I heard first about AllBirds about three years ago when I was living in Toronto. Since there was no store in Canada (and there is still not) I ordered the shoes online. I fell in love with the shoes immediately. They fit perfectly, are really comfy and are easy to wash when they get dirty or when your feet start to smell. After my return to Amsterdam I had to visit the store. It’s a nice gem in the 9-straatjes area. The staff is taking plenty of time to help you pick the perfect pair. I’ve been there several times now and the store manager in Amsterdam is the best! I wear the shoes almost every day and you can walk miles on it without hurting your feet. And best of all, you don’t need any socks!!! Will be back in the store in Amsterdam soon.

My family and I visited the Allbirds store during a recent visit (5th of July) - had a truly fantastic experience! The team was incredibly friendly and warm, offering helpful suggestions and fun info as we browsed (e.g. the store-specific lace colors are inspired by the tulip and stroopwafel!). Inventory was also fantastic - I was really excited to find a pair of black Tree Flyers in my size, easily the best Allbirds shoe for running and walking long distances. I'm used to the in-store experience in California (LA, SF, San Diego), and our experience here was just as positive; my dad, brother and I each walked away with a new pair. Would definitely recommend while strolling the streets of Amsterdam!

After one year and a half, I stopped by the store again to buy new shoes and as last time, the staff couldn’t be more kind! They even remember me and in two seconds she even changed to the language that suits me better. This time I didn’t so much time so we went straight to the point and in less than 10 min they help me to make an easy decision considering my needs and left with 2 pairs of shoes. Super comfortable and even one of them is like leather but made of vegetable peelings. Always nice to find nice people, looking forward to stop by again soon

Online shopping doesn’t work at all. I ordered a pair of shoes online and I received ones of a totally different size and colour. I sent the shoes back and ordered again the correct shoes. After 20 days waiting for the package, Allbirds informed me that there had been an error in the warehouse and my shoes were never physically shipped. Besides, during the long wait the colour was is no longer in stock! So, all in all no shoes for me. At least customer service is friendly and agreed to refund without issues.

heb hier een paar mooie schoenen gekocht het personeel is echt heel netjes en aardig, beantwoorden echt alle vragen zonder enige nare blik en willen niks anders dan een goede indruk achter laten zonder verplichting. heb de schoenen nu al wat langer en ze zijn echt heerlijk ,zitten comfortabel en zijn zo weer schoon te maken ,en kan ze zelfs in de wasmachine doen mijn volgende paar wordt ook zeker weer een paar Allbirds ga vooral zo door erik

Come for the shoes, stay for the staff. I'm super excited that we have a local Allbirds store finally - much easier to get fitted for shoes (big fan of the Wool Runners, the Mizzles do great in Dutch weather). Branka, Manon & Daria are fantastic - they'll make you feel like you're at home and made it super easy for me to exchange the shoes (even though I had worn them, just needed a smaller size). Comfy shoes!

That is a nice place to purchase a nice shoe. I checked on the internet before and liked the feedback about the shoes. I was looking for something comfortable at the same time waterproof/resistant. The shoes are not so cheap but they seem to be really resistant and indeed they are warm for these cold day. The service is really nice, people are polite and patient with you.

Suuuper friendly staff! I already knew which shoes I wanted but preferred going to the store instead or ordering online. Turned out that my normal size fit perfect :) The insole is made of wool so sadly my feet get quite sweaty during warmer days, but I'll manage.

I already loved the shoes, but the friendly and helpful employees make Allbirds stand out even more! When I accidentally left my phone at the store they found a way to contact me and stayed after closing to make sure I got it back. Much appreciated!

Staffs are so nice and friendly! They helped me find the perfect size with supportive suggestions, received a lovely pin as a gift, and for each shoes there are 3 extra laces in different colors attached. The most soft and comfy shoes I ever had!

I already had allbirds shoes that I ordered online some months ago, so I went by the store to check it out. Great service, great company that puts sustainability first and even got some free extra shoelaces.

Een winkel met sportieve vrijetijds schoenen die net even anders zijn. Alles is gemaakt van natuurlijke, niet dierlijke producten. Vriendelijk personeel dat goed advies geeft.

Merci aux vendeuses, elles sont très serviables et très gentilles. Elles ont été de très bon conseil tout au long de la visite. Les produits sont également de bonne qualité.
