Purchased a Grand Cherokee about 2 years ago from here, and the problems have not stopped. The day i had arranged to pick up the car, the owner sent it off to his mechanic for a once over, i dont believe any maintenance was performed. 3 leaking fuel injectors causing carbon buildup so severe the leaks had sealed up again with deposits. Oil and filter was filthy, fuel filter left untouched. Driveshaft CV grenaded on me in a months time. After contacting Altous again to question why i wasnt made aware of these things (the engine cover was hiding it) Mohammed refused to cover any of the repair and parts costs leaving me an extra grand out of pocket give or take.

Mohammad and the team were fantastic to deal with. No hassles, honest and friendly, my 2 year old even had a great time! I was looking for a new car and just looking on a Friday. I saw a nice BMW X5 and Mohammad put together a deal for me on the same day. He even headed out to VicRoads, sorted out the paperwork and had the car ready to go that afternoon. I bought a 2010 Toyota Estima 2.4 contract that was signed on 2 Aug 2023 and they said they will process the Vic Roads transfer on 11 Aug 2023 saying that they have 14 days. Today is 17 August and the Vic Roads transfer is not done. I called them today and another guy says that they have 28 days. They also promised a full tank of petrol but it was only 60% full.
