I just want to say my soon to be wife and i were looking for rings for our big day and we visited a few of your stores Marion, Myer Center and West Lakes all of the staff were unfriendly and didn’t really want to give us the time of day when we said we were just looking. However your store at Harbour town we were greeted by one of your male staff (MathewK) and we ended up purchasing our rings from him. He was fantastic in his service and listened to what we wanted and found us the perfect rings for our big day we even told him a budget we had in mind. He informed us he was new to the company but would do his best to help us. It was refreshing to see a male in the store as we have been looking for a few weeks. MathewK was camp, honest and so positive this was really refreshing to see after visiting your other stores. He was able to help us with getting our rings resized and explained to us the benefits of having a care plan with our rings and even kept to our budget. MathewK had us in stitches of laughter he was so funny and really upbeat and passionate about his job and retail need more people like him. Thank you for our experience MathewK and we wish you the best in your new job

We went to the shiels harbourtown store ...the service was pitiful and she made us feel she could not be bothered serving nor did she feel she wanted to be there ..this was the long weekend in october 2022 ..now funny thing i went back out to look at some pieces in the window came back in and she was talking to a female inside the shop ..another lady with dark hair came out saw me and obviously came to serve me ..but ..the assistant that has blonde hair ..now note theres 2 there but i believe she was the manager coz her attitude was bad ..anyhow this blonde one said ..oh she was first ...referring to the other customer she was already talking too apparently not serving......i looked at the dark haired she was apolgetic and served that customer that was talking to the blonde ..as for me the service was shocking i took my business to westlakes jewellers....not Shiels

I have bought jewelry for my wife from here many times, the service has always been good and i thought it was cheaper than going to your local Shields store, but no it only has some item on sale to be able to sell in Harbortown. All in all a nice store which needs to be updated a little as the decor is getting a little run down.

Friendly helpful staff even when I was only buy a low value pair of ear rings the staff member answered all my questions and reassured me I was buying a nice gift for my wife and my wife did love the gift so all in all a great shopping experience

Came in looking for a ring with my partner and we were helped by the sales member Adem. His service was exemplary, he really went above and beyond and we walked out with exactly the right ring for us thanks to his help 5/5

This might sound very extreme but dont expect any customer service if your skin color is anything else but white. Usually visit some of the shiels stores around town regularly but this store is by far the worst.

Non co-operative, rude, impolite. Negative words fail me as I describe the staff present in this particular store of Sheils. The experience has put me off from ever making a purchase with Sheils as a whole.

Sales assistant was very rude and did not listen to us, repeated myself 3 times to her whilst she talked over me before I walked out and took my business elsewhere. Would not go back after this experience.

Male staff at the store is a big racist. Does not even know how to talk. All thanks to Chantel who took over and served us. Will never recommend this store till that Man is there.

This is the best Shiels shop in Adelaide. We live in northeastern area, why coming to this, because we are sick of going to the one in Tea Tree Plaza.
