It was my first time at Gym and Brooklyn made experience extremely welcoming.She gave overview of equipment and facilties.Than had first session with Tavos which was comprehensive and really helpful to get started.

Fully refurbished & relatively quiet gym with a great selection of equipment. Becuase it is not too busy, I could move thru my routine flows through effortlessly. Very clean enviorenemnt & bathrooms.
