It took her team over a week to request an MRI that they said they would be requesting same day. She provided an incorrect diagnosis prior to the MRI, and once the MRI came back, she incorrectly told me surgery was not time sensitive. Her main strength was that all of the specialized doctors that she referred me to were excellent.

Placed an MRI order for the WRONG KNEE and did not bother to follow up to correct the order - I had to call my insurance multiple times to check. I tried calling her office multiple times to request a corrected MRI order but they never responded and the front desk receptionist kept telling me it was "pending" and to keep waiting.

She took very complete histories and performed thorough exams, which is in contrast to many other physicians that I have seen that rush through visits.
