We met Selina and the Andrew Mazzone team in September 2021. It certainly felt like you was dealing with a person that really wanted to understand what you wanted out of the piece of jewellery you were about to purchase from them. This was a special purchase for my wife as it was her 60th birthday. We had several meetings including a design meeting where we sat down with Selina and designed a ring. With the diamond as the feature piece, my wife was looking for a purple stone such as a tanzanite. Due the the design we wanted, Selina spent a number of weeks sourcing the stone in the size we wanted which was out of the normal. Unfortunately the stone we requested was not available however this did not deter Selina and she went on the hunt for blue/purple sapphires. Right through the process the communication was terrific and Selina kept us up to date. I then received a phone call to say the ring was ready to be picked up. When I saw this ring it astounded me, it was far better than my wife and I dreamt of. It was personal and a lot of effort went into making this ring. I've had nothing but fantastic experiences with the team from Andrew Mazzone Jewellers. We have used them on a number of occasions for smaller items and they have always been second to none. So naturally, when my partner proposed and suggested we find a ring together and have an antique family ring restored Andrew Mazzone was top on our list. The first time we went to Andrew Mazzone was to look at engagement rings, the moment we arrived we immediately thought - wow! We were greeted with smiles and friendly service. We were seated down in their lovely new showroom and felt very comfortable and relaxed. Sandra was fabulous, she was patient and very knowledgeable and we could not be more pleased. We left feeling very happy. We went back a couple months later to finalise our design and everything exceeded our expectations. We got to see a 3D of our diamond that was carefully selected by Sandra. I honestly can’t recommend Mazzone Jewellers enough! I wanted to get my wife something special for a milestone birthday and I’m so happy I went in to see Andrew and the Team. Their customer service is second to none. They were so helpful, and even allowed me to take a display ring she could open on her actual birthday as her’s had to be custom made. We then went in to meet Andrew for him to finalise the design/sizing and, again, were greeted by his friendly/happy Team. A short time later, the ring was finished and my wife and I were truly amazed at the quality. It was crafted perfectly with the most sparkling diamonds we’ve ever seen. Selina met with me last year after I lost my engagement ring. Andrew created a beautiful tsavorite band in 18ct gold. This year we celebrate 30 years of marriage and so my husband suggested we have earrings to match. After a brief conversation with Selina again, about what I had imagined, Andrew created the perfect pair of ear hugging loops half tsavorite and with a south sea pearl removable dropper. Stunning! The whole process was made so easy, with Selina’s insight and vision and Andrew’s talent. Can’t thank you all enough You have created one of a kind family heirlooms that I will be able to pass on to my daughters. My partner, James, chose Andrew Mazzone to design and manufacture my engagement ring. They made him feel so comfortable through the process, and offered him advice along the way. I was really nervous about going engagement ring shopping, as I feel that shop assistant are always judging on how much you are willing to spend or try to push more expensive rings onto you. This was far from the experience that I had at Andrew Mazzone. As soon as I walked through the door, the staff made me feel like I was at home. Nothing was too hard and they walked us through every step with no question being too silly. Having a ring hand made can be very overwhelming, but the team made it a really fun and exciting experience! Cannot recommend the wonderful team at Andrew Mazzone enough! I was completely oblivious to my now fiance's intentions to propose on a recent holiday, so obviously I played no part in the creation of my ring, which is honestly the most perfect, beautifully suited to me, piece of jewellery. From what he has told me, my fiance was completely supported from step one, all the way to the very end of the creation. I myself didn't have any experience with Andrew Mazzone until we went in for our resizing appointment and I can honestly say I was so happy with how friendly and helpful Andrew and Selina were, and how happy they were for us. I had an abstract 14ct yellow gold ring with 7 diamonds that belonged to my mother. Andrew melted the gold and created a wedding set, an engagement ring with the largest diamond with two smaller diamonds on each side, and a wedding band with 4 smaller diamonds. He used the gold from the ring I supplied, except using his own 14ct white gold for the claws. The rings turned out beautifully!! He even polished the diamonds so they went from somewhat dull to absolutely brilliant. I couldn't be happier!!

Unfortunate experience here. Wouldn’t recommend. We asked for a 1.2c moissanite engagement ring, were given a 1 carat. When I said I was unhappy, was told nothing could be done as already paid for the ring and it was technically second hand even though I hadn’t worn it. Tried to find a resolution and failed. Ended up selling the ring privately and lost so much money. Went to a different jewellery shop for a replacement. Go elsewhere.

The team here are amazing. I started with no idea what I was doing and a few not-so-subtle hints from my now-fiancée. They had all the time in the world for me and helped me choose an amazing design within my price range. We are currently getting our wedding bands designed here too and the service is just as good. The quality of jewellery here is also incredible - you will get much better value with these guys than the major brands.

Picked up another timeless jewellery piece from Andrew Mazzone to compliment and complete the Engagement and Wedding band set previously designed by Andrew 7 years ago. This beautiful piece matched the original set perfectly. Both the quality of the jewellery and the customer service has always been exceptional and I will continue to refer people to this store for their jewellery needs.

Extremely friendly staff who are keen to help out with whatever questions you want to ask/things you need. Selina & Andrew are the best in the business, professional and friendly, without being distant. You can definitely trust that they have your back with rings. The life-long care that you get with them is also exceptional. If you are located in Adelaide, definitely check them out.

Selina was incredibly helpful with a ring purchase for my wife. She sat with us for a long time going through numerous different designs, stone colours and metal type to make sure that everything was perfect. She did a heap of legwork sourcing the right size gem and just making sure we got what we wanted. I would definitely recommend- the service and product were both amazing.

I have been to Andrew Mazzone Jewellers in the past and when I wanted my engagement ring re-modelled back to its original design with a few upgrades, I didn’t consider going anywhere else except Andrew Mazzone. I had no photos to show them of the original ring but they were able to draw up and design the ring just as I described and am so, so happy with the end result.

Andrew and Selina were excellent in guiding me through the design process of my wife's engagement ring and then later our 2 wedding rings. All 3 are truly unique pieces and we treasure them.
