Extremely poor customer service skills from the women there. She was very childish and instead of taking care of customers she laughing with a lady in front of her. She was chatting about personal stuff that could be done after work. She was rude and said that there were other locations that could help that she was busy. Do not go here if possible. Terrible lady and extremely rude. She laughed at us for asking if she could process a payment then proceeded to say another store could help.

Lidia, helped with all my questions over the phone prior to my arrival. Once I arrived at the office, she made the processs quick and easy!! Definitely recommend coming here!!!!! Also shout out to Janet for assisting me with the process last minute.
