We took our sweet pup here for 3.5 years. In all the time that we were there we never saw the same vet twice. In all the time that we were there they failed to inform us of the serious health problems that my dog had. More about that later. We recently decided to go to a new vet after this vet just wasn’t cutting it. First off, they have always seemed a bit unprofessional and quite inexperienced. It definitely doesn’t feel like you can truly trust them. Things just don’t feel personal enough here. They all showed a lot of love towards my dog but that’s where the good ended for me. The last time we took my dog here, we asked that titer tests be done to measure the immunity my dog actually has against a disease instead of vaccinating just because. Let me say, overvaccination is a huge concern for me. I am absolutely against my dog being vaccinated when it is unnecessary. Overvaccinating just destroys a dogs immune system, not something I want. When we asked for titer testing to be done, they had no idea what we were talking about. I feel that if you’re a vet you should AT LEAST know what a titer test is. If you’re going to offer vaccinations why would you not know about testing the immunity a dog has? They go hand in hand. To me, this was an example of being unknowledgeable. We were then pushed to vaccinate our dog and they ended up vaccinating her anyways. That was the last time we took her, it was the last straw for me. We recently found a new vet that is more in line with the type of approach I prefer to take with my dogs health. More holistic, a huge focus on nutrition, natural medicine and they offer titer tests for sure. Today was our first visit with them, and with just one visit, within minutes, they informed us that our poor pup has a heart murmur and very possibly allergies. When she was a puppy we had taken her to a different vet before this one. They had apparently told another family member that she had a minor heart murmur, which I found out today (I didn’t go to this visit and I don’t remember being told). So my dog had a heart murmur all the years she was with this vet. They never once pointed it out to us, for all they know we had never been told by another vet. They also never noticed that the stains on her hair around her paws were due to her chewing and licking her paws, possibly due to allergies. Of course, we aren’t vets and don’t know everything. That’s why we take our dogs to vets so they can help us, give us a good analysis of our pets health and inform us of underlying things we can’t see. My dog is now 5 years old. All these years my poor baby has been living with a heart murmur that could have progressed at any time. She has been living with allergies that should have been brought to light many years ago. I could have been helping my dog with both of these things YEARS ago, but I had no idea about them because this practice failed to notice critical health issues with my pet. Now, after living her whole life with a heart murmur and allergies, I am finally able to start supporting her heart and finding out what is causing her allergies. It shouldn’t be this way. What if my dog’s heart murmur had progressed and gotten worse? What if her allergies had gotten worse? They should have informed us years ago, so we could start being proactive about these situations early on instead of three years later. I do not recommend this vet AT ALL. If not knowing about health issues early on when they’re still minor and you have a chance to stop them in their tracks doesn’t bother you, then sure, why not go here? Otherwise, if you want to actually get a good analysis of your pets health, this place just ain’t it. They’re also extremely overpriced. We are now taking our sweet girl to Kingsley Animal Hospital and couldn’t be happier! They are an amazing vet, very informative and knowledgeable. If you really want a good vet, go to Kingsley. They know their stuff and will let you know about any health issues no matter how small they may seem. Just please, don’t take your pets here. It’s not worth the risk.

I took my dog to this VET in July of last year because she quoted me half of what another Vet was going to charge me to remove bladder stones. I was elated. I then left my dog at this location while I went on a trip, before you leave your dog you have to fill out of paper work that states if the Vet feels that your dog need medical attention that you authorize her to do so but that she will call you if she needs to. Anyhow, when I arrived to pick my dog up I was told that the Doc needed to speak to me because they had took some X-rays and found that my dog did not need the surgery because she did not see any in the films. I was a little taken back because she didn't call me as the paperwork stated but happy that I didn't have to pay for the surgery. She then placed my dog on some antibotics because of course my dog had a bladder infection that ended up being an infection that lasted about 7 months with me continuing to pay over $200 overtime I had to go back. I then decided that hey this has never happened to my dog and now at this point my dog is getting sicker and sicker. I decided to challenge the doc on what she was telling me because this is not the first time that my dog had had these infections but it was the first time that the infection did not clear and now my dog was getting worse. Her reply was that she went to school for this and that she knew what she was talking about. Ok, so I decided to go to another Vet. The other vet that I took her to ran blood work and saw that all my dogs levels were normal and decided to do an Ultrasound to see why my dog was not eating; guess what my dog still has the bladder stones that she originally should have gotten removed in the first place and I also found out that you can not see stones on an X-ray. So the X-ray that was performed at this location was useless in making the judgement call that she did. She then kept my dog stick my basically treating something that should have been taken care of had she removed the stones in the first place. I am now out over $1000 and I am back a square one with my dogs treatment. The techs and doctor are also unprofessional when it comes to talking with you about your pets care. They like to come in real quick give you there findings and if you have further questions they try and rush you or are rude in answering questions. Conclusion if you want to have someone that is knowledgable in your pets treatment and show compassion not only to you but also your pet this is not the place to go!!!!!!

This place doesn’t deserve even one star. I will never take my dogs to this place again and if I can take any legal action, I will not hesitate to do so.This place prescribed medications that can harm your babies. The bad part is you took your baby there for one thing and the vet there tells you your dog has something else that you didn’t even notice in your baby. Yes, I thought it was possible since dogs can’t explain what is wrong with them. But you take a dog for a dry nose and they tell you your dog has an ear infection, so you believe it. They prescribed your dog a medication for the ear infection and you apply the medication as it was prescribed by the vet just to find out three days later that your dog has become completely deaf. You called the vet back because no one told you of this horrible side effect. Your dog's nose is still dry. Remember that was the reason why you took your dog to the vet there to begin with and they want you to pay the appointment fee again to take your baby back there!!! Really??? So you know you’d rather use the money to see a real good vet and not this clown. So you decided to take your baby somewhere else the same day you called this horrible vet hospital back which was on the third day to find out that your dog does not have an ear infection?? If the ear infection was there, it won’t get better in three days. That’s why antibiotics are prescribed to be used for at least seven days. Also, I could have believed it if the infection started to disappear on the third day; but my dog didn’t have any indication of ever having an ear infection. Besides that, her ear canal was perfectly clean according to the other vet; but she is now deaf. This vet caused permanent damage to my dog's ears and the part that made me even more angry is that she could have at least mentioned the horrible side effect of the medication (which they knew about) that she prescribed to my dog. My advice to you folks, please do a favor to your babies. This place is dangerous and they’re not looking out for the welfare of your baby. They’re incompetent and unprofessional. This place should be closed!

I have taken my boxer mix dog there atleast 1 time previous with no comlaints, however my most recent visit will be my last! They do bordatella shots every 6 months while most vets. Do yearly, I was trying to become more educated about the shots & the receptionist kept telling me that they do them every 6 months cus they groom & would specify for my pet or situation if I really needed another vaccination or not. So I eventually decide to have it done, as the vet comes in to give my dog her rabies shots & etc. I go to hold my dog as it normally takes 3 ppl 2 to hold & 1 for the shot & the vet. Informs me that I can't hold her head region & that she would have to be muzzled! I was alarmed because my dog doesn't have a violent history and wasnt required to have a muzzle the first vet Vist or any time in the 6 years I've had her. The vet then tells me that my dog is shaking & nervous & backs away when she try to pet her (perhaps she should of pet the dog for more then 30 secs.) & that my dog is violent and she not having anyone get bitten. There was no note informing of a violent history & she didn't state the policy, she gave me an ultimatum of muzzle or no shots even though I had previously held my dogs face for the temp. Before she came in and every other veternerian visit for the past 6 years. The vet then gave me a countdown starting at 5 mins. With the ultimatum of muzzle or no shors. She was extremly rude & unprofessional! When I told her I drove 45 mins to keep them as a vet and that I could have easily switched & she responded by telling me it takes her over & hour to get there & that she didn't care that I drove there or if I switched vets. Seems like they really treat you like family here! So as my countdown was going I grabbed my dog & left with no shots!

The 1st problem is in the use of "hospital", in their name. This place is a clinic since they do not keep animals overnight. I learned this the hard way. Brought my cat in because he kept throwing up. Was told that he was blocked and unable to urinate. His bladder was very large and causing issues with his kidneys. They referred me out to a emergency facility after charging $325 for an x-ray and blood work. The emergency, BluePearl, charged me over $1100 for the catheter and 24hr care. I picked him up and monitored him closely. Yes, you guessed correctly, still blocked. Returned to Oakleaf animal "hospital" and they confirmed the blockage and that his bladder was even larger than the first time. Again, they weren't willing to do anything and referred me to the same emergency at which point I told them that there was no way and that I'd make some calls and figure it out myself. At my girlfriend's suggestion I called, Julington Creek Animal Hospital. They advised me to bring him right down even though he was not a current patient. When I arrived, the Dr was at lunch but because of the situation, the assistant called him back from lunch. After the Dr saw him he told me that he needed a catheter once again and that he would like to keep keep it in for 24 hrs, and an additional 24 hrs for observation once it was removed. After 48 hrs I was able to pick him up and he's doing great. My cost at julington Creek Animal Hospital was $426. My point in all this is: some vets are a business first and some are a care facility first. I hope this review can help someone make the right choice when it comes to their pet's care

I made an appointment for 11am on a Wednesday to get my dog's rabies vaccine. I arrived at 10:50. There was only one other person there. I was not even brought back to the room until 11:30. The poor lady at the front desk was responsible for the phones, checking people in and taking them back to the room and weighing them. Where is the delegation? At one point this girl had 4 people walk in at the same time. She handled it well but why is she the one taking patients back to the exam rooms and getting the dog's weights? Then, the nurse came in (in a sweatshirt with a college logo on it which was extremely unprofessional in my opinion) and took his heart rate and temperature. Another 15 minutes went by and finally the doctor came in. The doctor didn't try very hard to gain rapport with me or my very scared lab-size dog and he growled at her...he has never growled at any human in his life. She gave him the shot and some treats and said that was it and left. Nothing memorable. Then, when I went to pay, I was told over the phone the cost would be $39 for the exam and the vaccine but the lady told me it would be $63. The extra was for a $4 biohazard disposal fee (really?) and $20 for the rabies tag. When I asked the price when I called and set up the appointment, they should have told me what the actual cost would be. I will not be returning and I do not recommend this vet.

Dr. Wiechman is without a doubt AWESOME! We have been taking our fur babies to her since she opened for business . Very caring and compassionate. Treats my babies as if they were her own. Has always been up front and honest. We have had numerous fur babies over the years and some of them have had serious health issues including, (not limited to) diabetes were we had to check her sugar levels and give insulin shots twice a day. We also had a basset hound that had the worst allergies that we had to give him shots all the time too which Dr. Wiechman and her Tech and office manager Julie trained us on how to do these things at home. They have always been available to answer any questions and to help teach me what I needed to know and what I needed do to take care of my babies. They have even called me in the evenings and on weekends to check on my babies and see if I had any questions or problems. Trust me when I say, we have been to other vets in the Jax area since we moved here in 1992, and Dr. Wiechman is the best vet there is as far as I'm concerned. Highly recommend!!!! I won't go anywhere else.

I wanted to leave a review for the animal hospital and I want to say this I really enjoyed my visit today and I read the reviews yesterday and I was a little nervous but after I got there me and my boys and my pup lilly were greeted by Felicia and she was absolutely wonderful and very sweet and she put us in a room fast and she brought my oldest boy who is 3 a bunch of stuff to do while we were there and then Mariland I'm sorry if I spelt your name wrong but she came in and was wonderful and she treated us very nicely and did an awesome job with my pup lilly and then the dr came in and her name was weichman and I thought she did wonderful as well and she was very Instructional about what lilly needed and she was also very sweet to my oldest boy and let him listen to lillys heart beat which I thought was very cool and he loved it so my overall visit was very wonderful and I enjoyed it and I will be back. Also the prices were great too and we will be back. Thank you everyone there yall are awesome.

I have been taking my PETS (5+) to Doc Wiechman since she opened the clinic doors. They have received the best care possible by her and members of her staff. Communication between her, the staff and myself have always been outstanding. I feel that I am always in control of the decisions made in regards to my pets, and my personal feelings are always taken into consideration. If I take a pet in for illness, I always receive a follow-on call asking how my pet is doing. There have been times when I have had an appointment and the Doctor is delayed seeing my pet - this is expected as I know emergencies come in all the time, and just like an ER, the most serious is seen first. I understand this and if it was my pet emergency, I would hope that the other clients would understand. Prices are pretty much standard, but would love to see a military discount for our Service Members.

The Vet clinic is amazing and I love the staff. I did have one issue with the groomer this past week however. My dog had a reaction to some soap being left on and he was clipped a bit to close if a few places. He is a VERY high energy breed and has an issue sitting still. To say the least I was not happy. I did bring him in first thing on Monday morning and the vet office took care of my (sometimes) pain in the butt) puppy and no cast to me. They have called to check up on Little Bear and are genuinely concerned about his well being. This means more to me than I could ever express. The integrity of this vet office is beyond reproach. And we are all humans and all make mistakes they go above and beyond to rectify, learn and grow from every experience. I would highly recommend this vet office to anyone that loves their fur babies.

Took my baby Sophia to the vet to be put down. It was extremely hard for us. She was very old and it was time. The vet was extremely cold the entire time making our grieving very VERY uncomfortable. Wish I knew her name. That was one thing. I let it go. Now, five months later we still have no footprint or hair clipping (which we paid for) what did you guys even do with her when we left? You didn’t think about the fact her family would want her footprint? Or her hair clipping? THAT WE PAID FOR. We had her for such a long time. You guys absolutely suck. My baby is gone and I have nothing left of her. No call, nothing. I don’t know about you guys but in my house, animals are FAMILY. Wish I could give you -500 for the rating. Beware anyone putting a fur baby down, apparently here they just don’t care.

I love AHOP!! I have been a client for many years now and have always been extremely happy with any and all services I have received. From the moment I walk through the door, the level of personal attention is tremendous. From the ladies at the front desk to the tech's, to the vet's, they really take the time to listen to your problems and concerns, get to the root of the issue and come up with a solid treatment plan. While taking the time to explain what they are doing and why. They are always there when I need them. And have for many years kept my pets happy and healthy, which in turn keeps their mama (me) happy and stress free. I will continue to be a happy client of theirs for many many years to come. I trust no one else with the care and well being of my fur babies.

  • Maddie

I had my second visit with this vet’s office and it was terrible. The vet tech continuously interrupted me with her condescending remarks. Practically judging me for not knowing every single thing about dogs and what medications were. Completed multiple tests without explaining to me why or how much things would be. Overall was very rude and judgmental. I sat in the room for over an hour, with about 10 minutes of actual contact with either the vet or vet tech. Also somewhat pricey in my opinion - over $300 for one visit that was intended for vaccines and flea medication. Will not be coming back. The only reason this gets two stars is due to a somewhat pleasant first visit here many months ago. Otherwise, I definitely do not recommend this place.

I brought my geriatric (13 years old) dog to Oakleaf to be kenneled, get his yearly shots, and have them investigate why he was walking strangely. He was taken care of in every way possible. They noticed that he had swollen ankles and was given anti inflammatory medicine. He was given a senior dog blood screen to check for any issues that an older dog may have, and I felt that everyone was truly interested in making sure he was healthy and that he received the best care. Even when he was starting to snap at the staff (doesn't like getting shots), they still maintained their professionalism and attempted every way to conduct all their exams while minimizing the unpleasantness for my pet. Thanks everyone!

I usually never write reviews but I feel this one is necessary. We had been taking our dog there for 2 years. The only doctor worth seeing in there is Dr. Pascel and her tech. The front desk people are rude and never follow through with things that are requested, i.e. records, prescription refills, etc. I am certain they have a high turn over. Our experiences have been sub par and I'm so glad we finally got our dog in to a better vet with caring front desk staff, great techs and awesome doctors. It's a shame because if it hadn't been for Dr. Pascel, we would've left there a long time ago.

  • Kasey Hewett

Dr. Wiechman and her team have taken care of our pet family since 2008 and we couldn't imagine them being in better hands. Our cat's been through an emergency bladder procedure, our pit had ongoing joint issues, and our pug is notorious for allergic reactions and swallowing any and everything! Through it all, they've helped bring healing to our babies and continue to provide excellent service and superb care for our animals. If you know what's good for you, bring your pets to Dr. Wiechman, but remember to be considerate to those who work there, make an appointment and wait your turn.

I have two pets, one anxiety ridden cat and a dog that has never met a stranger and loves adventures. Both of them have been treated at Oakleaf Vet and they are so sweet! Previous vets have treated my cat like a bother when he gets worked up about being out of his comfort zone, but here they treat him so sweet and try to make him comfortable. My dog loves the place so much she tries to get me to turn in the parking lot when we go on walks past. The vet is so sweet and always has the animals best interest in mind, which I really appreciate! Plus, the prices are extremely reasonable!

Our two fur babies have been patients and friends of Animal Hospital at Oakleaf for many years. Both our dogs have extensive medial concerns and we have come to trust the care that we receive for both of our fur babies. The front desk is always caring, attentive, and easy to work with. The staff always communicates with us and is proactive in treatment. The doctors have been thorough and listen to our needs and make recommendations for ongoing wellness. I would highly recommend Animal Hospital at Oakleaf Plantation.

  • Elizabeth Deutsch

We have been taking our dogs to Dr Wiechman at the Animal Hospital at Oakleaf for many years. We have always received wonderful care from both Dr Wiechman and the staff. Dr Wiechman helped us through a difficult time when our beloved Westie was diagnosed with cancer, she was compassionate and helped us decided on the right treatment. When our Westie passed away, we rescued another dog who was very ill. With Dr Wiechman's expert care, our dog is healthy and happy. Thank you for your excellent care of my fur babies.

I just wanted to update my review. After reading all the one stars given, I want to give my experience with Oakleaf Vet. I have cats and they all have been going here for three years. The cats all love both vets and I've never had a problem with the front desk, office manager or the techs. This is the third vet I've used and although the others were proficient, I think this office actually loves my animals. Give them a try and see if your cats don't love them too. They are not the cheapest but they are the best.

  • Corinne Callaghan

Dr. Glenda kept my kitty alive for another three years, even with all the medical problems. (renal/thyroid). His quality of life, until the end was good. And when he died, Dr. Glenda was there soothing him and painlessly sending him to join his brothers. Professional yet compassionate. Enough time has passed now. We will adopt a rescue kitty from this hospital soon. And we will continue to use Dr. Glenda and her staff to keep our newest member of the family, safe and healthy. Thanks for all you do.

Anna is the BEST groomer ever! I know personally. I used to self groom 4 dogs and 4 cats until years ago until my back was completely fused top to bottom. She does my 9 year old Shih Tzu Lizzie. She is like family to us. I moved here from PA 2 years ago wentto Petsmart one time found ANNA, never going anywhere else. Trust me, she is the best!!!! I have trained dogs, and my dog is a registered Therapy Dog. I have had dogs for 30 years and only 2 groomers other than myself. I am Blessed!

  • David Holland

Made an appointment recently. Showed up and there was a number on the door to call with Covid or you could text. I called several times and no answer. I sent a text and it said to call! After 20 minutes a your lady came out and was friendly but not quick with any answers. When I made the appointment they should have told me I could not come in! Last time we were here was 2018 and I will not be back- nothing changes- only interested in making money and unprofessional vet and staff!

  • Mary Dennard

Run from this facility! Left 3 messages with no call backs went to their website requested an appointment no call back waited 45 Minutes on the phone to get an operator who told me I had to wait for a call back either from my 3 messages or frommy email . They want to blame the pandemic for the reason that they don't return phone calls. Unfortunately the pandemic has nothing to do with the common courtesy of running your business and returning potential customers phone calls.

I love ❤️ my fur babies dr. I feel like my questions always get answered at my exam vists. I realize the staff and dr are very busy with other patients at times and I'm willing to wait. I have to wait at my dr apts why should my fur babies dr apt be any different. The hospital is always clean. My pets cats and dogs love to come in the door and drag me to the staff for treats so much so they give blood and receive shots not caring. That makes me happy when they are happy.

  • Amber Smiley

My kitty came home after disappearing all night with bloated tummy and walking funny I was alarmed he was acting and looking strange. Called the hospital they got him right in and we're very attentive and sweet to his needs. They were understanding of my costs and worries and worked with me.. I wouldn't choose another vet if someone offered me money to switch. They are absolutely fabulous and me and my kitty coconuts have many more years to enjoy them. Thank you all

  • Karen Williams

Very knowledgeable and personable. We aren't just patient numbers. They know our pets by name (or by nickname :-) ). They are responsive to our needs as pet owners, and to our pets. This is the only vet that my old dog would try to knock me over to get IN the door. My current dog knows how to get there, and when I turn on Merchants Way, he gets very excited, then drags me to the door when I let him out of the car. He's always excited to see everyone there.

  • Rj Greek

The doctors and staff are very knowledgeable and personable, however, hold onto your wallet! Annual shots w/exam are comparable to the mobile vet clinics, but simple spay/neuter is going to cost you a car payment or more. I understand they have to evaluate the pet before putting them under (blood testing and EKG) but all of the add on charges add up. There is no reason the total bill to spay/neuter a dog 20lb and under should cost almost $400!!

  • Pam Phelps

We have been taking our dogs to Animal Hospital of Oakleaf Plantation since it opened. The staff and Dr are so caring and helpful. I have taken my dogs there and rescued dogs there. They have been more accommodating than I could hope for with scared and injured dogs. I have one dog in particular that is 'vet phobic' to the extreme and they have always been patient and kind in handling her. Definitely recommend them.

  • Patty Acree

Dr W and her crew ROCKS! You know how service went down at most places during covid... service went UP here! They have blown my mind with the extent they have gone above and beyond to help take care of my animals. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Their texting service is great, because I can send them a question when I think of it, rather than having to stop what I'm doing and calling them.

  • Cat H

They offer grooming, but after you drop off they can't do it so you have to reschedule-- for a week day also know as a work day. They claim to be better than Pet Smart, but for the same price I can have an express service at Pet Smart where my furbaby doesn't wait in a cage. The vet and the groomer may be good, but the service is terrible and their concern for the pet is sincerely lacking.

  • Taurus Young

I have my pets at this office and I couldn't ask for a kinder, more compassionate, caring, knowledgeable staff. They treat my pets as if they are their own and are very informative and helpful. From the moment you walk into the office you are greeted with smiles and kindness. They also are easy to schedule with. I highly recommend ..thank you Animal hospital at Oakleaf.

  • Kristy Villa

I brought my pet in after he was attacked by another dog. Dr. Wiechman was very caring throughout the entire process. Always assuring me that my pet would be ok. She did a thorough exam and fixed him right up. His staples are clean and he’s healing perfectly. The doctor even checked to see how he’s doing the next day. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

  • Joan Pierce

Love, love, love this Animal Hospital! The entire staff is great and they take such good care of my sweet Roxy! Ms. Anna is a fabulous groomer and is so good with Roxy! All I have to do is say her name and my Roxy starts wagging her tail and is ready to go get her bath! I never feel as though the cost of the services are unreasonable! Worth the drive!

  • Siobhan O.

I have been going here and I am very happy with the service. Seemed like before it was more pricey than my last visit. Was expecting to pay a lot more than what they charged me. They are also very caring to both people and pets. They didn't make me feel guilty that it had been so long between pet wellness visits. Will continue to bring my pets here.

  • adam godfrey

I've been a member of this vet for 3 years now and the last time I was seen I waited 45 min in an exam room for the doc to come in and spend 45 seconds with my dog, I thought that was a fluke and was willing to write it off to a busy day. Then today for our annual exam once again sat and waited 45 minutes before I walked out. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

  • Rachel Eastonuu I 8

I have a 6 month old healthy puppy and was quoted over 300 for a simple canine neuter. I was told a blood panel would be required. I've worked in the veterinary industry for 10 years and have never heard of this requirement for a simple neuter. This place is riping off the customer. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else.

  • Holly Sliva

I love Animal Hospital at Oakleaf Plantation! I have been taking my 7 year old German Shepherd since they opened and she is always treated so nicely there. I now have a puppy and I wouldn't think of taking her any where else. Julie is the best vet tech there, she always answers my questions.

  • Linda Bradley

Dr. Weichman and her team are the best group of Animal Care personal that I know. They take such great care of my dog. If they think something is wrong, they will find out what it is, and they fix the problem. I am elated to have them taking care of my dog. Great customer service!!!!

  • John

As an active duty military member and cat lover, I've had many veterinarians throughout my tours. On my first visit, I was extremely impressed by their professionalism. They really cared about my Bella and gave her kitty attention. Bella and I send a big thank you for caring.

  • Dana Bird

Anna has been grooming my Yorkie since the beginning and he loves her... when I walk into my regular vet's office he immediately starts trembling.. He never does this when I walk into this animal clinics office for a haircut.. office staff is friendly also

We are new to the area and needed a vet! They were able to get our Grace in right away and took great care of her! The staff was very caring and professional! We have 4 fur babies and feel confident in saying that this will be our go to veterinarian!

  • Niki Hall

I would not trust anyone else with my precious fur babies! They are always quick to answer my cat questions and show alot of care ! The front desk ladies are amazing as well and the nurses and kennel staff! Highly recommended 10 out of 10!

Go anywhere but here!!! Paying customers cannot use restrooms... Very impersonal experience. It was a LONG wait in a hot car ... even with an appointment we were there 2 hours ... was charged because our pet went to the bathroom …

Very disappointed in the service . We did not get seen. Dumped in an exam room with no frame of reference as to when we would be seen. I refuse to play that game. We had been here before and the service was much better.

Love taking my dogs to go see Anna. Prices are way better than Petsmart and she get to know you dogs. My chow loves going to see her and he pretty much dislikes anyone outside the family. I would recommend her any day.

The techs are great with all my Great Danes and Dr Wiechman takes her time and is very patient with my giant babies who aren’t the biggest fan of going to the doctors. They can get us in for appointments very quickly.

Took my dog here last week and was very satisfied overall! The staff is very friendly and professional! The curbside thing don't bother me at all. Just very happy they took care of my dog's needs.

Most difficult place to work with just to get an appointment if you have a job. A few years back my dog ate a toy and they didn't see it until it was almost too late just a horrible experience.

If you have dogs with anxiety like me, then you need to see Dr. Wiechman. She helped Luke and Lilly overcome separation anxiety. I travel a lot, so this has been a lifesaver. Highly recommend.

  • Joseph Carr

Dropped off my dog for a few days while out of town and my dog caught kennel cough. I was not totally upset until they gave me a bill to cure the cough he didn't have when we dropped him off

Always a different price quoted over the phone than when you go into it. Staff is not on the same page as the other staff. Cats always comes back sick from this vet. I'm done.

Doctor and front desk staff are great! You can tell they really care about your pet. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great vet with great pricing and hospitality!

  • Donald Nicholas

I've had Anna groom our pet for many years now. Couldn't ask for a better job with someone who also cares very much for my pet. She always does a fantastic job!

  • Carvarie Bennett

Great experience always very helpful and they take the stress out of being first time puppy owners. Keep up the great work! Felicia and Ashley are the best!!!!

Thank you Dr. Glenda and your staff for the wonderful care everyone gives to my furbabies! Hugs and kisses from Dakota, Nicky and Alex …

Unprofessional, unsafe, overpriced. They don't take responsibility for their actions. Make sure you have a good lawyer.

  • Andrea Jones

I absolutely love this vet. They treat us like family. The staff from front to the back are amazing. Highly recommend.

  • Jason Wessel

Tried to get a price on cherry eye surgery. Want a hundred dollars to tell me. What a rip off. Eff this place.

  • Carol Vance

They have more recordings than a human Dr and constantly putting you on hold and you never get a real person

  • Valerie Goldstein

Glenda... thank you for taking care of my diva (sparkles) you and your staff are awesome!! …

  • Erin Hall

Love the entire staff! They always take care of Roxy. We board her there sometimes, too.
