Went in today with the intention to send my engagement ring to get a quote for two rings to be made either side of my engagement ring for my Wedding ring in October this year. I spoke to one of the lady's before going back today about it and she advised me to come back after the public holiday etc blah blah so it doesn't take longer as it takes a week to get the quote. That's all she told me. So I went back today to only be told that I'm suppose to look up what diamonds I wanted and size etc. Got told to go home and do that then come back! And now I'm not even going to bother If she had told me this before going back there again today I wouldn't have wasted my time! It's a shame because I really wanted my engagement ring to have two rings made either side as my wedding ring. But since it's such a hassle just to get the quote yea no thanks. Poor instructions is all I can say. Should've read the reviews first before going here too!

ill keep it short. bought a ring for my wife as a christmas present. but they had to get it made as the size was big. we bought it on 27th of november and i was told that it will be ready before christmas. they didnt call me to pick it up untill 22nd of december so i called them and asked if its ready. they said it might come today afternoon so i should check later. called them on 24th and the staff said its due to come in the end of january. i spoke to the manager and told her we were told it will be ready before christmas. she spoke to the staff and the staff who served us said that she asked us if it was urgent and which date do u need it by. but she never asked us that question when we bought it. instead we asked if it will be ready before christmas and they said yes. thats y we bought the ring in the first place. now i dont have a christmas gift for my wife. ruined our christmas.

I brought watch today 18 th may, i asked about battery was it in warranty, they are saying me no battery is in warranty, what if battery spoils after 2 to 3 months, will it be any cost, she was not able to answer, instead she arguing with me about the battery.Because in front of me other watch battery was stopped. Apart from that they didnt had courtsey to explains what covers up in warranty for 2 years in guest watches.Susan is so rude, where she started arguing about battery and Ialso find, she don't have courtsey to talk with customer politey.Also, few selection to watches to Angus and Coote. We are paying for watches, for showing 3 to 4 watches it was trouble for her, she immediately called other staff and ask him to show.This is not good customer service from Susan, learn to speak with customers and act.Never go Angus & coote for anything.

I find it really difficult to understand the negative reviews here. Myself and my daughter have been frequent visitors to this store. We have been in to look for different items at different times. Each time they have been very patient with us, as we are careful with our purchases and we do look around elsewhere. We have returned to them a few times as most times they seem to have the most adorable items at great prices. I think the lady we have dealt with the most is Bec(I hope i remembered correctly). However, all the staff have been brilliant and so friendly and helpful. Always have friendly lil chats and are delightfully friendly lil souls (especially Bec). It is our favourite jewellery store due to all these reasons.

I wanted to buy a watch for my father who is in India. It was from my first pay check. I was taking pictures to send him and ask if he likes any of those. If the lady could have told me that’s not allowed , I would have understood. But she was so rude. She asked me if I needed any help, I told her that it’s my first time buying for my father he is India I am sending him pictures. She repeated exactly what I said sarcastically and paused. I was confused and asked I am sorry? She repeated the whole sentences again with sarcasm. I felt so discriminated and humiliated I left the store. I bought the watch from bevilles then.

Do not recommend Werribee A&C store! I bought a Tissot watch at Werribee pacific Angus and Coote store on 10th March 2018. The faulty watch kept stopping the first and only day I was wearing it. We asked for the full refund but were offered a repair or exchange but not refund. The store manager (David) kept telling us that he needs to seek advice from his head office manager (Tony) and was reluctant to advise (did not called when promised) us on a situation of refund. We tried to contact Head office manager directly and filled claim on official A&C web site and received no respond at all. Preparing claim to ACCC.

To the lovely 3 ladies who went above and beyond with their customer service duties with me when i purchased my stunning solid tear drop diamond, split shoulder halo ring, sunday afternoon. A huge thank you goes out to Cecillia, Bec and Jacqui, thank you beautiful ladies from the bottom of my heart, you all showed your sincere care, I didn't feel like just amother customer, you all made me feel very special. I picked up my gorgeous ring tonight and it has brought so much happiness into my heart. One very happy lady I am.. bling bling. Very much appreciated.. Keriann xx

While looking for a certain type of gold earring for my partner, I showed a picture to the attendant to which she told me that they don't "have anything like it" which is fine. she then points me towards lovisa and tells me they might have it and will be more my price range. I thank her for the help and go to lovisa only to find it is essentially plastic jewelry. Absolutely rude and disrespectful. It's such a shame because previously l looked at engagement rings here with fantastic service but will not be returning

The way I understand after reading other reviews, it's still "descrimination"...they are nice to people who buy "diamonds" with them. First time I did "layby", and I was not given any extension...so I cancelled it and they took 25%...long process of filling up papers. The Lady says it will be a "Company check" and It will start it's process on the next Monday( I filed Thursday) now it's Sunday have not received any. Never coming back even if I am just a "tiny", cashless customer who buys my affordable jewelry.

Very bad customer service in this werribee plaza store. i had a very good feedback on Angus coote till date but this is changing now . The lady in the store is not interested in showing the items even. we asked for some gold chains and nothing is there in the display, iam not sure whey they dont sort and display like all other stores does , she gets a plastic lunch box kind of box and each chain is in a small bag. We can not see any when its sitting in that bag and need to push her to show us.

We had very bad customer service at weribee store... The customer service is pathetic , staff here needs to be trained that showing jewerally to customers is part of the job that they have accepted to do also they get paid for that job so they need to be grateful that having job in such time where lots of people lost their jobs ...and being helpful and polite to customers is the least expectation in a customer service role.

Terrible customer service and staff are super lazy. There return policy is horrible through the whole company and dealing with faulty items are even worse lucky noticed and came back within the 30 days or would have been more of a hassle but shop assistance were no help and tried to tell me the ring was "just dirty" when there was a chip out the stone. No experience and horrible with customers.

Leigh and the girls were absolutely wonderful, they truly went above and beyond to create a wonderful customer experience. My whole family were extremely happy with their gifts. They were very patient throughout the entire process and always kept my updated even with a complicated order, overall it was brilliant customer service. Will definitely keep coming back for all jewellery needs.

I went here with my partner to buy a two wedding bands and an engagement ring. I had to get it resized so each time I went back, all of them were so so rude. It didn’t matter which lady I got, all rude. I would never come here again.

Awful customer care service- the lady said to me that do not runaway with the watch I was trying out. Be careful when going there - I’m reporting this lady to the upper management. I hope you go bankrupt soon by the end of this year.

Cannot speak highly enough of the lovely staff in particular Cecilia. This lovely women went above and beyond to get my brand new amazing ring to fit. The lengths she went to far exceeded any expectations! 10/10 would come back!
