Back again as promised last month. This time for new front shocks, plus discs and pads all round. Excellent work, as usual, and I am very pleased with the results. 19/3/2019. During last month's brake job, Anee noticed that the rear n/s brake caliper was seizing and recommended replacement. I followed his welcome advice and had the job done today at very reasonable cost and I am pleased with the result. I will be going back to Anee's again in June for the MOT. 1/7/2020. Took the car in at 3:00pm on 30/6/2020 to have the a/c condenser replaced. Collected it at 11:30am next day. That's quick service! Nice and cool inside the car now, another job well done. Many thanks. 30/3/2023. Different car from my last visit, but the same make and model, Volvo C70. Had 2 new rear tires fitted, together with both rear shocks and top mounts. Once again, excellent service and price! Good, independent garages are hard to find, but I can thoroughly recommend Anee without any hesitation. Will be back again in May for the MOT. 27/6/2023. Good mechanics are hard to find. Honest ones are especially rare. Anees provides a professional, reliable service at a competitive price. I had a number of unexpected issues come up during service by a main dealer. They gave me a big bill and an ETA of 7 days to fix everything. I had a long drive planned up north to visit relatives within the next few days (which my family was looking forward to) so looked elsewhere for repairs. Luckily, I found Anees and he saved the day (and money for me). My car had its water pump, timing belt, thermostat housing and speed sensors changed. I was kept updated via whatsapp and shown videos while the repairs took place. A really expensive issue was also misdiagnosed by the main dealer. After inspection and showing me proof via videos, Anees rejected the issue. I know many technicians who would've done the repairs and charged the customer so I really appreciate the honesty. My car was fixed within 2 days and my long family trip up north went ahead without any issues. Highly recommended for all your car repair/servicing needs.

I went to Anees' garage based on other reviews & also that it's approved by the RAC website. Made the booking & got immediate call asking when I'd like to bring the car in, with luck they could see me in an hour! I needed new front brake pads & discs. When taking off the wheels Anees found one was extremely hot, and also that it was in a locked position. He got me to touch it & look for myself and said I needed a new caliper as it was burnt out. But it was only one side, the other one was fine. Another garage may well have pretended both needed replacing. I've got garages closer to my house but they've often found "hidden extras" once I'm back at home waiting for the repair. I want a garage I can trust, and I believe I've found one! The extra wasn't hidden as he showed & explained the problem to me. He also showed me the old parts afterwards to prove the work had been done. The quote was one of the cheapest I'd found, and the work was excellent & genuine. I'd be very happy to have my car fixed here again.

Took my car in for a new clutch as it was nearing 100k miles. Collected my car. Clutch was awful. Was told it would bed in. Two weeks later clutch broke. They refused to fix. Had to get independent garage involved who found out they had used cheap parts but quoted for more expensive parts. After threatening court action he finally agreed to rectify. After the cars return it continually made a whirring noise. On further inspection by an independent it was found they had damaged the thrust bearing. I would totally advise NOT to use this garage. They are cheap for a reason. My car had nothing wrong with the gearbox until you got your hands on it. The usual garage spoke to you afterwards when it was noisy. You did not use the quoted parts you used the cheapest. You did not change thrust bearing or show me a video. You refused to deal with me or repair my car. Hence why another mechanic got involved.

The best garage you can find. Professional mechanic. Knows what he is doing. Will explain everything and give advice. Reasonable estimates and prices. I serviced a car there 4 times, always good service, timing belt, shock absorbents, brakes, water pump, and full service. No mater what job they do little or big, always the outcome is at high standard. Also I have noticed they use the correct fluids to the specific car, and high quality ones. My gear shifter was sticking a bit when changing gears, not a big deal, but after a full service, this problem disappeared. Did not expect that to happen, and this is a nice bonus, probably because my brake fluid was bleeded and the right fluids were used. To the garage: if you do/would do vehicle pre-purchase inspection definitely would use this service from your garage when buying a used car. Anyway I will use your car repair/maintenance service again.

I am a regular customer at Anee's. I recently took the car in for an MOT. Found out it needed new wishbones to pass. Left the car overnight and it was ready for collection the following morning, with a new MOT. Excellent service at very reasonable prices. I have been to Anees garage to change my VW Sharan timing belt kit and DSG gear box oil change, and he has done a fantastic job at a reasonable rate. I shopped around, and Anees was the cheapest yet most professional of them all. I would highly recommend his services, as he will send you pics and videos of the spares bought, job in progress, job done etc. I haven't come across such a service yet. His garage is small but the job he does is very professional. 6 stars and more for this gentleman. He treats every vehicle like his own. Thank you very much Mr Anees. Cleanliness, Toilet Facilities and Waiting area for customers are all taken into account when reviewing. Customer satisfaction should be something you should be offering as standard and is not the only thing I give out 5 stars on. I will try to remain short and simple but reasonable with the review. 1st five start costumer service from the beginning to the end. Very polite and professionals dealt with me. 2nd the extra mile which they providing with recorded videos of their work done to your car is something new for me and very appreciated. I had a nightmare with my car as my strut mounts were damaged and due to this had knocking noises and steering issues. Took it to 5 different garages in london including one in leicester and not a single garage could figure out the actual problem. Took it to anees auto center and anees found out the problem within minutes and explained in details the cause of the damage on the mounts as well. Would highly recommend his garage to carry out works.

Na it does not worth at all to go to this workshop. Went there cause it is close to my place. My car got damaged after which I had to contact Authentic Toyota Service Center to fix my car. A noise started coming out from passenger side front wheel. Their work was not even up to the mark. The lift they have is quite high on which your car sets up, which gets your car damaged. Will never recommend to anyone.

Fantastic service from Anees Auto Care, booked car in with no issues, dropped off at agreed time and was done within agreed slot, showed me pics of parts replaced (filters were shocking), did not replace one filter and therefore reduced total price to pay, a very honest and trustworthy mechanic, will defo be using again for all my car servicing. No idea the level of service at this establishment but someone in a branded Vauxhall vehicle (Reg: NY04 YNA) from this garage was abusive to my wife and made sexual gestures towards her whilst she was driving on the way to work today 18/05/17 at roughly 8am in Hounslow. They may be the best garage in the UK, but be aware of the kind of people you're supporting if you decide to use them.
