I have been going to both Armadale and Glen Iris Veterinary Hospital for 5 years with my dog, Arlo. Each visit has been pet- centred, professional and the overall service has been phenomenal. I cannot believe how cheap the pricing is for the amazing services and care both clinics deliver. Above and beyond all the amazing service we have experienced at the clinics, was the kindness we received from Abi. Abi is one of the nicest, most professional, genuine person I have ever met. Prior to our appointment, my phone fell down the drain and Abi did everything she could to help me get it out. Not only did she provide emotional support for a stressful situation, she ensured I could contact necessary people, got her crowbar out of the car to help and regularly checked in to see where and how she could continue to help. On top of this, her consultation was extremely professional, thorough and appropriate. Whilst I didn’t get the name of the other doctor, both staff members were extremely helpful, kind and just genuinely lovely people. Please do not go anywhere else as Armadale Veterinary Hospital are not only the best vets and nurses, but the nicest people. Thank you, Abi!!

We have recently started taking our pets to Armadale Veterinary Hospital and are so impressed by their level of care and professionalism. You won’t find a friendlier receptionist than Michelle. She is the most charming and empathetic reception staff we have encountered. She gives 100% attention to your pets and totally indulges them, making the experience for them so comforting and welcoming. All the vets we met when our dog was diagnosed with cancer, could not have done more for us. Their concern and care was second to none and I’m so grateful. You made our darkest time somewhat bright. Nothing was ever too much trouble and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this veterinary clinic for you most beloved pet. On a side note, I especially love Michelle’s gold fish earrings. They have to be seen to be believed. They were the first thing I noticed when I visited and I loved them! Thank you to all the staff. You’re incredible. Keep making a difference to the lives of our fury friends. Your hard work and compassion is so appreciated.

Absolutely love Dr Francesca. My cat and I didn't have the best experience at another clinic during lockdown and he was sent home with an incomplete examination (said he was 'a stressful cat' ), and an unsatisfactory explanation to his ailment. Armadale hospital was the complete opposite. Dr Francesca did every examination in the book, explaining everything along the way which I really appreciated. Both her and the clinic really understand cats and accommodate to even the shyest. Dark corners with feliway sprays + towels are provided in the waiting area to calm cats down. She's now his regular vet. Highly recommend!

Everyone at Armadale Vet Hospital is so friendly & helpful. I first called them to get a quote & a consult on a lap spay for my dog Molly. We both felt so comfortable with them from the moment we first walked through their doors. They explained everything thoroughly and looked after my girl so well on the day of her surgery as well as the follow-ups post-surgery. It's about a 50 minute drive for me to get to Armadale but totally worth it in my opinion! Thank you so much for looking after us! :)

This place made the last few days of my beautiful old cats life as good as it could possibly be. After making the heartbreaking decision to put my girl to sleep, Dr Meaghan made every effort to make sure myself and my cat were looked after. They even sent a beautiful condolence card after she was gone. I couldn’t recommend them enough for their friendly, caring and just beautiful service. Last week our faithful 15 year old dog came to the end of her life. We were devastated with this reality, but comforted by the kind, respectful and professional way this very sad event was managed. Dr. Melanie was understanding and reassuring as our magnificent dog was put to sleep. I would highly recommend this practice to others, all staff there were so lovely to us and our dear old Bess.

The team at Armadale Veterinary Hospital are simply wonderful. Super caring, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Our little Oscar went in for surgery today and he was so well taken care of. He’s back home, safe and sound, and looking for love and cuddles ❤️. Accepting the Elizabethan collar is a work in progress though… Thank you for taking such good care of Oscar today.

We took our boy Dragon here and had the best experience. The whole team are knowledgeable, passionate, and are willing to answer any and all questions you have. The receptionist was lovely from phone calls to when we walked through the door, Dr Kate was absolutely brilliant as usual and we are just so happy and blown away with their service. I couldn’t recommend them more!

The team at Armadale Vet Hospital are amazing. My poor little dog spent a couple of days in their care after ingesting a toxin. He definitely received VIP treatment (especially lots of cuddles from Abi). The team kept me regularly informed to put my mind at ease and I didn’t have to worry knowing he was in such great hands Highly recommend the team at AVH!!!

Jason and the staff are professional and reliable, they really go out of their way to assist you with any query you may have regarding your pet's health and general wellbeing. In recent years, our diabetic cat has been cared for with great attention and love. They have never let us down and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

My little dog has had quite a few health problems over the past few months and the team and Armadale Vets have been so lovely. Really kind reception staff and Dr. Jason Rapke is very thorough whilst being empathetic. Prices are clearly explained and options provided which I really appreciate.

All the vets we have seen have been great! But special shout out to Dr. Meaghan who has been particularly amazing with my reactive boy and nervous girl. She has made every visit calm and supportive and treats my pups like her own (oh and she's very good at calming a dog mama's concerns).

Meghan and the team at Armadale Veterinary Hospital are amazing!! Our puppy Louis was hit by a car and the team moved heaven and earth to be able to give him the care he needed. They definitely went to the extra mile! The team is so caring and thoughtful. I cannot recommend them enough!

I have been to many clinics over the years but this is by far my favourite. It's obvious that all the doctors genuinely love animals. We have seen doctors Francesca, Kate and Leon - all so kind and knowledgeable. The reception staff and nurses are mostly very friendly too.

Always such a pleasure taking my Burmese cat here. All the vets are so friendly and really take the time to hear about any concerns you may have. Super lovely receptionist staff also who have even gifted my cat the odd treat. We feel in safe hands here- thankyou.

We were recommended to Laura Todd from a friend and she is everything and more you’d want in a vet! Very thorough, loving and the care she shows your pet is second to none. This was our first visit and I will definitely be continuing to bring my pup to Laura.

Exceptional service in an emergency, cannot rate the vet, receptionist and vet nurses highly enough. I'm moving from my old vet who wasn’t interested in helping me to Armadale Vets.

Since I’ve had my dog (3yrs) I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The team here are lovely and always take care of Henry. What more could you want! And they aren’t that expensive either.
