My complaint is with the insufficient communication by Alto regarding the delivery of my Rx. I was sent a message that it would be delivered before 5:00pm. First, that is too broad of a timeframe. How can you expect someone to be home all day to sign for the prescription? How would you like it if an appliance repairman said he would be there between 8:00am and 5:00pm? Second, at 5:15 on the delivery date I got a text stating it would be delivered by 9:00PM and it was delivered around 8:15pm. Please don't send me a text giving me a vague delivery time that isn't even met. You need to provide a smaller window for delivery.

Not good for same day RXs needed for illness. I am very sick and had prescriptions sent to them at 8:30am this morning only for them to sit pending ALL DAY and not find out until 4pm that they’re out of Augmentin. I think it’s wildly irresponsible to delay that kind of a message to a patient so they have the time to find medication elsewhere. Instead I sat sick all day with no meds waiting for them to do what they claim to do when I really should have just used CVS this morning and been treated right away.

Alto Pharmacy made my entire process incredibly easy. My preferred method of engagement is digital (like most these days) and their app is user friendly and easy to navigate. The whole process start to finish was done digitally which made it a quick process as well. I was able to track my delivery and got notified by Alto when my courier was near. The courier was polite and I had zero issues with the delivery of my prescription. All in all - 5 star service.

So I made arrangements to be home for the delivery due to meds needed refrigeration. Received a text that med had been delivered, but nothing was at my door, so went down to the package room, which is hot, non insulated room and found my package. This complaint isn’t for alto but more so for fedex. If there’s a bright red sticker on the box, that says “needs refrigeration” why would you not deliver it to the doorstep

Don't get your Rx from this place.... nobody knows anything... they want to use vitual, electronic communication but they need to be at work... a disconnect between everyone involved.... but they sure can take your credit card info (they do that well)... my advise: take your Rx to Walmart and wait for it cause if there is an issue you have a person to talk to face to face.... you feel me!

When Walgreens once again couldn't refill my inhaler,( Trelegy) on time i turned to Alto Pharmacy recommended by my Dr for fast delivery. I had my inhaler the next day where as Walgreens needed a few days to wait to receive it from warehouse and then 2-3 days for FedEx delivery. Alto has their own delivery by Alto employees. Thanks to Alto i never missed a dose!

Excellent service and specialty meds are filled quickly. I love their app and delivery service which makes it easy to order and schedule delivery. Decently priced meds especially for fertility meds out of pocket. It's a bit of a hike to drive there to drop off a prescription, but it's worth it because of the price and free delivery option.

Alto saved the day with delivering me my meds when another pharmacy dropped the ball and cancelled my order, which almost messed up my IVF journey. Alto delivered me my meds same day and even included candy! I was able to track the package and make sure we grabbed it as soon as it arrived. Definitely will use them again and recommend!!

My doctor sent a prescription to Alto, I received a text to download the app and set up an account. Then, placed an order for the prescriptions on file. It was 2pm and an alert said “if purchased by 4:30p, get them same day.” I did it immediately and the meds arrived around 8p. Super easy, super fast, friendly couriers!

I'm highly pleased with the service from Alto Pharmacy! The deliveries are not only on time, but by using their app I can see how close to my house the delivery person is. One of my doctors told me about Alto and as an old person it's comforting to know I can get my meds without having to drive to the drugstore.

This is the 2nd time I have used the delivery service & I am very happy with the service they provide. They are prompt & you get text notifications & can track where the driver is at & how long, to the minute, before your medicine arrives. Excellent service!

Alto Pharmacy promptly answered questions with their easy-to-use app and paying and scheduling delivery was fast and easy. The medication showed up same day, and I received a tracker link so I could track the driver. A great experience!

Communication for the delivery is great but the driver didn’t follow my instruction to come to the door after I gave her the gate code. But because I knew they were coming I was able to retrieve the package quickly.

Very positive experience. Staff very efficient and friendly! I was able to order and receive my medication on the same day which is better than good! Service is superior to any I have received before!
