I realllly wish I liked this place but this was one of the worst facials I have ever received. Trust me when I say I wanted nothing more than to have a great facialist in my own neighborhood but this was so far off from being worth the money. My $125 facial included ONE mask at which point I was left alone in the room for 10 minutes . The extractions were very minimal close to nothing. I’m just confused why there were so many good reviews for this place? Clearly no one getting facials. Take your money and get TWO facials at heyday or somewhere else in the city instead . Really disappointed in this place and such a waste of money for a facial the same quality of one I give myself at home.

I have been going to this spa for a Brazilian for several years even before they moved to this néw location. Charos is phenomenal, professional, sweet and extremely efficient. Always makes you feel comfortable. Even though I moved to NJ, I still try to find the time to come see her. *painless wax, never double dips. I have been to many other high rated waxing locations. Even the original Brazilan wax place we all probably know about and has been around for years. Nothing compares (trust me). Charos will not disappoint.

I’ve been getting facials with Charos (the owner) for over 10 years and she is absolutely the best. She takes her time and literally extracts your pores diligently. I’m neurotic and have tons of pores and unfortunately they get clogged. She does an amazing job and you never have to worry about what she puts on your face... I believe she only uses organic products and explains what she’s applying during the whole facial. My fiancé and I won’t go to anyone else.

I wish I could give it a better review, but my waxing experience today was not what I expected. They make a big deal about their pain free waxing, but my upper half leg wax today was on the more painful side of my previous waxing experiences elsewhere. It was also not a very clean wax job. I noticed missed areas of hair when I got home, and some wax was left on my leg, making it uncomfortable. The three stars are because they were nice and professional.

Wonderful! Charros is a doll. Professional, kind, funny, understanding. You don't feel uncomfortable. Used hard wax for underarm and bikini and it was suprisingly more tolerable. Still hurts but not like regular wax. The atmosphere is very relaxing...which seemed to help alleviate any discomfort. She explains everything she's doing. Super happy with the results and highly recommend!!!

My first time getting a bikini wax and the staff was amazing and very accommodating! Not as painful as I thought it would be. I will definitely be going here again. The only thing I would recommend is making this your last stop before going home. There will be some wax left on your skin that you'll need to remove in the shower and it can stick to your clothes and become uncomfortable.

I've been visiting Charos for over 3 years for underarm and Brazilian waxing. She uses high-end products which, along with her technique, minimize pain and discomfort greatly. She is lovely, understanding, and kind which helps newcomers to be comfortable. The spa is clean and pleasant. Charos and her daughter Dee run the business with efficiency and warmth. I can't recommend enough!

Finally a good Brazilian wax. I've been to many different spots all over ny and this was the least painful, high quality Brazilian I've had. Seriously as little pain as you can get while waxing this very sensitive area. The spa smells great, the staff was very arttentive and professional, and best of all, the wax came out great! Can't wait to show my boyfriend.

Went for a full leg and Brazilian wax. I was waxed by Charos. Service was great! Charos really knows how to minimize the pain and she's fun to talk to. Price is reasonable, corresponds with what's on the website and no surprises. They take covid measures seriously which is also reassuring. Would definitely recommend!

I’ve been a customer for years. I love Charos and Valentina! They have helped my skin and self esteem so much over the last 5 or 6 years! I just get their deep cleaning facial. I buy all of my products from them as well. I love Ilike and Osmosis! Oh and hydropeptide. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Everyone there is friendly and great! I get waxing done there on a regular basis now. The staff is quick and thorough. It’s also the least painful waxing I’ve ever had. They use great wax which doesnt pull your skin. I highly recommend this place!
