John and his crew were top notch; all them worked very hard, were professional, and friendly. They took very care of our dedicated and older items I was concerned about. I'm always weary of movers but John and his crew took that away as soon as I saw how dedicate and professional they were moving our equipment. The team he brought communicated very well and just overall had a great time with the professional experience we received. I would use them again in a heart beat. We contacted John and his team to perform a one-way, local move for an oversized item. Relevant information was provided regarding the move (i.e. a flight of stairs), however John did not thoroughly read his email and was unprepared to complete the job as hired. The item was left in our garage, and after multiple attempts to schedule John's team to finish the job, all contact was left unanswered. The final price paid was double the quoted price, for an incomplete job. We understand quotes are non-binding, however the estimate was nowhere near the final total. Unprofessional, unprepared, and no apparent interest in correcting their mistake.

John's team is simply amazing. They are very efficient at disassembling/assembling packing and moving. It would have taken an entire day if I hadn't used their service. Within 2.5 hours, they cleared out my studio apartment in Seattle, loaded everything to their truck and re-assembled everything in my new apartment in Bellevue. Their service is definitely worth the money. By far the best and seamless moving experience I have had. They have got a huge truck. One area of improvement could be their arrival time. They were 15-20mins late. But other than that, great job !

Had a terrific experience with John and his crew. They showed up on time and were very good and easy to work with. It was a 3 bedroom move with a lot of extra stuff but they were up to the task. They were very careful with everything and experienced at how to move trickier items in pretty close spaces without damaging anything. I had one item that wouldn't fit and we discussed lifting it onto the second floor from outside and I'm definitely going to use them again. Thoroughly impressed with the work!

We called Alto for a specialty move of a heavy piece of equipment with a pressing deadline. After filling out inquiry forms and leaving voicemails with a couple of movers, it was such a nice change when John answered the phone! He was very responsive and figured out how to make it happen for us, keeping us informed with updates. He and his crew were punctual, professional and efficient. We highly recommend Alto and will call them again for future needs.

The movers were on-time and nice, but they did not pad any of the furniture and damaged our three most expensive pieces. (Everything was wrapped, but nothing was padded.) One guy had to leave in the middle of the move making the entire process take hours longer than it would have otherwise. I do not recommend using them. Follow up: They did agree to reimburse us for $80, but never followed through with payment. I am still waiting to receive it.

Alto Moving did a terrific job on our "partial move". He was responsive, professional, helpful, answered questions helpfully, and friendly. He and Benton handled our things with great care. They were efficient but careful/thorough. They plastic wrapped our dining table which protected it beautifully. They were flexible when it came to parking and access at both ends. I HIGHLY recommend them - and the price was fair, too!

UNRELIABLE. Damaged walls and stairs. Didn’t finish the job. Original movers had car troubles so didn’t show. Backup crew charged me for 4 hours and didn’t finish the work. Damaged my floors and walls. Asked John to send people to finish the move. He kept stringing me along thinking he’s going to send someone but never showed 5 days later. Tired of waiting. Just hired Lugg to move the items. I do not recommend.

This was not a move I wanted to make but Alto Moving turned it in to a great experience. They were so naturally friendly and professional! They didn’t mess around, working at a fast pace and at the same time protecting my furniture etc from harm. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again & will recommend them at every opportunity. These guys are wonderful in every way!!

I was 100% pleased with my experience with Alto. John, Isaiah and Nick took great care of all my items, moved them safely, and worked efficiently the entire time. They also were very thoughtful in making sure they followed COVID guidelines, since we are expecting our first child. I fully recommend Alto for anyone looking for movers!

Team was great but I felt up sold. Ordered 2 men and a truck. Showed up with 3 men which cost more. Plus 3 rd guy didn't move any thing due to sire back. Supposedly gave me discount on stairs which is fine, but then didn't talk half the stuff labeled upstairs, up. I moved several boxes and furniture myself. Won't use again.

John had his team came well prepared and moved everything with efficiency and ease. The day of my move it was raining so they wrapped everything with their own supplies. Very good communication. Will be using their services next time I have to move and referring to my friends!

John and Riley did an amazing job for me. They wrapped and protected all my items moved them faster than quoted and organized my storage in a way I’m able to access anything I need. I will only use them going forward and will request them to assist me! Amazing work

Alto went far beyond my expectations in moving a valuable piano, checking the layout ahead of the move and then carefully moving the piano into the house. Would recommend them highly.

Great service at a fantastic price. John moved with his crew my grand piano and assemble the loose legs and pedals succesfully. He is very professional and fast.
