I recently moved to N. Phoenix after living in Chandler for a few years and using the same anytime there. I have to say I was very dissatisfied with all of the anytime locations around my area. They either had lack of equipment or parking or both. That is until I visited this location yesterday. Let me say I am not only impressed but excited. This location obviously has an exceptional owner and staff as well. This gym is HUGE and has every machine that is on my checklist for a great full body workout. It is extremely clean and all of the equipment is like new. This location is the size of all the others in this area put together and much nicer! I have never been to an anytime fitness that even comes close to this location and I have visited more than 20 around the valley. This should be a model gym for any franchise and the corporate office should build their business models off of this location moving forward. I can go on and on but I will leave it at this. If your even within 20 miles of this location it is worth your time to make the trip to check it out! Thank you gym God's for guiding me to this gym haha!

I feel so lucky to have found such a perfect gem of a gym right in my neighborhood. Kind, welcoming staff, great equipment, and very clean. In addition, the group fitness classes are fun and well balanced. I am grateful for the owners who obviously put their soul into creating a wonderful healthy place. As to the gentleman who left the one star last week - I was here when he entered and it was unfortunate that he misunderstood general policies of the gym. His key clearly did not work, and then instead of inquiring, he marched in anyway and was even rude to the owner, who was courteous and offered him an opportunity to use the gym. Instead he turned on his heels and left - so he never even really experienced the gym. I am not sure how he had the courage to leave a bad review.

I have been going to Anytime fitness for several years now. I started with the location in Flagstaff. It was important for me to have a gym that was open 24 hours and had many locations. With all my travels I have seen many of the Anytime Fatness in Arizona, and now in Nevada, Alaska, and Texas. It was by luck that I discovered this branch of anytime fitness, my normal one had lock issues. Ever since that day I have never looked back. This is one of the best maintained gyms I have ever seen. It is kept clean, and more importantly has plenty of equipment so that even when its busy you can get a workout in. Additionally, the owners and staff are amazing. Blew me away that they actually new my name. Always feel welcomed there. Hands down best anytime fitness.

I wanted to share my experience with Anytime Fitness Moon Valley after 3 years at this location. First, the owners are there every day, except Sunday, to help you or answer any questions. This is important because there is no waiting to get an answer if you need help or assistance. They have personal trainers for anyone who needs additional help and one-on-one training is available. Check out their website for pictures of all the equipment. There are 5 private bathrooms with 4 having walk-in showers that are always super clean along with the rest of the facility. This location is run professionally and that's what you need. Call them and set up a meeting and check it out. Top-notch operation.

Two of the Anytime Fitness locations that I’ve visited have closed in the last several months here in Phoenix. It is such a terrible chain of fitness centers. The rates are also totally unreasonable compared to the competition. Forget about customer service entirely, because it all comes down to the attitude of the person who owns the local franchise that you decide to visit. This particular franchise is the perfect example of this phenomenon. I would recommend staying away from Anytime Fitness at all costs - almost any other gym choice is a better decision than this one.

This gym is fantastic! They have done a great job making sure there is the perfect mix of equipment. They have everything from the staples of any quality gym such as squat rack, bench press and T-bar to every Hammer Srength plate loaded machine that even some of the big clubs can't seem to get right. The staff is friendly and always smiling. Not to mention the place is immaculate. I guarantee if you try this place out you'll see what I'm talking about....oh wait maybe I shouldn't say that...I want to keep this place for myself. Ha ha Nice work! I love this place.

Bill and Barb are your ideal gym owner's. They greet all of their members by name, which is uncommon in today’s saturated fitness industry. The facility itself is very clean and well maintained. New equipment is being added all the time, keeping things new and fresh. You truly get what you pay for and this facility has checked all of my boxes as far as what I look for in a gym. If great owners and an overall great facility is not what you’re looking for, Planet Fitness is right down the road.

Bill and Barb, the owners, are some of the kindest people you will ever meet. They go above and beyond in customer service. Any issues with your membership will always find simple resolution if you go to them. The gym itself sparkles like the first day it was opened every single time you come in. An immaculate gym and their excellent service make this a great option for anyone wanting to improve their health. Don't just take my word for it, walk in and I promise it will be proven to you!

As a trainer who works at a different, much larger and busier gym, it’s nice to have a place to get my workout in that’s not as overwhelming. Everyone needs their “me time” and mine is my workout. Everyone that comes in is mature and minds their own. The 24hr operation is really nice for my schedule. Bathrooms are clean. There are some teens that come in later that, well act like teenagers, but they’re harmless. There’s way worse things teens could be doing on a Friday night.

I recently returned to this Anytime Fitness location after being away for a few years and I was pleasantly surprised to find the gym as clean and organized as before. One of the reasons I selected this location is because of the cleanliness and professionalism of the facility and the staff. The owners, Bill and Barb are always cheerful and welcoming. I would highly recommend this gym if you are looking for a clean, safe and professional environment to stay in shape.

Love this place! Its always so clean with a wide variety of workout equipment and friendly staff. My vote counts when deciding which club enhancements are made, and I never feel judged while working out. Not to mention that the owners are great! They are very personable and take the time to get to know each of the members by name. My fiancé and I love it here and I would highly recommend the moon valley location to anyone. BEST GYM EVER

Anytime Moon Valley is the gym to be at, clean equipment, amazing staff, and so many great gym goers i’ve met along the way! I love how it’s such a community gym and the owners are always there to welcome you in with a smile! I’ve seen so much progress from myself along the way and can’t wait to keep it up here at Anytime Moon Valley!

Anytime Fitness Moon Valley is a great local gym. Easing back into working out after the pandemic, cleanliness is very important to me. This facility is immaculate and there are cleaning supplies located throughout. The equipment is always in great condition. The owners treat their members like family. I've also started with one on one training and couldn't be happier with the workouts that have been crafted for me.

Feel free to take this with a grain of salt, I might just be spoiled but in my opinion this gym has lots of variety for gym equipment but is way over priced for the value provided. Unless you have 60$ (not including the startup fees, because that's an extra 40$) to throw at a sub-par gym for the sake of being able to work out at one am I wouldn't recommend coming here. Maybe the other anytimes are better?

Truly the BEST gym!! Its the best feeling knowing that I can come in anytime. Bill is very professional and kind. I would recommend this gym to those who enjoy working out in a peaceful environment. Also, there is enough equipment for everyone I have not had to worry about waiting on someone to be done with a certain piece of equipment because the gym is not crowded. 100% love it!

The answer to my prayers. I joined at the E Thunderbird Rd location and loved it. Just moved though and now it's too far away. :( I tried the one closest to my new home and it was HORRIBLE! This one is middle ground as far as distance from home but worth it. And the wifi works! There are some "not so smart" folks here that keep using barbell clips on the SMITH MACHINE.....

One of the best facilities in the valley that I love to workout, has a small gym feel where you know everyone but has all the equipment you will need from free weights, in person classes and the virtual classes. Very few gyms keep up to cleaning and cleanliness standards (even before COVID) like this gym and enjoy every workout. KEEP IT UP!!!!

This is a really nice AF location, and I appreciate the amenities and cleanliness. The towels for use and for cleaning are almost always in stock, and wipes are always around as well which is very appreciated. No machines or equipment are left broken. Small touches like raffles, events and quotes on the whiteboard shows the staff cares.

I've been to several Anytime Fitness locations across the Valley and this one by far is the best. The equipment is well maintained and they have several ways to do the same exercises, they provide plenty of towels, spray bottles for sanitizing equipment, multiple private showers, and water bottle fill station. And the AC works great!

Bill and his wife are owners and operators. Bill understands that this is not a business of selling memberships, its a business of keeping members. They go out of there way to provide great customer service, and make sure the gym is super clean.. I have never worked out in club that is as clean as the Anytime Fitness in Moon Valley.

I left a larger gym to find something that was less crowded during usual peak hours. I haven't been disappointed! I'm greeted by name when I enter the gym, and it's always clean and organized. Shout out to Bill and Suzy for helping me throughout the sign up process. They are super sweet and helpful. I definitely recommend this gym!

Barb and Bill Nicholls are fantastic. It shows in how they keep their facility, treat their clients, and handled the uniqueness of the last year. 24 hour access to excellent equipment and training. Free to do your own thing, or join in on theirs. That's how I like my gyms. If that's how you like yours, you should look them up.

This isn’t just another gym. Owners Bill and Barb care about their guests. Their training team are genuine, caring and knowledgeable. After allowing job stress to get the better of me (and my weight), the team at AF-Moon Valley are helping me with nutrition and my training. The journey will be exciting!

I am a member in Tucson but during a BMX event, I visited this gym. It’s huge, up to date equipment and very clean. I was very surprised at the amount of choice I had for my workout. The shower and bathrooms were clean and they provide towels for your workout! Great studio!

Spotlessly clean. Equipment perfectly maintained. Owners on site every day. Good location. And, of course, available 24/7. What more could you ask for? They even provide sweat towels! I've been going here several times a week for several months. They are batting 1000.

It was okay, but a lot of the patrons were using more than one piece of equipment at a time and putting things there so you couldn't use them pretty rude. It's not a reflection on the place. It's nice. Just the people in there are rude

I joined the Moon Valley Anytime Fitness over 5 years ago when the club opened. I love it there! The owners are wonderful and their team of trainers are equally as great. It really is a family home gym where everyone feels comfotable.

I know these types of gyms are known for relying on less humans but the owners here are awesome. Clean machines, good people, and a stellar bang for your buck. Businesses like this are the rare ones that deserve your business.
