I reached out to this attorney and ask could I speak with her. The first person I talked to was very professional and said she would relay the message to her. I get a call later from someone else not the attorney who was very rude! Explaining that I had to pay the $150 consultation fee when I would have gladly paid it but just wanted to make sure there was no conflict of interest and what the retainer fee was which she refused to tell me. Fast forward to today I call back and my number had been blocked by the law firm. Then I received an email from the attorney saying she declines to help me in any legal matter without rhyme or reason. I never do reviews but people just wanna know they’re dollar isn’t waisted in these uncertain times. This was very unprofessional to say the least and I will be filing a complaint with the Florida bar association!

When I contacted Ms.Ashley about a divorce she was right on the case. She made sure that I had everything that I needed, anytime I was having to call or inquire about some information she always have gotten back with me within 24 hours she made the process as smooth and comfortable as possible. Not only for me the filer but also the other party if they decide that they want to be a part of the process when it's uncontested. My son retained Mrs. Goggins for a custody issue and needless to say she did not do what was expected. When we called her office she was always on vacation which is fine however, what about your clients. She even mentioned to me once your son called with an emergency but, it really wasn't an emergency, to her it wasn't but to my son it was. If you go with Mrs. Goggins make sure you get a breakdown of her fee schedule because every minute cost. I totally understand this is what she does for a living however, a lot was not conveyed to My son or I. My son took a L with Mrs. Goggins. My grandson is still in a messed up situation and we are out 5000.00. PLEASEEEE do your research.

Ms. Goggins was very responsive, understanding and helpful in helping my husband and I get custody of my grand nephew who was in a tough situation. The following year we contacted Mrs. Goggins again regarding a more complicated but similar situation. Again, she was nothing short of amazing!
