I went to the trouble of getting a number of quotes for a TV to be mounted & for x3 ceiling fans to be installed. Approved Electrix was not only the quickest business to respond, but the easiest to communicate with and had the most affordable quote. Their text message booking system was easy to use and made communication really easy. I was home the day the electrician (Al) came to do the job. He was so kind and helpful. He chatted to me about what he was doing and asked lots of questions has he installed the items to ensure they were positioned in the most ideal location. He even helped me fix up a few other small jobs in my house, he was wonderful & it was an excellent experience. I will definitely be using them again if I ever need electrical work done. I contacted Dean from Jim’s Electrical / Approved Electrix two weeks out from Xmas this year looking for some last minute help with electrical work prior to the Xmas break. Dean was straight on the phone to me, out an hour later and quoted me really fairly. A week later, he had two guys come out to knock over the work. Special mention to Clint who ran the job on the day, there was absolutely nothing too much trouble, he was incredibly good at what he did and was really accomodating and also helpful in his suggestions on install and design. Overall it was a very very positive experience and I highly recommend engaging Dean and his accomplished team for any electrical work you may need done. Wonderful service from Approved Electrix . Matthew and Jake arrived as scheduled at 7.30 in the morning and at about 9.30 ish I got a call to say the work has been completed and I had power everywhere to my house and when I arrived back home Dean was there as well and they were cleaning up and checked all the lights and power points with me to ensure that I was happy that everything was working . Matt explained to me what the problem was and what they had done to fix it and so I then understood what the problem was . I had Rob from Approved Electrix come to my house to replace 2 smoke alarms that had reached their 10 year life span. He was very helpful and professional. I have known Dean at Approved Electrix for more than 3 years now. The best thing about this man, always takes your phone call and makes sure to call you back. If he is unable to do come down himself, sends in a team member and then follows up. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. People stressed how difficult the job was - installing an induction cooktop in an apartment and a power point in my parking space. I needed to gain approval from my body corporate for the car space work which involved multiple questions. These were always answered immediately.
