what can anyone say other than nice things after having your pet basically saved from amputation. "thank you so much" is probably a start. having issues in finding help on a Sunday we finally found this piece of Eden. overall our experience was quite good apart from the inevitable wait to be seen - understandable though as more urgent cases arrive while waiting. the admin staff were great and are prompt with any queries either via sms, mobile, or email. vets actually communicate over mobile in a way that a simpleton like me can understand clearly, we'll done. I suppose patience is a virtue??? anyway, many thanks but hope not to see you again, no malice intended.

I would like to thank Dr Cameron and staff for their care, support and services. We didn't go here for very long because we had to put our cat down. Every time we came he was caring and checked over our cat thoroughly. We used to go to another vet and their services and care does not compare to here. When we buy another pet this will be our vets. Thank you so much for your service and love for every pet that sees you.

I bought my cat here and am now going to the Vet clinic. Very happy with the Vet I saw, Narelle, was awesome. She knew that I was a pensioner and made sure that my pension card was on file for a 10% discount. This is really great because he needs a tooth out. This is so expensive and the discount is highly appreciated.

Animal aid is the most caring and friendly vet I have ever been to with our doggies they are very helpful and really know what to do and what they are talking about ☺️ I highly recommend going there everyone there is just lovely and wonderful …

the best vets! We take our many many animals to Coldstream and they are absolutely the most compassionate vets. especially Dr Nicco!! He looks after our girl pooky so so well. All the vets are so lovely and care for our dogs and cats amazingly.

Very prompt with diagnosis and surgery, giving Pookey the best chance of a longer and better quality of life..I am so grateful to all the staff, usually you have to drag your dog into the vets, but here pookey actually drags me...Thankyou all..

The vet clinic now that Caroline is back , is exemplary and the care is fabulous. All three of my dogs go here and are well looked after at an affordable and reasonable price, compared to other vet clinics.

I'm happy about the place, what I like is most of the profit goes to the organization. I think the current CEO has made big changes that has made positive changes to the place.
