His staff is always nice, although the turnover is high, but Dr. Samadi is fueled by greed alone and is very mean to his staff- thus the high turnover. I did the HCG diet there last year and had no problems with that although in another matter the greed became obvious. I vowed then not to go back, but this year when I needed to take off 20 lbs, got lazy and just went there because it was familiar. NEVER AGAIN. Dr. Samadi made up a random rule that if I took a break from the diet it had to be at least 6 weeks. Last year I took a 3 week break no problem. I had to set up a separate appointment to discuss why he decided that out of nowhere and I was later told that I would be charged an extra $50 for his time on top of the $45 I was already paying weekly. He was then over 20 minutes late to my appointment. I had to leave to be on time to pick up my kids from school and was told that if I left he would charge me even though HE WAS THE ONE WHO STOOD ME UP! I left a note for him to call me and after I called the office TWICE I finally got him on the phone. He refused to discuss medical issues over the phone citing HIPPA, when I've had surgeons, OBGYNs, pediatricians, etc. discuss with me over the phone in the past. He just wants to charge me for an extra appointment. When I began trying to discuss these charges he became very hostile and started yelling at me. Needless to say I will not be returning to finish the diet so there goes at least $150 I'll have to pay elsewhere. I would love to save YOU the trouble and money.

The atmosphere of the spa itself is very warming and welcoming. The lady at the front was very polite and professional. The medical clinic the spa uses is not up to par with the appearance and mannerism of the spa. The upkeep of the medical facility is mediocre at best.. When my blood was taken.. some of it got on the tissue lining of the bed, the tech said she would come back to clean up, she never did. The tech talked entirely too much for my liking telling me her personal business. I did my blood work and vitals on a Tuesday, was told the spa should have my results by Thursday or Friday. When I called the spa on Friday and Saturday, spa stated they had not received anything from clinic. I'm greatly disappointed with this experience so far, but since I've already paid money for my vitals, I will continue with the program. But this "first impression" of how it's being started doesn't leave me with a good feeling about things to come. It's been over a week, I've left several messages for Candace, and I have yet to receive a call.

I searched for a Med Spa that did extractions on my iPhone, made an appointment and then forgot to get the address. When looking them up again on Google I saw the reviews, 3.2 stars and almost canceled. BUT reading the reviews, I discovered 1) most people were judging the service on the receptionist and their interactions with her and 2) the clients that were reviewing were Groupon customers who maybe were a little unhappy because coupon wasn't being honored any longer. Well I am HAPPY I didn't cancel and read the reviews! The service was REALLY wonderful and the knowledge base of my esthetician was really good! You could tell she loved her job, knew her stuff and cared about your skin! I made 2 more appointments! And the receptionist during my visit was nice. So I hope you read the reviews 1st and understanding what the real issue was before making judgement.

I'm currently doing the HCG diet and Monica has been very helpful! If I have any questions and leave a message, she always calls me back. So far I've lost 10lbs and counting! Its hard to admit that I'm doing the diet as it is, so having someone that understands my frustration, has made it very easy to keep going. Its like having a friend without all the drama behind it. I've told a few people and they are so negative. Anyway, I would recommend Artisan Medspa to anybody!

I decided to visit the Artisan MedSpa for massage treatments and was always satisfied with the professionalism of the staff. The massage therapy was very relaxing and I highly recommend Artisan to anyone who is looking for a good massage therapist. Anyone on this staff is very capable. Both my husband and I have had different therapists and no complaints here. I am just starting the 8 non-invasive body contouring treatment and look forward to its results.

I will agree with the other reviews regarding the poor attitude of the receptionist. Finally; however, after my 5th laser hair removal she seemed to recognize me and treat me with more courtesy. The treatments have been great though. I have had a massage by Melody, 6 laser hair removals by Cassie and botox injections. Remember to tip based on the regular price and not the Groupon price to ensure that all of us Groupon customers are not seen as Cheap!!

I’ve been going to this spa since 2016. The atmosphere is very relaxing and peaceful. I’ve always had a great experience there. I’ve since moved to College Station and have yet to find anyone who does as good a job as he did. Dr. Samadhi and his staff are always cheerful. He will make you laugh and put you at ease through the process. My recent experience with a local doctor have made me seriously consider making the drive to Fort Worth.

Dr. Ramin Samadi and his staff ripped me off for $600! They supposedly offer AWT packages, but the machine is always down, or they don't have a tech to provide the treatments! I asked for a refund and Dr. Samadi turned around and said he can only offer spa credit when I requested a refund.. This is far from over as I plan to sue the spa. Steer clear from this spa if you value your hard earned dollars!

My choice since 2011. I am always pleased with the procedure, results, professionalism and friendly environment. I have complete confidence when I go to Artisan for my treatments. Dr. Samadi is an master injector. I think that that is one of the most important attributes that I can mention about my treatments. He takes time to fully explain the process and respects my ideas.

I have been going to Artisan Med Spa for several years Dr. Samadi is the best at everything he does. I have been to others and never got the same great results I get from Dr. Samadi. He & his staff so knowledgeable & professional, Lisa is fabulous! When you are there they give you all the time attention you need answering all your questions. I will not go anywhere else!

I went to the open house on February 9th and it was so awkward. There wasn't enough seating and there were no activities. It was just people sitting in silence on their phones. I was going there to purchase products and treatments but no one took the time to talk to me.

All personnel was very polite but the procedures he did on me cost a lot and did not work. It was suppose to uplift my gowl line but not only was I out a bunch of money there was no difference. Giving this so no one else loses money that's badly needed like I did.

Dr. Samadhi is amazing!!!! He has completely transformed my skin and provided me with a regimen to help me maintain the results I desire. Michelle is on point and will help you maintain the transformative results you want. I cannot recommend their team enough!

I just called to make an appointment and the person who answered the phone was rude. Not only did she not know what the YAG was, she had the Audacity to be condescending. I'm scratching them from my list.

I got a lip pop about a month ago and my before and after is AMAZING. The staff and Dr. Samadi were very nice. I will most definitely be back to keep up with my lip pop!
