service.
Cool venue but that’s about it. I’ve been to all star lanes before but this way by far the worst experience I’ve had. The staff weren’t particularly friendly and the manager was very unhelpful. Despite it being completely empty he refused to let us play another game as he had bookings at 7pm. At 7:20pm they still hadn’t arrived but he still wouldn’t let us book in. Service around the bar/restaurant was poor but luckily we got out without having the eat there. Won’t be returning.
Bowling itself is a great fun, I booked the lane so we didn't need to wait too long. Walk ins may wait quiete a bit- even hours. Drinks and food service was poor; after getting drinks menu waiter said he will be back in three minutes however, he never came back untill we finished the whole game. Also waiting time for food was ridiculously long. Quality of food- so so, eatable but not too tasty. The best game and probably change for another place to get drink and food.
This place is awesome. Bowling, food and bar all in the retro 1950's Americana style. The staff are friendly and helpful and the food is decent. Bowling is always fun and it is no exception here. Best to note that there are only 4 lanes so it is likely never going to be possible to walk in off the strret afor a game. A reservation would be required. Prices are decent and there is fun to be had. Great for a works party or a night out with a group of friends.
We had been trying to go to this place for awhile but it is always busy. The bowling was really fun, but no one had explained clearly that we had 45 minutes to play ONE game of bowling and not 45 minutes to play as much as we wanted. If time slots are provided why can't you just keep playing if you have booked for 45 minutes? Decor nice in the bar area and they had a live singer in the afternoon. Overall, good experience but some things could be improved.
Our bowling game with only two people on a date got interrupted by a staff member saying play faster. A beer we ordered took 15 minutws to arrive. Once they said that to us, they automatically overrid the game before we could even attempt finish. The people up after us where a group of 12 women and we stayed to watch them play whilst we finished our beers. They took way longer than us. Myself and my date were very upset thar our game got cut short.
So not only we got to start our game late because the people that were there before us wouldn't leave, we didn't finish our game cause our time was up, and drinks never arrived before the end of our game. When we arrived they couldn't find our booking either for quite some time, like we never booked it an paid it in advance. When we complained about the situation, they offered us SOCKS! Thanks but not thanks. Expensive and not worth it.
there are two sets of lanes. one in a private bar area (perfect for private bookings) and a public one by the restaurant. Good music. decent bowling (a little glitchy on the calculations), and the food is better than expected (burgers, sides, some healthy mains and a good selection of drinks) Service was OK and reason for 3 star instead of 4. one of the staffers was rather stroppy but we tried not to let that ruin our group of 12 night out.
The venue is fun and setup to feel authentic, which is great for a small group but the group booking food is awful. Boiled chicken on a stick, soggy breaded pickles, tacos that are just half frozen chicken goujons covered in chillis in a cold wrap and then a large plate of hummus for some reason. Bar staff were also very distracted and unattentive. Can't say I would recommend the place for corporate bookings in this state.
Unfortunately my experience here was poor in regard to the bowling. Nice vibe, retro feel but we had an evening of mechanical glitches with staff moving us around 3 of the 4 lanes trying to find one that worked properly with pin clearing. Took an hour to do 1 game and lost the will to live in the process. There just seemed to be a lot of confusion among staff although they were clearly trying. Other than that...
We went with my office colleagues and experience was not that great. We had preordered our menu, but still the staff was so confused. Eventually whatever they gave us, we had to eat. We waited for more than an hour to just get the dessert after main course. Many people left the place waiting for food. Not recommended for office get together. Guess they might be okay for managing small tables, but not sure.
It's a nice place. A bit smaller than we would've liked. Definitely expensive, we took the 25 pounds deal and felt it wasn't worth it. I think it's best one just book game slots and decide separately what to eat later on. Bowling was fun, food was decent and drinks were a disappointment. I feel they need to do better than this. Please have a lot at my photos and videos to get the feel of the place. Thanks
5 star service. Overall, it was a very welcoming service from the staff members, Jhon was very attentive to what was needed in my table, and went the extra mile to make sure everyone was happy with the service. I was allowed to decorate my reserve table, and the food was yummy and well portioned. I will recommend this place highly for the kids and adults to enjoy .
We’ve been here twice, first time to celebrate someone getting married (private party), another time for a casual Sunday bowl. Second time I brought our two kids aged 9 and 4. Staff were lovely and attentive. Food took a while, but freshly cooked food does take time so we didn’t mind. Thanks to the wonderful team who looked after the 4 of us on the day. We enjoyed the “Family package”.
Great atmosphere, friendly pricing with a lovely NHS discount. Believe this venue is not disabled access possible as a heads up for those requiring. Thank you to Zarif for great service for a meal after. Food’s much better than your average bowling place; though nothing awfully stellar. Drinks are great with a bar area that’s very well done. Second visit here, won’t be my last.
12 April, 2023. Extremely rushed, you can only book one game online - provided you get food there too. Which felt a bit like a trap, especially as a game doesn't last too long. When it came to ordering food, nothing was available. Left with options we didn't want. Great customer service, with lovely staff but a poor business model for repeat customers. One in one out ethos.
We went during half term which meant it was very busy with kids and that we could only have one game. The game itself was fun and similar to any other bowling alley. The drinks weren't that good and the milkshakes were simply milk with a bit of flavouring and whipped cream if you were lucky - nothing like it used to be a few years ago and very expensive for what it is!
Great little Bowling alley, bar and restaurant all underground in Holborn. 4 general lanes and a private 2 lane Bowling option. The food was much better than you would normally get at places like this, and this was a nice end to our evening. The staff were helpful and service was quick. Great place for a date or just a group of friends to play for an hour or two.
Have been countless times, and not just for bowling. Cosy spot so close to central at very reasonable prices. The bar is the highlight, worth a trip in its own right for affordable but creative house cocktails or classics in an approachable lounge bar. Bartender Emile is always a treat, very knowledgeable and professional but incredibly friendly too each time.
I organised my birthday here and we all had an amazing time. They are very organized and made us feel great! Food was delicious and we had a great deal! I ignored the receptionist ( a blond guy with beard) who was rude with everyone and given we had such an amazing time, I will still go for a 5☆ review. Oh, and I do recommend you to book online.
Absolutely loved this place! We booked in advance for a work party. We were in the private space downstairs. Very spacious! The staff was lovely. Food was delicious and so were the cocktails! I recommend booking the space downstairs as it’s private. We went during a work day and it was pretty busy, I recommend booking in advance in general.
Good bowling, nice atmosphere. Had a great time on a Monday night! Food and drink service could improve; if you play during peak time (which is every day after work) they require a booking to eat at the restaurant. Would have preferred the more traditional snacking at the lane between turns. Other than that, couldn't ask for better.
The team at all star lanes Holborn were so kind and accommodating after I accidentally booked the wrong date and arrived the day after! They went out their way to fit us in even when they really Didn’t have to. It was my birthday and they didn’t even know that but it made my day and such a small gesture of kindness. Thank you!
The quality has gone down the drain over the past yrs. Really bad management and sub-standard bowling lanes. Infact during my last visit (Aug'23) the way the bowling balls were so badly stacked that it was almost dangerous for players as the balls would just fall off the rack causing risk of serious injuries to players!
Had such a good time. £25 for 2 course meal, glass of prosecco and a game of ten pin! Small only had 4 lanes but was still great! food was amazing, had such a tasty vegetarian burger and seitan bbq starter. Also the most amazing bar tucked around side of the restaurant - had cosy lighting and looked quite boujee …
The service was excellent, the place is nicely lit. The atmosphere is cozy and family friendly. My friends and I were served by an Italian worker, Fabi was excellent communicated well and looked after us for the entire duration of the visit. Very pleased overall. Definitely will be coming back.
There are several lanes for use by everyone in the main room, but the real selling point is the two special lanes in the room next door. They offer table service and all in a traditional wood panelled bar. Seems expensive for a game of bowling, but then it's in London so probably normal.
Had a great time at my staff party here. We had the private lodge room and we got our own bowling lane, karaoke system AND MARIO KART! The only thing I can complain about is that the food platters were TINY but this maybe be down to my company ordering the cheap package!!
This place was amazing! The staff were really friendly and accommodating. They were also really helpful with answering our queries. It’s a small place with about 3 lanes but it was a very fun experience. The aesthetic is really appealing too and very reasonably priced.
My work hired out the private room for a team event. Were had great fun with the bowling and karaoke. There is plenty to do in this room so there is never a dull moment. The private bar in the room meant we did not have to wait for drinks and got served straight away.
Rarely have I encountered such rude service as I just experienced at All Star. The bartender was having a bad day, and it showed in their attitude. It's a shame that a nice place like this has such poor and impolite bar service. #respect #takeworkseriously
Came for my son's 8th birthday. Very grumpy and dismissive waiter. Almost nothing of what we ordered was available. We were told we didn't have to eat there, so we left without eating. Pretty poor experience. The front of house was helpful and nice.
Organised a work social here and we had a great time! The bowling was fun, the service was lovely and the food was fantastic! Also we had an extra guest in addition to our booking and they were really accommodating and sorted us out perfectly.
Lovely atmosphere! They gave us a bowling alley in the private area which was really nice, staff member at the desk was very friendly. The only downside was is the drinks service at the bowling alley is not very good. No waiter came to us at all.
Nice place. Was always busy and could only play 1 game which was really short. Had 2 lanes and I wish it was bigger. The cocktails were really nice. They didn’t spray the shoes which is a health and safety issue but just make sure you wear socks.
Good fun and good food. However, we were asked to choose our food while we were playing so that the staff would get them ready beforehand to minimize waiting time. The main served did not match what I ordered and I asked for a starter that
Bowling was fun and I enjoyed it. However I was extremely disappointed with the food and drinks. The mocktail that I had contained a small amount of drink and an astonishing amount of ice. I ordered another drink which didn't taste good at
It was pretty busy for a Wednesday night in Jan, but they were pretty disorganised. We got there at our alloted time and was told the lane wasn't ready and we had to wait 10 mins, that's reasonable though, and they directed us to the bar
All Star Lanes is a fantastic intimate bowling alley, karaoke booth and restaurant venue. Great fun with plenty of options for joining one of the four main lanes or booking the private two lanes in the lodge (with a private bar and comfy
Fantastic to be back bowling after so long! So managed well here, great team keeping things clean and safe, nice venue despite only 4 lanes, and good selection of food and drinks. We'll be back for sure! Highly recommended.
This place will not email you back if you have a complaint.. the service was poor, wrong orders delivered and no one cared at all. There are so many bowling places around London, no need to go for this one. Never again
The shorter woman at the shoes was so weirdly rude and abrupt for no reason. I think our waiter was called Andrei? And he was also incredibly miserable and barely acknowledged us. Bowling was fun and food was mediocre.
if you want to play bowling here, don't bother. - you get only 10 minutes per person per game - the space where to play is tiny (if you play with more than 2 people you will be constantly bumping into another players)
Visited to enjoy drinks at their bar and the 50% discount on offer on Sundays with their discount code. The staff were efficient and friendly. It was not very busy so we had plenty of room and service was quite quick.
Had my daughters 9th birthday party, Absolutely amazing!, The guy On arrival was very informative. It all went extremely well. Happy group of kids and parents Thank you. Will definitely come back us adults!
Food is cold and service is rubbish. Music is too loud and all the food is overpriced. Also they don’t listen properly and got my order wrong. Also they couldn’t find are booking which we pre paid for
Yeah this place was alright. Went for a staff outing was fun. Only thing is the bar shut early and the scoreboard kept messing up and we got moved to another room what was ok as it was a private lane.
The ten pin bowling was well organised and enjoyable. The catering was of a reasonably good quality but the service was a little disordered and slow. Altogether it was an enjoyable experience.
Great team night out in their private room. We had two bowling alleys, a wii, dart board and karaoke. Something for everyone. The bar stuff were friendly and helpful and the food was good too
Matt is amazing, very friendly has amazing taste for drinks recommended the negroni for negroni week which was amazing! The team was great and vibe was amazing! Definitely recommending!!
Ordered a drink. It took 30minutes for the bar to make it. My game of bowling finished well before the drink arrived. And to make matters worse. The drink tasted horrible. Very unhappy.
Proper nice old school bowling alley with really awesome staff! We were also told if you score over 180 you get to come back for a free game with 3 friends which is cool! We recommend!
Amazing bowling alley, one of my favourites I always come here because everyone is so friendly and welcoming, especially Fabi he is the most energetic and friendly staff I’ve ever met
Don't bother. The customer service is terrible. No reply to any correspondence from their automated bot. Ham Yard Hotel has the best exclusive bowling alley. Give this place a steer.
Have come here twice now for work and both times the food was delicious. Great atmosphere and you can be as loud as you like when cheering for your team and celebrating a strike.
Great venue, not too many lanes so it's cosy. The bar area is very chic and chilled. The staff are friendly and helpful. The veggie food could do with being a bit better though.
Awesome company event here and we had a great service. Everything went smoothly. Serving was amazing. Staff was also really good. I just can recommend the place to everyone.
Had a hen party here on Saturday, the staff were lovely. Really cool place and cocktails. We had lunch there which was amazing food and the whole experience was awsome!
So much fun, we hired their karaoke room for an hour which was brilliant, bowling was nice and burgers after were perfect, a great day out for teenagers if its raining
A more quiet and relaxing environment than the huge bowling alleys with arcades and kids running around and screaming. Great for couples or small groups of friends.
Good bowling area, albeit small. They do make you remove your shoes to change into bowling shoes, so beware! Lastly, the drinks were quite icy but generally tasty.
One of the bowling ally was not working so had to wait a bit longer than our booking . Other than that it's a good location hidden away with a decent bar also .
Very nice staff and a good value brunch. Only complaint would be the menu was difficult to read in the muted light! They were generous with the brunch drinks.
A great venue to hold an event. Very helpful staff! My Gaming Table are here with a roulette table and professional croupier for a surprise birthday party.
Great negroni for negroni week, lovely friendly service and Matt was super friendly and helpful. A win for the toffees to boot! Great day thanks all star!
Communication and administration diabolical. Impossible to get hold of them, they're super unhelpful and unresponsive. Would strongly discourage booking.
Pretty decent bowling alley. Nice bar, nice staff. Not that large of time slots so definitely turn up on time. Other than that, not much more to say.
A great night out with friends. Fun atmosphere and top class staff. The service was brilliant. I'm really glad we went and would definitely go again.
Brilliant service from John and Eric. Really great team that looks after bookings in The Lodge. The lodge is a great space for corporate venues.
Staff were rude, food below average, equipment dated and in need of a refresh. If it wasn't the company paying I'd have asked for my money back.
Not so much Allstar but probably 4-star. Looking a little tired, only 4 lanes and a little cramped. Decent cocktails and friendly staff.
I like this place but I had a bad customer service at the bar, the barman doesn’t like taking orders from customers, he’s got attitude.
Fantastic series of spaces for casual drinks or food with top notch alleys. The private room, The Lodge, was ideal for our group of 15.
Bowling good. Food very disorganised and the chopped salad was a joke, token at best. The Tim Westwood pin is in bad taste too
Staff were amazing, had table service for drinks. Really nice night. There was another group there so v quiet which was nice
Good bowling place but just expensive in summer holidays it was £11.50 for one game. Also the website is very confusing.
