**edit** I DID voice my concerns while physically in the office. I have hesitated to post this bc I don't think it will do any good but after the results I got from going somewhere else, I think people should know. When I came HERE, It was my first time ever getting any kind of fillers so I didn't know what to expect or what was normal. When I walked in the room, the syringe of "filler" was already opened on a tray so I did not see the technician open it. I had my procedure done of one full suringe of Juvederm Ultra lip filler and THAT DAY I was thrilled with my results. Within 1 week the swelling went down and I was still happy. After 2 weeks, they were meh. Within 4 weeks, my results were gone. Like completely gone. I called to book another appt for ANOTHER full syringe of lip filler. I raised my concerns while there that this was very expensive to only last 4 weeks and was told it should last 6 months to 1 year on average. One girl there said she had hers done 2 years before. But that this 2nd treatment would be "layering" the filler on top of what I had done before so it would last longer, but that all metabolism were different su the times can vary. When I walked in the room, the syringe was open on the tray. Had a full syringe applied. And again THAT day, it looked great. Swelling ensues, goes away after about a week, but after only 1 month my results were completely gone. I went online and saw that some places dilute the product with saline. Again, BOTH times I had it done, the syringe was already open when I walked in the room. I decided to go somewhere else. During my consult, at an actual plastic surgeons office the nurse said she did not detect ANY filler in my lips at all. I told her what had happened prior, but not where, and she told me that some places dilute using saline and use thinner needles to reduce pain and both shortens the life of the product. That day I had my lips redone using the exact same product. She opened the packaging of the filler in front of me. 9 months later I am JUST NOW starting to think about getting a touch up, CLEARLY it was not the product, or my metabolism. I suspect the product was diluted for my first two experiences, and I was scammed in order to keep coming back bc typically people in Southlake have money like that. . $1100 down the drain. I plan to file a complaint with the BBB bc when I voiced my concerns about it only being 4 weeks since my first full syringe, and the results being completely gone, someone should have taken notice bc even the juvederm website states 6-12 months. Instead they told me to wear lipstick every day and to "fall in love" with my lips. But didn't offer any kind of discount or refund for product failure, or even to look into WHY it didn't work correctly, or the phone number to juvederm to report the problem. To me that screams that they KNEW why it didn't last.

Michelle is always fantastic! My issue is with the manager Ashleigh. I was participating in a contest (photo taken on day one, compare to photo after a year of treatment and winner gets a FREE year)for a year. She didn't even pull my results and I was not included in the final judgement. When I spoke to her about it, she told me that I didn't buy product from them. I explained I got my product through other outlets which was less expensive, and she said I had to buy it through them. So, I said that it doesn't really matter what my results were, the winner was the one who purchased the most product through them. I am mostly upset because of how she dismissed me and treated me during the conversation. THEN she told me the contest was just for fun and not to take it too seriously. The winning prize was 12 months of VIP membership (12x$119 = $1428 value), I don't think that is something "just for fun". I believe that is a significant prize. Not to mention, I have been asking the staff for months when the contest was ending and no one could ever provide me any sort of response. So, my complaint has been un resolved and the manager nor the owner even care. Also, I have been a loyal customer to HIdden Door Med Spa for well over 5 years!!!!

Where do I start....this place is truly a hidden gem. I just can't express my satisfaction with Amy and the staff at Hidden Door Medspa - Southlake location, it was my first appointment at this location and they did not disappoint. From my first step in the door I was greeted with kindness and warmth. After completing my paperwork Amy and Sydnee escorted me to the very relaxing spa treatment room. Amy would preform my facial and Sydnee would be observing. Hidden Door believes in detailed training for new staff members before actually taking on their own clients. (An added plus in my opinion) Amy began with several questions regarding my normal skin care routine and the treatments I had received in the past. She asked what I wanted to get out of this facial and then customized the next hour of treatment and pampering for my needs. I received the most relaxing facial....Amy had the most gentle and soothing touch during each step. I woke up this morning feeling refreshed with a visible improvement in my skin. Much love and thanks for this experience.

I wish I could leave more stars! Melissa and her mom are awesome people BUT some of the people working there are NOT! I’ve had plenty of services done over the years but my very last appointment was in Alliance for a massage. From the start this Massage Therapist had it out for the marketing manager (whom was also my friend at the time) and would not stop bashing her! She was relentless the entire massage saying bad things and grilling me on info I wasn’t comfortable talking about. By the time I got home and was telling my hubby how bad and uncomfortable it was, the marketing manager called to tell me how awful I was since I was talking bad about her at her place of employment. I had enough, cut ties and haven’t been back since. HIPPA is not important here since even things you don’t say are spread! Ugh

Hidden Door Medspa is my new place...I will not go anywhere else now that I've found this Gem. The $99 specials each month are incredible...I buy several and put them on my account for future use. Michelle did a detailed skin evaluation and we discussed together what I wanted and the best way to achieve my goals in the safest manner. Michelle is as beautiful on the inside as she is the outside. I've already had several procedures and I'm very happy with the outcome. The entire Roanoke staff is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly and work as a team to ensure every visit is a positive experience.

I recently had a Hydrafacial and Botox. I am pleased with my results. I like that It’s easy to get an appointment, you are in, and you are out! There are 3 locations...Southlake, Roanoke and the one closest to me which is the Ft Worth-Alliance area. Michelle is super nice and super sweet!! She walked me through the treatments which helps me to relax. This is a full service spa/salon with a variety of treatments and services available as to which I am looking forward to trying!!

Had my first TCA Peel with Michelle C. on 05/27. Its a new peel they have available. I'm hopeful for it to help with some discolored spots I have on my face. Michelle was amazing, as always. I have been seeing her for years now. The spa felt very safe and clean. Even down to the pens at the front desk, they are single use, being cleaned after one person touches them. Hidden Door is my favorite and I wouldn't dream of taking my skincare needs anywhere else. - Calli Ghassemi

I have always had great service, no problems contacting them and always friendly, good service. I purchased a groupon for 6 laser hair removal over a year ago, but did not complete the series before it expired. I bought a new groupon for the same thing a few months ago and they honored the two from the previous purchase -- they just added those visits on to the new groupon. I think they give good service and its very easy to get an appointment -- very convenient for me.

I have seen Lori for my Botox but on my last visit we talked about cheek filler. After she explained it to me we went for it. I couldn’t believe the difference. Plumping your cheekbones makes you look like you have had a mini facelift! It even decreased the amount of lines around my eyes when I smiled. Yes it was pricey but they had logged my previous treatments with brilliant distinctions so I had some rewards to redeem.

I drove a hour one way, Spent $700 for 30 min service every month for 4 months consecutively. I Always had to wait 15 to 20 minutes to check in, and 20 to 30 minutes to pay out. But I was 6 minutes late arriving once due to construction on the exit ramp to their location from the hwy, and they said I was too late for my appointment (6 mins) and charged me $25 for missed appt! No respect or loyalty to loyal customers!

I got a customized facial with Amanda and she was amazing! So knowledgeable with products, and made me feel comfortable as a first time client. I mentioned being interested in a lip flip, as well. She coordinated with Michelle, and she was able to see me right then and there answering all my questions. My skin is glowing, and I’m looking forward to future visits in preparation for my 2024 wedding! Thank you!

Brooklyn Rine is one of the best human in the world. She is so professional and friendly at the same time. Hidden door spa is like a second home and their prices are amazing. I quoted so many other companies for my Facial hair removal but they where so expensive. So from the first phone call they got my business. Omg! Why did I wait to do this? I always liked my face until losing weight and turning 45. The staff here was so patient with all my questions. I am very happy with the services I have received at Hidden Door Medspa. The prices are honest and reasonable. To fit my treatment within my budget I signed up for the monthly plan which helps when I’m doing BBL and Vampire Facial every 3-4 months. I even started bring my 15 year old son to get facials and chemical peels to help fight teenage acne.

Christine is the the massage person ever!!! I am an osteopathic physician and well trained on just how to make muscle spasms go away and this lady knows how it's done! Staff is very friendly and the hair removal services are efficient. Some of those zaps hurt but it beats waxing! at least once it gets done, you don't have to deal with it anymore!

They did not honor the time frame they offer and also did not perform all the description facial that was schedule. Plus if you try to contact the office by phone, good luck because is rarely they ever answer. I purchased a Groupon and I'm trying to get my money refunded.

Please update your hours online. 2nd time I’ve tried to come in to buy skin care products during “open” hours and it’s been closed. I live 30 min away and it’s the only place that sells what I need, wasted time and gas.
