"Customer service is so bad"
When I was first into the store I thought I was waiting in line to speak with a representative Just to have them stare at me and ask me can I help you? I replied, can I come over there in that spot that you were at because it looked like like it is for employ He apologized and said he can’t move Lol they scan my QR code, told me to go upstairs. The reason I came is to get my iPod pro repaired. Which was a failure because the girl took them to the back came back out told me it was fake, call customer service, check, serial numbers and all they tried to get me to go back to another store waste of time and a runaround in two different counties inconvenient bottom line sucks. Why is it no way you could mill a product It’s like nobody want to take responsibility and I paid for my warranty. They charge me every month Bottom line they do not honor they warranty I follow every procedures like I was told even the troubleshoot ones which I feel like I shouldn’t have to after a few tries because that’s what I pay for a warranty for for somebody to fix on it I am just disappointed in so many ways. I feel like any Apple warranty that you pay for is a scam. They is going to give you the runaround just to have somebody tell you they can’t help you in person, but everything verifies and checks out. Why can I not just mail it in? It is really inconvenient.
Had a mixed experience at this location. Bought a new $3,000 computer, went to Lenox to pick it up. Pickup was fairly painless and I was told if I wanted help setting it up to go talk to "the guy in the green hat, Sam" This person turned out to be full name Samuel and he was RUDE AF! The moment I said one word to him he curtly responded: "front door" and pointed indicating that I should stand in line at the front. I told him I was instructed to talk to him to which he responded even louder and ruder "FRONT DOOR!" At this point I was definitely ready to leave and never come back again. Luckily I was able to get other staff members to help. Some of the helpful staff include Mimi, Alexis, and one guy whose name I forgot but he was from Peru and his name starts with a G. Basically just talk to anyone but Samuel AKA Sam. Total jerk face. With all the money we spend at Apple maybe they can give him some extra training on how to talk to customers, or, you know, people in general.
My visit was unpleasant called a day before and set up my appointment and was assured that I could just swap my phone out I was a couple min late so I understood the wait was about 5-10 which is certainly not a problem my technician guy came over and ran a test on my phone and reassured that something was wrong with my phone so he said come back at 7:30-7:45 while they repair it I come back at 7:23 and im just waiting finally a man come up to me and says are you pick up I said yes he asked for my name and he went to back. Finally they bring out my phone and a new phone they tell me they can’t repair it because I didn’t have everything in my iPhone when they opened it up and tried to charge me $450 for a replacement. Upset, Annoyed, pissed because I wasted my time!
We traveled from Tallahassee, FL, with the intention of purchasing a new iPhone and enjoying Apple's renowned customer service, touted as one of the best in the electronic and mobile industry. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory; despite being told to expect a 45-50 minute wait, we ended up waiting for 2 hours. Most of the so-called "customer representatives" were engaged in conversations with each other, neglecting the waiting customers. Approximately 10-15 people left due to the poor service. If you're looking to make a purchase, I would recommend exploring options at Best Buy or even Walmart instead of visiting Apple Lenox Square.
Customer service is so bad. The company is not responsible for customers' paid orders. too disappointed. not keeping their word when committing to delivery and receiving full payment from the customer. The customer service staff refused to provide reasonable solutions to customers when they simply requested delivery of the goods they had conveniently paid for and had been waiting for weeks. The customer called many times and Apple staff promised to solve the simple problem of the ordered iPhone not reaching the user and arbitrarily returning it without the customer's consent. Too bad for a company known for its quality customer service.
Worse experience ever. The wait time is not acceptable though there plenty of employees roaming around in the store. I have had an apple watch replacement 3 times and every time we face the issue where the watch just stops working. Instead of fixing the issue, they wanted us to pay for a replacement one more time, claiming that we passed the 90 days by 10 days only. And when I explained that we were out of country, the employee was like you could have called. It a shame to see the customer services at apple stores that bad. And the worse is that 3 apple watched which I got through this store have all stopped working all of a sudden.
My mom ordered a personalized Apple pencil for me as a Christmas gift. She decided to have delivered to Lenox since I am frequently in Lenox. The Apple Store claimed the pencil arrived early and was sent back and the order was canceled. I didn’t receive any notice that the product had arrived. I was in the Apple Store just a few days beforehand picking up an order for a charging block so I feel that I could have been told if my gift was there to pick up. It’s disorganized on the stores behalf…and I’m disappointed.
Doug at the Genius Bar was absolutely terrible to work with. He was rude, dismissive and downright disrespectful. He talked down to me and when I asked for a charger so my product could finish pairing, he leaves and helps others for 15 minutes, after I had an appointment that was already 30 minutes past the time. I have no words for this behavior. Thankfully Alexis was kind enough to step in to help me, which took her all of five minutes to finish. Thanks for nothing Doug!
I arrived at Lenox Square after a year long absence to discover that the second floor Apple Store had been closed... Then to my surprise...I was informed the store had been relocated to the ground floor at the front entrance of the mall facing world renowned Peachtree Street. Let me tell you..I was pleasantly surprised... The new store was simply fabulous; a two story retail space with a city park decor with live trees on the first floor of the showroom!
I drove 3 hours to get my laptop updated. I was told to speak to the tall guy with the hat (Trevor). Trevor has one of the worse attitudes that I have experienced at apple. Pat and Eli were super helpful and helped resolve my issue. Trevor was the opposite. He was very egotistical and bothered with someone asking him a question. The experience at this store and seemingly begging them to help with my macbook is making me switch from apple. Never again.
I had to buy the phone for in store pickup because I didn’t have my company card on me or in my Apple wallet. Now I have a two hour wait window. You think if you spend $2,000 on a phone in a place with +20 employees, the process wouldn’t be a nightmare. Honestly, if this is how Apple treats its customers, I’m wondering why I’m still with them at all. Also, there’s no one in line - barely anyone inside. Called Apple, they said you just have to wait.
I buy an apple, AirPod, and I ask one of apple representatives that we don’t have anything that you can unbox an apple AirPod …. that is the worst experience I ever had in Apple Store. I think people should buy from any other location than this location. It is an Apple Store. I don’t understand why they don’t have anything to unboxed because we need to unboxed apple airport something
Went to return defective case. Immediately met with resistance from support person that bordered on rudeness. Got switched to another person and was told it basically depends on who you get. It would be funny if what’s happened to Apple weren’t so sad. I will say that this location in particular is worse than most.
The manager here… Scott… is what makes this location perfect. I had an issue with broken device… And then a customer service issue, where there was a miscommunication… and he made everything right and took good care of me. For that reason, I will always come back to this location and continue supporting Apple.
Waited 45 minutes at least to get a new laptop and trade in. The whole store was very inefficient with specialists randomly hanging out without helping the customers. One of them was also trying to guilt me into buying AppleCare since there were a few scratches on my old one. Do not recommend
sent in my macbook pro for repair. got it fixed. lasted only for three months which is basically their temporary warranty after repair. now keys, display, and speakers are started to fail which means it is time for a new mac. good job apple. i love apple, but i hate their repairs.
I went to pick up my purchase. It was a great experience! I spoke to one of guys in the red Apple shirt. He pulled up my order and had it sent to the guy in the back. When I went back there, he asked to see the order number again. He was so nice and very professional!
Christian saved my old iPhone 8 Plus! He was very patient, detailed and for some reason he reminded me of a doctor with his professionalism, kindness and knowledge. We asked a million questions and he did not get annoyed at all! Christian rocks!!
It took 45 minutes to get assistance to buy a phone and then another three hours to set the phone up in store due to the new e-Sim process. Because of the length of time the new process took, they kept switching me to new Apple employees (4
It’s embarrassing and disappointing that I needed to explain this to the manager but, during iPhone 15 launch I had pre ordered an iphone and selected a specific pick up time. I had my partner pick up the phone and she checked in 15 minutes
I went there for iPhone trade-in promotion with at&t, and they shared wrong information with me. They told me I am not eligible for trade-in, while I surely was eligible. I went home and did the trad-in online on at&t website. It seems the
Tony’s customer service is worth more than 5 stars; however, this particular review is for the manager David. He was an arrogant narcissist that was extremely racial to both my husband & I. He refused to abide by Apples policy. I purchased
The products are great but the customer service is TERRIBLE! I met a dark-skinned woman with a septum nose ring on my last visit and she really seemed to enjoy displaying how little energy she could put into the interaction. She failed to
This store is bigger than Apple Perimeter. I was looking for Apple iWatch series 4 recently, none of the store in Atlanta have stock. But this store has. I ordered it online and opted for pickup at this store. Employees are so friendly.
Shocked at how poor customer service at this Apple Store is. Employees are unaware of company policy and the manager we spoke with is incredibly rude and condescending. Absolutely regret getting my new iPhone from here. Avoid this Apple
I was here at this Apple Store to buy an Apple Watch. Huge store adding Upto two floors. I was assisted by Miguel a star sales person. Was very helpful to make our purchase a delight. Another good part was that the store was not crowded.
I understand it’s a premium brand and all, but can’t understand why the staff is unnecessarily so arrogant and rude! They earn their bread because us customers buy apple products, the least they can do is do they job instead of making
Walked right in UPSTAIRS for service in its own location. Could be better signed to know that service is upstairs and downstairs is product only. Staff was professional, pleasant and most importantly, competent!
Brought my iPhone to the Apple Genius Bar today (10/04/23) to repair the camera on my iPhone. During the repair I had four calls from Venmo stating that somebody was trying to access my account.
