We had such a fantastic experience with Tony Silva from Almco plumbing! It was such a huge contrast with the two horrible experiences we had just a few months ago with two different plumbing companies. First, the online reservation system is a breeze. We've used Almco's reservation system twice now, and I can confirm the entire appointment takes about 1 minute or less to setup, and they WILL come at the requested time and will not leave a person hanging. Our first time using them was during a weekend emergency - a huge water leak that of course had to happen during a weekend outside of business hours - and yet Almco plumbing was able to send us a technician right away. Prior to the appointment time we received a text message letting us know that a plumber was on their way, with a picture and contact info of the plumber for ease of identification. Tony Silva is a superstar. He is super knowledgeable and honest, and he genuinely cares about his customers and understands the urgency of identifying the source of a water leak, and resolving it ASAP. He ran a series of tests and took an extensive amount of photos and videos. We really appreciated him taking the time to explain his "diagnosis" and his thought process. He was also very clear on pricing and we would receive quotes from Almco straight to my email with absolutely zero delay with detailed explanations of different services and the associated cost. Tony is very good at his job and he will explain as much, or as little, as the person wants to hear! We personally thought it was fantastic that he explained so much, but I'm sure if other people would prefer to know less, he'd also be accommodating. He's also great at giving options and weighing pros and cons (he's not like one of those plumbers who just try to talk you into doing all these expensive things for the sake of doing them). In our case, we ended up replacing half of the pipes in our home because after 2 leaks in a space of 4 months we couldn't put it off any longer. The quote was very reasonable and the repair went super fast. Tony and Tony 2 (Tony's son, who is also very knowledgeable and hardworking) got it done in less than 3 days, and they still replaced flanges in two of our toilets. They are both extremely hardworking people and we had such a wonderful experience working with them. Now we are not worried about having future water leaks because we know who to call! :) Look no further and request an appointment with Almco and Tony Silva right away!! You won't regret it!

The technician was punctual & tried various avenues to solve our clogged toilet. Ultimately the toilet had to be replaced. Amazingly, the technician allowed us to go buy a new toilet & replaced it during the same visit. We’re so thankful to him, especially because we only have 1 bathroom.
