Andy is an outstanding attorney who goes well above and beyond what you pay him to do for you. There was a bad phase in my life when I got into some serious trouble, and needed help. But right before doing anything, he asked me about my immigration status. Knowing that I was not a US citizen changed how Andy approached the case. He said, “Let’s wait and work with an immigration attorney to confirm what we are doing is alright before we do anything. We can ask for a continuance today.” Initially I didn’t understand. But over the course of the next few weeks, Andy worked with immigration attorneys to work out a masterful solution that on the face of it may seem to be suboptimal for a US citizen, but absolutely genius from immigration standpoint. Plus he didn’t charge me a single penny extra for this. That patience to do what is truly beneficial for the client instead of doing the minimum required for the money being paid to him, is what sets Andy apart from other lawyers. He doesn’t just do what you paid him for. He goes beyond that and actually protects you long term wellbeing. Let me preface by stating that I have never been the type to go online and write a review of a product or service and have always left that to the aspiring critics. However in this instance, when my expectations have been exceeded in such a profound manner, I believe it my duty to spead the good word as a human being and consumer. What I had worried would most likely be one of the more trying and unbearable seasons of my life, was actually an absolute learning experience and almost painlessly navigated with Andy's counsel. I had been fortunate enough to avoid any confrontations with the law during my first 60 years. Unfortunately that changed and I found myself in legal trouble. The legal system is overwhelming to try to deal with alone. I was lucky enough to find Attorney Andy Green to be my advocate during this difficult time. His first and arguably best advice-don’t believe what you read on the internet. Andy assured me that he would see the case through, and convinced me not to worry prematurely about the proceedings, as that was what I hired him for. I followed Andy’s advice (for the most part) and it proved to be accurate. I had no idea that the court could continue to add charges on top of the original charge prior to hearings. As additional charges were added, Andy assured me that he was there to help lead me through the process. There were times when I was tempted to just plead guilty to all the charges to just get them behind me. Andy explained the long term negative consequences of this approach and convinced me to fight for my rights. In the end, Andy handled the entire case in a most professional way. The original charge was mitigated to the fullest extent possible. The subsequent charges were either dropped completely or reduced to much lesser charges, all while avoiding the additional expense of a trial. I found Andy Green through recommendations from friends who are attorneys, so I had a feeling he'd be good. And he completely exceeded my expectations.
