Yes you can find a lot of random and small electronic items and gadgets.. but in terms of customer service LOL these guys dont give a single you know what nor do they know a single you know what. I asked them what the item was in a big jar on the table where you pay and the guy says "i have no idea" i ask him where is such and such item "i dont know" basically you need to treat this store as a help yourself kind of place and if you are looking for a particular item be prepared to search and dig cuz u wont find or receive the appropriate assistance. Also, the hours listed on their led board hanging on the outside is all wrong. It says they open at 9am but they come in at 950am. I sat there watching several customers try to open the door only to find its locked and then wait for 10 mins then end up leaving pretty upset. Place needs to be managed better with a focus on hiring employees who actually know the store layout and its items.

I went for network equipment. The pricing was good from the small amount of research I had done. There's a huge assortment of items at this location. That's the good. Now for the bad. The staff couldn't answer my questions regarding their own products. They couldn't determine if the network cabling I was looking at was STP or UTP. Additionally they didn't know the prices of a couple of the bulk cabling I was looking at purchasing and I feel like they made up the per foot prices on the spot. As it took them so long to answer my questions around their products it took us almost to closing time. They continually said they were closing rather than answering our questions (this was 7:55). My receipt showed a checkout time of 8:01 and most the staff were already getting in their vehicles. If you know exactly what you're going for it may be worth going for the price, but don't expect any decent customer service or friendliness.

I've been here twice and had the same experience but today was the last time I'll go. I first waited in front of the cashier for 10 min to ask if they had what I was looking for. He was setting up a tv and he did look at me a few times but only approached me because the phone was ringing. Once his call was over I was able to ask where I can find the part I was looking. He pointed me in the direction and went back to setting up the tv. After 10 min of looking I found the parts and brought it to the front. He again did the same thing, continued to look at me, but still setting up the tv. After another 5-10 min I just left it there and walked out. In my opinion they are more expensive than online and the other stores around them, but their advantage is that they are open longer. Overall the customer service is one of the worst I've seen. (I was simply looking for banana plugs for my home theatre)

I don’t know about the other staff but the one I dealt with was very rude and nonchalant. Did not seem to care at all about the customers. He was working the counter. When a friend of mine went to buy a MAG520 they were told if they pay cash there would be no tax yet when I bought it he did not acknowledge that at all. When I asked him to maybe ask a colleague if they had said that he refused and said he would allow me to return it but wouldn’t ask someone else or give it to me without tax. I don’t understand people that would lose potentially hundreds of dollars instead of asking their coworker or giving it with no tax. I know for a fact he didn’t give it to me without tax for some unknown bias as I saw 2 people that got it without tax. It is not correct to treat customers differently.

Such a horrible company, so I bought something online and then they wait five days to send me an cryptic email that says my item was refunded then it gets worse a refund never showed up. I even sent them an email and they ignored me completely. So I had to get PP involved to get my money back. It took an unacceptable amount of time which was about three weeks to get my money back. Do not buy from this company as the reviews where people say they are rude is very true and they even tried to scam me well, I won't put up with that and no one should have to. I can only think of two reasons why they did this, they are either grossly incompetent or they tried to scam me. Either way is very bad and I recommend that no one buys anything from from this company.

If you don’t value your hard earned money, shop at Angel electronics!! They are the best example of worst customer service in the GTA. They sell refurbished electronic items saying its new and comes with a 7 day exchange policy but won’t honor it if it doesn’t work once you step out of there shop. Got an Android TV box from them for $150, the guy on the counter said it comes with 7 day return/exchange warranty. I got home tried to connect it to TV and box won’t work after 20-30 mins of use. Went to the store to complain and they say “We cant do anything, contact the manufacturer”. Beware of the items you buy here, looks they are all refurbished and there warranty is a joke!!

If I could give a rating below 1 I could. Such rude people working here. Asking them general questions didn't mean anything and they were so rude. The people working there aren't professional at all and have major attitude problems. They don't know what customer service is. The place is filthy and people working here need to learn lessons in customer service. Buyer Beware: I brought in my computer and they quoted me $80 to fix my laptop keyboard, but called me back and told me it would be double the price. I was conveniently was told that I should consider buying their overpriced refurbished laptops instead. I had to go back twice to get my actual laptop back as they take them offsite somewhere to fix. The 2nd time I came back, I had to wait 30 minutes despite the staff indicating the day prior I could pick up my laptop. I would not trust this place and will not be returning. Quickly found another technician who will replace my laptop for $65. Awful customer experience.

Although they didn't tell me this at the point of purchase, all sales are final. I only realized this after my FTA receiver didn't work and I actually looked at the bill where it does state this. They told me the receiver has a manufacturer 30 day warranty. I tried to find the manufacturer website on-line and found that they had been out of business for four years. Of course they didn't mention that when they suggested that I buy this receiver. I feel as though these guys were dishonest with me. I won't be buying anything else from them.

The store is located at the northeast corner of Dixie Road and Matheson Boulevard (plenty parking spots). I was imagining a Sayal Electronics type of store, but I was blown away. The store is unexpectedly big and jammed with products. One of the young staff asked me if I needed help, guided me through the store and picked up the items that I needed - fast and efficient. I can't comment on the prices but they were advertised on the business website. I have no experience with returns.

You can find a lot of useful things in this store. They carry IPTV boxes and other electric appliances. They have all kind of wires, connectors and adapters that are hard to find. They have all kinds of remote controls. It is a big store and a bit crowded. You have to look around to find what you need or ask the friendly people working there to help you. They also sell used laptops and cell phones. There are other things like pens, toys and games.

Good store, bad product. Picked up an antenna amplifier for over-air TV from "Focusantennas.ca" Product is Hamza LTE 2 TV antenna amplifier. Turns out, this is NOT suitable for Canadian winters. Though it is an outdoor amplifier (mounted near antenna) it begins to fail at -10 deg. C. I've seen entire channel banks disappear because of it. When the amp was taken out of the circuit, the channels were there. Stick to Channel Master for amps.

About just a week i contact them and they were rude with me, offer me no solution, they did not want to help me, no returns, refund or exchange on defectives items. Very angry, lost 400$. Angel Electronics is the Worst ever. Overcharged me for a used item then found out it was broken. Went to store for refund, Owner screaming at me in front of customers and acting crazy and insane. He ended up threaating to assault me and then tried calling the cops at the same time. Very unstable management, very shady business and questionable quality. Save yourself the aggravation and shop online or some where else.

I always got my electronic needs from this store. Some price are cheaper than other and lot of varieties. But they don't accept return and exchange. Some staff are also rude. They wont give you bag if you don't ask, they'll get your card and tap it to the machine and left without telling anything which receipt is for you that came out from the machine while their busy talking to the phone in foriegn language

I had a smashed BlackBerry Key2 screen that needed fixing in a hurry. The technician took a great deal of care to ensure the process took place in a timely fashion with great accuracy and precision. I felt I was dealing with an experienced professional who cared about customer service. The store is extremely large and very reasonably priced. It carries a lot of electronic and computer related accessories.

I know people who run this business ( Farukh and Tahir) for over a decade. But today,some kid, who I assume work there as a part time or whatever was very root to me. I had a good relationship with this store for a long time, all my contractors are shopping at this store because of my recomendation. Website says orders ship within 24 hours. I had to call 3 or 4 times about my order. Took a week to ship or so they claim but according to Canada Post, the company has only created a label. Going on two weeks now and they never reply to emails. Next move the Better Business Bureau and fraud department of the credit card company. Not gonna have this company scam me.

Angel electronics is a very interesting store. If you are looking for anything electronic, they most likely have it. They have spools of cables you can cut to your own length as well as pre sized. TVs, stereo speakers, security cameras and a lot more. If you are ever in the area, pop in. You will very likely find something you didn't know you needed.

I needed a replacement charger for my label maker. The staff, in this case the older gentleman especially, was extremely helpful in finding out the correct parts to get it to work! We walked around the fun store and found a few other things we needed at good prices also. They are extremely friendly and helpful AND they are open 7 days a week!

But product wise there are plenty of good electrical stuff and accessories... some speciality products too that you won't find anywhere else. Not to hard to explore and walk around the place. They did a good job installing an outdoor HD antenna and Tahir himself came to my house to ensure the installation was proper. But they didn't ground the cable and I've been after them for 3 months. They keep asking me to send pictures, and tell me their installer is on vacation. I would have given 5 stars if this was handled promptly.

This is a big warehouse with bins and shelves full of all sorts of discounted stuff. Most of the merchandise is electronics or related accessories (TV mounting brackets, cell phone cases, antennas etc.) but there are also random bins of clothes, binders and miscellaneous knick-knacks.

Employees redirect customers to other employees when they aren't doing anything. Phone calls have priority over customers who are in front of them. Midway during a conversation, one of the employees answered a call and then walked away from me leaving me standing ready to cash out

Went looking to get some items to set up my home theater. They have friendly staff lots of selection and great prices too. I was able to get a wall mount cables adapters and all the little items needed in stop shop. Stop in if inbthe area or take a drive as its worth it.

This place is basically an electronics surplus store, reminds me of Active Surplus on Queen St but prices are not as good, less interesting stuff and less organized, however Active Surplus is gone so this is the next best thing.

Huge electronic store. They have lots of electronic collection, like cables, TV antennas, switchs, IP Boxes and lots of other stuff. Place not super organized but you can find whatever you need. Location is convenient.

I purchased the international channels receiver from them. Initially It worked perfectly then it stopped. I went there and spoke to the person, he re programmed it for me for free and it's working perfectly since then.

Do not buy anything from this store, for any reason if you want to return an item they wont accept. They will mention that the items purchased are final sale, which they don't mention anywhere on their website.

An interesting place that is always in flux. Selection of items is varied and mostly open box stuff from other retailers. Some items are well priced and others not so much. But as always, caveat emptor.
