Have purchased plenty of items in this store over the last few months. Was there on a Sunday and dealt with Kerrie, will never return. She appears to be the manager, absolutely appalling customer service. Would not recommend any customers to visit this store, let alone deal with Kerrie. She should be dismissed from this store.

Recently passing through here to make an engagement ring purchase; served by Sue i had an amazing experience here. She went absolutely above and beyond to show me things i was interested in seeing and explaining everything i needed to know

Just walked out of the store with shocking customer service. Guess it's the manager of the store whom I dealt with. Questioned her about a sale item and she asked me to come after 2 hours as she's busy sorting out other stuffs.

Great service and understanding of what my thoughts and intentions were.
