Appalling service. My husband dropped off my engagement ring as a diamond fell out so needed resetting. The ring was dropped off 7 weeks ago (!!) and still no sign of the ring. When it was dropped off, they said there would be only a 2 week turn around. We have phoned several times and have been passed on from person to person over the phone. They’ve told us they’ll get an update on its whereabouts and said they’d phone us back but never have. We’ve had to follow up each time by phoning them again or going into the shop personally. Each time, we have received vague answers as to where the ring is and how much longer it’ll be until it’s ready. Today my husband went into the store (again) and he was updated that it ‘might’ be ready next week ‘hopefully’. Shocking service. We are starting to wonder if they have lost it??? I wouldn’t be surprised. I do not recommend Angus and Coote at all.

I ordered 2 rings at the end of July, and was told it would be 2-4 weeks for their arrival. After 5 weeks I received 1 of the rings and was told the other was on its way. 8 weeks after placing the original order and with no sign of the 2nd ring, I called them, to again be told the ring was on its way. 5 days after this, I receive a call, saying that the order had been cancelled for the 2nd ring, because they don't make them in that size! How on earth was this not picked on up when I; 1. Ordered originally 2. Received the first part of the order 3. When I called after 8 weeks. Incredibly poor customer service, untrained staff and clearly lacking procedures. To make matters worse, today I went in to get a refund, and was told I couldn't have one, because the manager wasn't working today, what a joke !!

No staff knows when we order something in this shop. A month ago a tissot watch metal strap was specially ordered a month after I went in and enquired about the order and staffs do not know how to look into it says the person who ordered is on break and no one could help with it . They took my contact number hopefully gets a call about it. Don’t they have records of orders don’t they give trainings for the staffs. Sadly I have to give them a 1 star review so that public should expect delay with their services.

Not the best jewellers. We bought two wedding rings from here. On the wedding day her ring lost a diamond (see photo). My ring had to be resized. The resizing is clearly visible. There are two dark bands that go all the way around the ring where material was added and the thickness is uneven. Service face to face was good in store.

Really had a bad experience of buying a watch from the store. It turned out faulty and the store did not offer refund instead said to get a replacement which i did not wanted.

Had a wonderful in-store experience and was helped by lovely lady named Kathleen who went above and beyond. Thankyou!
