CROOKS!! BUYER BE WARE!! Having challenged credit and in need of 2 vehicles, my sister found Arizona Elite Auto Sales. She gave them $22,000 CASH down payment with agreements to pay the remaining amount owed which was $3000 within a timeframe. she then became hospitalized due to COVID and unable to have any outside contact due to being incapacitated therefore family members started contacting her debt obligations. We spoke with Lalo and he stressed his concerns for her and told us to keep him updated. Nothing was discussed about any payments due at that time. He then sent a few messages to my sisters phone asking how she was doing...We responded every time. Then I spoke to Lalo and asked about her payments and how payments can be made due to the fact that family members did not have access to my sisters money and that a few churches were going to help us pay her bills. He informed me that payments can only be made in person RED FLAG! what reputable business does that? . Contact with Lalo continued via my sisters cell phone where he never demanded the vehicles to be returned nor did he demand a payment. Both vehicles have check engine lights on them and my niece stated that has been that way since they drove off of the lot with the cars and that my sister had been upset about them not helping her fix them. They had one of the vehicles repossessed and are now having someone fraudulently claiming to be part of the Phoenix municipal courts calling my sisters phone stating she's going to come arrest her if the vehicle is not returned. I would not recommend ANYONE PURCHASE FROM THEM they are 100% a scam and just out to take peoples high down payments then repo the vehicles for resale. We are hiring an attorney if needed to sue them for fraudulently repossessing the vehicles if they do not refund my sisters money in a timely manner. They are crooks and should be ashamed of themselves for conducting business this way by taking advantage of peoples hard earned money!

When I first went I was impressed at the better makes of cars and guy seem really cool but I quickly found out 17,500 for 2008 2500 with hi miles suburban I just knew cause of price and and Millage that truck must be in tip top shape I was excited!!that now is over heating bad with my anti freeze running out like a water hose i purchased in late April found out from triple aaa that my hoses to my radiator are freaking rigged with clips holding several holes where there is leaks I knew something was wrong cause ac wasn’t working correctly told them that reply oh no ac is good come to find out it’s worst ac is not the problem !I called them to tell them how they screwed me and they won’t even look at the car sent me to an outside mechanic and I’m paying fully out of pocket I am not rich do not go here !!!!save ur time and money

Do nooooot come here guys literally we bought a car from them LAST MONTH since day one we had issues with the car that we constantly sat here and told them about it but since there was no “light” on they didn’t want to check it out until eventually my car stopped in the middle of the freeway !!! Then finally the engine light went on and they finally where able to get me in for an “appointment”! Guys the engine light wouldn’t have gone on if they would have checked like we ASKED THEM TO AND IT TURNS OUT THAT THR TRANSMISSION WAS THE ISSUE JUST LIKE WE TOLD THEM!!! But no the customers are wrong with them! We haven’t even made our first payment guys anddddd we still don’t have our car lol

If your in a bind, yet you need help getting into a vehicle this is definitely the place to visit! Very wonderful and helpful ! Beyond respectful! Yeah I stop to this place and the asking price where ridiculous .some with high miles on them too. I just left n I wasn’t impressed knowingly I was gonna get screwed. But for my surprise looking at the reviews I’m not shock at all. But wasn't expecting this much bad feedback. I guess my instinct was right .

DO NOT GO HERE !!! They are NO GOOD!!! they sell BAD CAR WITH PROBLEMS, I bought a car not even a year ago and I constantly have problems with it !! & THEY WILL NOT FIX IT . & Will Charge You Late Fees When Making Payment !!

They have false advertisements. They have cars listed for certain prices when in reality the price is much more. Not cool!
