I don't typically use a laundromat, and the idea of needing one makes me nervous for safety reasons. But I'll give "All Washed Up" a thumbs up! I was there around 9 pm on a Tuesday night. The presence of young women was a good indicator, for if they feel safe there, it is probably alright... The machines are commercial grade and work VERY WELL! A wash runs $4.75, dryers are $1.25 for 30 minutes and get HOT on the correct setting. The facility was remarkably clean, with vending machines for laundry soap, sodas, snacks, what have you. Multiple television screens show a diverse amount of programming to pass the time. Save for the idiot impressing his girlfriend peeling out in his life size "Hot Wheels" car on my way out for the Coors version of "Fast & the Furious", it was a pleasant evening...

I seen the Laundry Employee attack a customer today on Monday August 1st. It was raining and customer was trying to enter and the Employee went up to the Customer and started yelling at her in Spanish. I wouldn't recommend this Laundromat to anyone the Employee are so unprofessional they didn't even have a sign that the door was closed that why the customer entered that way. It so unprofessional employee fight Infront of other Customers demanding customers name like she was the authority. Also I think that the owner of the place should hire EMPLOYEES THAT SPEAK BOTH ENGLISH AND SPANISH, the customer only knew English and employee was yelling at her in Spanish. It's just really unprofessional I've never been at a business we're the employee attack customers. Makes me uncomfortable going back

I usually come here and I have no complaints about the service whatsoever and I’m in this laundry mat at least twice a month..but today the coin machine rip me off . I usually count my coins every time I cash my money sooo...I put $10 rip me off .50 whatever I let it go...Then $20 in the machine and got $16.75 back in quarters..So I tried to address the guy who seems to be the manager at the moment who was opening the door at the time to the office...He looked at me didn’t address me, and just shrug me off and ignored me, I tried to get his attention one more time he was on the phone and continued to enter the office without addressing me. He was Completely rude and unapologetic!! Will not be bringing my service here any longer.

One of the washers ate 4.75 of my money and the person working said I have to go back and try to speak to the manager when he's there and I asked when is that and I was Told I just have to catch him when he's around. .. maybe it would be a good idea for them to keep some pens and paper handy so customers can leave a note for the manager instead of trying to catch him, he's not a fish lol just a suggestion.. however the workers are nice, the place is clean and quiet when i go. Some of the workers are super helpful and have always been cool to me. Ill go back. This is my spot and even if it costs me a couple bucks in quarters sometimes it's worth it.

This place is always so clean and has such helpful staff. Ive been coming here for years and always feel great doing business. I wash my car and wash my clothes. The attendant in the mornings at 10am is always so kind and helpful. Only reason i didnt give 5 stars is i came in on a saturday morning and saw what i can imagine as management being scandelous and rude to there employee. The older short lady was very agressive and borderline abusive. The employees deserve better they work really hard. Hopefully this changes or someone might report her to NM LABOR services. Other than that. Great place great employees.

I went here to do several loads of laundry at the same time. I put my clothes in the machine, added soap and attempted to put in my quarters. The machines would not take them. The very lovely woman who works there showed me that you have to beat on the machine in order to get it to take the quarters. When I asked her how much the machines cost, she said that they are about $15000 each. So, they are willing to pay $15000 for a washer, but they cannot get one that will actually take your quarters without having to hit the machine?

If it is one thing I hate the most it's having to come to a laundromat to do laundry. But since my washer broke I'm here. However it is my first time to this one I have used others before but I have to say it was a very pleasant experience. Facilities are nice and up to date. Machines are amazingly quick and efficient. The music they play here was on point. And the employee Jessica very friendly and interacted with the patrons including myself. Will be coming back here for sure. A++

The place is Very clean that's why I am a repeat customer but the dryers are a little too expensive they should have it like before a quarter at a time and not $1.75 a loud. You pay a lot for washing clothes and the dryers is set to only a flat rate of $1.75 each time you dry not a quarter like it use to be it gets expensive. But the dryers are very hot. It's always clean I hope they keep it this way and keep it from becoming neglected like other tore back places.

Really nice interior, friendly staff, clean and well maintained machines. Washing is REALLY expensive compared to other laundromats in the area (4.00-4.50 depending on if you want hot or cold) compared to 2.50 at Lobo Laundry. Dryers are cheap and run well. Snack and drink vending machines inside and clean bathrooms, taco truck that’s usually parked outside is delicious, and car wash directly next to the laundromat is convenient

They have all sizes of washers. Starting at $3.50 to $4.75 and up depending on size. The dryers are real good. My blankets were dry in less than 30 mins. They have a snack machine, soda machine and soap machine in case you forgot anything. There is a restroom available. The place was clean and plenty of parking. Change machine in case you need more. Place open 24hrs which makes it nice. So you can wash whenever you want!☺

Super clean they had many different sizes of washers and dryers. They had ample parking and carts to help grab you dirty duds out of your car. After all is washed and dried u should just finish the task and fold your now clean duds so they can be put away upon arrival home. If by chance you forget your soap and other laundry goodies they have these at the mat for a fee. The most expensive washer does five loads for 6.75

I like this laundromat because it's open 24/7... I like to wash my laundry late so that it's not full. The attendants are very nice and helpful. I also like that its connected to a car wash! The washers and dryers work good. Especially the dryers, I put them on low heat because they get super hot! Its a VERY clean laundromat. I've been going here for years and never had a problem!

My only complaint is that you can't use your debit card to get cash to use their coin operated machines. So I had to leave and go get cash & come back. Most places now have machines that you can either buy coins for use of their machines with your debit card or you can purchase a Card that can be used with their machines & reload it with money on it but they had nothing like that.

This is an absolute gem of a laundromat. Dead on a Thursday afternoon, absolutely massive and packed fulla machines, clean, and the attendants are kind and have tremendous integrity. Bit of a drive from my neighborhood (I like hitting up new 'mats while I'm out doing errands), but I'd seriously consider making the drive for how nice the laundry experience was today.

The machines barely dispense any water to the point my soap never properly did it's job, then the machines eat your clothes to the point they don't get clean they're stuck in cracks. The employee looked at me like it was something wrong with me for complaining and did not offer me a refund or put my clothes in a different machine so I'm leaving with dirty clothes

Oh man this place is the bomb! I recommend the GIANT washers! Don't let them intimidate you because it's $.25 for five minutes. It just means you need LESS time! I almost set our clothes on fire lol. I'm a single mother of four! And because of the huge washers and dryers and excellent customer service, I quit going anywhere else! Oh and they're super clean!

Very nice laundromat, clean, bright, seems well maintained. Washers cost $4.75, but only take 22 minutes to wash a load. My washer broke, but my dryer works, so I didn't use the dryers but price is listed at $1.25. Washer got my clothes and my quilt clean, and the spin cycle really spins out the access water. Would recommend, just be mindful of the cost.

This place was pretty cool. It wasn't too packed, the aisles were clean, so were the machines. I didn't like that the larger machines are like $5.25 or something but I like how clean they got my clothes. It was a bit humid but if you're going to a laundromat thinking that you ain't gonna be moister then an oyster, you sir are mistaken.

Ughhh had so much laundry to do like unloaded loaded my machines and went to get change to no working change machine they have 3 machines for change which all didn't work come on you own a laundry mat might want to have your change machine working or have someone to give change or at least put a sign up saying you have no change

These people steal your money wouldn’t be surprised if they pocket it with out letting the owner know they dont wanna refund me or anything she dont wanna help or anything put quarters in and machine door broke and took my money she said it was our fault i only put a comforter and 2 sheets in a 5 load machine it says F-1

This is my favorite laundromat in the area. Clean, open late, and good machines. I dig that they have reading materials from novels, to magazines, and even kids books. The staff is always friendly too. And right next to it there is a car wash... clean your car while you wait. ... two birds with one stone!

On a day of clearing after some stormy weather this sojourner discovered an oasis that brought much needed cleanup for my car, clothes and spirit. Well run, extremely clean and rich with patrons of great spirit. Thank you for a business designed to create community and family. I am fateful.

07/14/23 I used my card to wash my car. The car wash charges $2. for 4min. The washer kept running after the 4 min. And count time was at 5min. when I notinced . I was able to figure out how to shut it off . I was charged $10. For 5min. Of use This place needs to be shut down.

Went to wash clothes only to find a guy passed out in his van, and then suddenly 7 pigs show up! Someone snitched on him. Gaurenteed the guy workin there, tryin to act cool, tries to blame the other guys in the shop. Nice try. Wont be goin there no more. Might end up in jail

Crazy this laundromat is more expensive than any other one I've been to in California! Be ready to lose most your money on these machines. Worst of all, no one is ever here attending the laundromat for you to get your money back. So don't expect to get it back.

This place is a sham. The dryers and washers DO NOT run at the time that it's supposed to wash/dry. The machines cheat you out of time and money. The owner NEVER responds. There is NO phone number to make a complaint. Plus the website is a domain for sale.

This place is by far the nicest, cleanest, best laundry mat I've ever visited! it's so super clean and the staff is so friendly and sweet. I'll never go anywhere else to wash again. This is a great example of what all laundry mats should strive to be!!!

As good as it gets. Clean, bright, lots of washing machines of different size, and a big screen featuring a set of surveillance cameras. The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. Also on premesis is do it yourself car wash and vacuums.

The owner was really nice. He took the time to ask me how I was doing. He talked with me while I was folding clothes, which made the time go by fast. The laundromat it self was clean inside and out. Over all I had a good experience.

THE 24hr laundromat to access for late night laundry in Albuquerque. Very clean, well lit, updated facilities with nice and professional attendants, a public restroom, and a car wash conveniently partnered next to the laundromat.

Real nice looking laundromat. There's a variety of machines to handle different size loads. Machine I used was $5.75 for a medium load, just to give you an example of how much you'll spend.

This is the best laundromat we have come across so far. The facility is kept extremely clean, there are many machines to the point where you have no wait time, and the prices are very fair.

This place is clean. Very clean. Plenty of machines and the attendant during the day is a sweetheart. Super nice lady. I dropped a sock and she ran out to bring it to me.

Service staff is always lively and fun they keep it very clean this place is always packed hot but the music makes you feel like you're not doing something you loath

Will NEVER go to this place again. The cheapest washer was $2.50 and when I pushed the hot water button it tells me to deposit .50 more cents. Absolutely ridiculous.
