"SENT ME WRONG SCREEN and they even admitted their fault and after i retuned it its been a week now (7days) and i still didn't get my refund! i ordered an s10 plus screen with fingerprint and they sent me a screen with no fingerprint after i told them about this they said it was their fault and that they had the wrong information on the listing, i checked other listing and most of them had incorrect information! if you buy from them then expect bad customer service and incorrect low quality parts and no refund after returns its been 7 days since I returned my screen to them and they are just stalling and ignoring and replying late on purpose and not providing any refund! it already costed me my customer who was super mad at me for their fault and now they are not refunding DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, I will update this review if they refund if they dont refund then I will be contacting my lawyer/ bank and BBB and several others as they wasted multiple days of my time and labor and costed me my customer and the stress i experience from all of this, I will not hesitate at all to take them to small clams court if they dont refund, any judge will agree with me with the proof I have"

Very happy with Esource Parts online customer service. The glass screen on my phone broke and I have been looking around for parts and guidance. I used their websites chat feature as I noticed they had the glass screen in stock for my phone. Floyd was very helpful over chat. He provided me a video on removing the glass and installing a new one and mentioned that changing out the whole LCD screen, although more expensive would be a much easier process for fixing on my own. I had yet to purchase anything from them and their customer service rep was there regardless to answer my questions and provide me insight and guidance on steps going forward. It's hard to come across customer service like that and I very much appreciate it. I will be sure to provide them with business from myself or friends and family that might need cell phone parts. Thanks again!
I am very impressed with their work ethic and customer service skills. I bought parts knowing that they were on back order so I wasn't in a rush. When the time came the parts were still not in. They worked with me to figure out what it was I needed to do and helped supply alternative parts they had in stock and ready to ship. This alone is impressive. When one of my parts came in it was damaged (I hold no blame for Esource for this, they packaged it very well). I sent an email and pictures of the damaged part and within a day they had my new part ready to ship. Everyone that helped me with this were great to deal with, polite and prompt in their service. You can get parts from many different sources. It is rare nowadays to get this kind of service and attitude. When I need parts again Esource will be the only source.
EDIT: After posting below I was approached by a Chris P from ESource who quickly fixed the situation. A working part was delivered the next day via FedEx. Before purchasing a product from Esource, I called the store to make sure the part was new and not refurbished. They assured me all their parts are new. When I received my order the word "damage" was written on the board? I gave them the benefit of the doubt and requested an RMA to get a new board. The process took two months before I received my second board, which was ALSO broken. I contacted support and they assured me that all their parts are new. They asked why I thought otherwise.... really? See the pictures. I requested a full refund as they never delivered what I ordered. They have yet to respond to me.
Excellent, efficient delivery and professional service outlet for very diverse cellphone parts. The product I purchased was slightly different in "condition description" than that in the inventory description on their website. The part was nonetheless in new condition and definitely worked just fine. However on reaching out to them to advise of the discovery of an inadvertent discrepancy on website part description, they contacted their supplier to verify condition standards, committed to correct the website and offered me a fair price reduction credit. Exceptional honesty and ethic in business practices. Well done !! Highly recommended parts supply outlet.
Was in need of some ribbon cables urgently and used the express shipping option. My order for some reason was sent through the wrong service and resulted in getting the parts too late and needing to do a runaround to pick it up (recommend avoiding T-Force subsidiaries like the plague). Called in this morning to get a refund for shipping costs and the gentleman who answered the phone was very apologetic and refunded me immediately. No fuss, no muss. Dinging off one star for the shipping mixup, but otherwise five stars for the friendly and competent customer service. Will go to again for urgent part needs!
The quality of Esource’s parts is darn near original and in some cases they are! I’m speaking from experience using their parts service for helping friends with busted devices. I could go on about the quality but trust me when I say top notch as I trust no other for my parts. The service is out standing and one on one, they will find it if they don’t have it and the best thing is they are prompt. The shipping and delivery well that’s another area of first class service… when your parts and delivery need to first class, there’s no other I trust that Esource!

Good people here! Bought a loud speaker from the website. Ended up being a defective unit. Contacted them and they got me a new loud speaker unit within the hour. Will recommend these guys to others. Defected items happen but it all comes down to customer service. Customer service was very on point!
Ordered a replacement glass screen online, and went to go pick it up after work. Traffic wasn't on my side, so about 10 mins away from the store I called and asked if they would wait about 10 mins past the closing time.
