This is a very solid old school corner diner. We have only gone for basic breakfast type meals, which has never been disappointing. If you want a neighborhood experience, a nice breakfast, at an affordable price, this is your spot. The decor is a little worn and dated, but its local charm makes up the difference in atmosphere.

Ive been going to annas for almost 20 years now they have the best breakfast and lunch around everything is always fresh and delicious. I love their sausage links. Keep up the great work annas they've had the same cooks the whole 20 years they remember all the patrons and know how u like ur food after a few visits

I have been going to Anna's Cafe for over 20 years. The staff is fantastic! I live in another state, but every time I come home, I go to Anna's. Best breakfast and lunch cafe I’ve been too in the area. I recommend the Jalapeño burger deluxe and the grill cheese deluxe. The philly cheese deluxe is also good. Home fries is tasty, healthier than regular fries but the reg fries are tasty too. Great spot! Friendly and social workers as well!

Anna's is one of the best Cafe spots still around! From breakfast to lunch, all your bellies desires are fulfilled. Order ahead to avoid the wait, cause being the best isn't a secret. The whole of Midwood knows where the best eats n even greater service is located.

I'm not bashing the food only the Main cook is cooking without gloves on, he was making French toast diping the bread with no gloves into a bucket that look disturbing to watch. They was making BLT rolls n french fries with no gloves to cut

I have been going to this place for over 2 yrs. Had no problems when the actual owner was there. Since he had left, these new staff in the front are the worst, I just don't know why I keep going back. I have to repeat my order over 3 times.

My friend suggested this place but I can see why I continued to pass by it and never gave it a chance. The pork was terribly dry and hard to chew. The Mac and cheese is laughably bad as well. The Acai bowl was actually decent but not enough

I work at Brooklyn College and frequent Anna's at least 3X a month. Excellent, well priced food. I love how they use real carved turkey rather than coldcut turkey for the sandwiches. My only wish is that they'd start taking debit/credit!!

Anna's Cafe offers a variety of homemade food every day, with table seatings and I love the old fashioned ice cream parlor bar with a stool bar counter Egg creams and Ice cream floats are a grand treat. They still make them!

These guys are absolutely wonderful! Just had a stuffed flounder ( never had it before) and it was to die for. They once made me some stuffed zucchini, OMGGGGG! Service with a smile and food is absolutely amazing.
