I first went to this facility for an emergency extraction. I went in expecting 2 teeth to be removed but they confirmed it was in fact one of my wisdom tooth needed to be removed. Did it without any issues! That dentist was patient, kind, and took time to explain why it was just one tooth and the possibility of him trying may not work and gave me the decision to try. He was amazing! I never do well in doctors offices specially dentist. It’s a sensitive subject for me. That emergency extraction was around $38! The dentist said one of the tooth could be saved. After having a great first experience I thought to myself, “let’s make this facility my main hub for my dental work.” Months later I schedule a consultation for the rest of my wisdom teeth, a plan to get my teeth up to par with possible implants. My second experience with a different dentist was NOT a great experience. The dentist seemed very rushed and bothered by some of my questions. Didn’t really speak to me but did speak to the dental assistant . This was actually the same dental assistant with my first visit and she was very welcoming and warm hearted. This time was more cold. This dentist made me feel bad for the state of my teeth. I love honesty don’t get me wrong but making statements like “there so many fires to put out I’m going to have the admin let you know the pricing on everything.” Mind you I don’t have the education for dentistry and I’m new to some of the jargon used or expectations of healing. Nothing was really explained in detail. When doing the examination on my gums I would jump because there was no warning of him placing tools on my gums not because they were sore just a shock value to something cold. Said he is not going to complete the examination before I get the expensive gum cleaning because he said they were sensitive since I was jumping. He would not direct me or warn me. Got frustrated because during the examination I would answer him not knowing he was talking to the nursing assistant. This time though and extraction for one tooth not a wisdom tooth was $78 dollars. Three wisdom teeth was around $600-700.dollars Gum cleaning $200. Sedation $700-800. I have still yet to see the break down on their prices they chose for this round. I now have decided to find a different dentist that is within my insurance net work. Sad part is I would have went through with the procedure if the second dentist shown compassion, directed me on all options and how the healing process would be. What to expect after pulling the back teeth. Could we accommodate for back dentures while we plan the implant surgery. Nothing. If you are in need of an emergency they will take care of you but if they are not in market for your insurance find a better alternative.

Would give zero stars if I could. Terrible office with no care for its customers and their care. Had to come in to get some cavities filled and it was the worst experience I ever had. when entering, the first thing mentioned was about payment (which was paid in full in advance) then leading to enduring the most painful and traumatic dental experience ever from start to finish. First, the dentist cut my tongue with the first needle (which we was wiggling around my mouth) and tried to blame it on my tongue and giving me a half-hearted apology. The dentist had no care for not only his error, but for the whole procedure as well with there being no care towards ANY part of my mouth. I was hesitant about continuing considering he had no care to be careful and felt the need to rush through the procedure with no care given. Not only did I taste blood during the procedure, but I also was being yanked around, pinched, and consistently being choked by fluids that were not being suctioned out. Save yourself the pain and money and avoid this place.

I've been going to this location for the last two years. Service is fast, usually less than 10 minutes of waiting time at the lobby; each session last about an hour for routine cleaning. The dental hygienists were caring and gave practical advice. I worked with 3-4 of them, and each of them was friendly & helpful. Minimal interaction with the dentist, but they are available for questions. This location is clean, and they have a handheld X-ray machine, which saves about 15-30 minutes of waiting compared to other dental offices. Always have goodie bags after each session. Overall, pleasant experience so far. Not much chatting (which I like), just in & out. Great for people who have a busy schedule!

I love Anytime Dental and recommend it often to family, friends, and coworkers in search of a dentist. I have been going to the Downtown location now for years and my wife goes to the one in Gilbert. Their hours are excellent, the staff are great, the place is clean, and they have superb communication. I had my first crown put in by them and to my surprise it was a great experience, like any normal visit. I can not say enough great things about this place, it's truly a gem. Thank you!

I haven’t found such an amazing dentist office like this one right here in the heart of downtown Phoenix. There was such a personal interaction it made me feel so comfortable and they are easy to talk to. ... I might say they are truthworthy. Excited about the profession of dentistry. ... The team there is very friendly and helpful. I had an amazing experience. You are welcomed from the moment you step in. The technicians and dentist did an amazing job! And they are professional and knowledgeable with the whole process Because I am 18 weeks pregnant. I made my appointment at 3pm and end at 4pm. I came in with a tooth ache. They end up pulling out my wisdom tooth. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a great excellent dental care.

Flora and Elsa were incredible. The Dr. was great as well. I was confused as to your pricing structure of the other five dentists that I priced deep cleaning is the same price at almost all of them. $350. You guys also have that price also but I have to give you an additional $420 in order to pay you that $350 so that is probably where you will lose me. I greatly enjoyed my visit though and Tymerie at the front desk is absolutely wonderful.

The staff at Anytime Dental were able to get me in on a holiday weekend and take care of a dental emergency that came up. They were very informative about my options and the Dr was able to save my tooth. The dental assistant was wonderful and gentle every step of the way. I can't thank them enough for their hard work, even on a weekend. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to get work done on their smile!!

I just love this dental office! From the front of house staff to the back, they’re amazing. The hours make it very convenient for me to come before or after work. I had work done by the dentist, hygienist, and spoken with the orthodontist and all were very down to earth and reassuring. I highly recommend Anytime dental for yourself and your loved ones.

From the moment I walked in and was greeted, it was hands down the best dental experience I have had. It was not great oral health news for me, but I really appreciated the way the hygienist and the doctor explained what was going on and the treatment plan/s would entail.
