Did business with these guys about 5 years ago things were smooth. However I had to have multiple surgeries and I had a family law dispute in which I also used their service's for. It also started off smooth. I thought they had my best interests at heart you meet with the main guys which they are stand up guys. The people they once had on their team were great they kept in touch made sure you were ok. But as time past those people left the firm for whatever reason. That's when things went South fast. No blame to the people who did what they could but it doesn't mean it wasn't done right. I do understand they're a ton of cases but when you get railroaded it's not fun. I recently went to court hearing pertaining to family law the judge who's been on my case never once knew I had to have surgery or had applied for disability. Nor did they tell me they were only on my case on minimum bases. Not to mention on my Auto Accident I still have medical bills in collections when 80 percent of my lawsuit went towards bills. When I wanted to talk about what recently happened in court as to why I wasn't told the judges didnt know about my injuries? I was told if I wished to discuss anything with them I would have to hire them for my family law case moving forward they didn't wish to talk about past cases. But it's messed up that they would say that after me asking a simple question after going into court blind to the fact these people had no idea of my condition. Which isn't fair or ethical. Mike and Brad are great guys but some of the folks around them make sure they have the same character as Mike and Brad if not you'll always have uncertainty. I hope no one else has to endure what I have.

I was given bad information by a woman named Kathy on the phone and based on that bad information I paid the $200 consultation fee. She estimated that my case would cost me about $1,500 but after paying the consultation fee the lawyer I spoke to quoted me $4,000 at the minimum. I feel like I was tricked into paying the $200 consult fee which I never would have paid if I was given an accurate estimate. I was told that the owner of the firm would contact me concerning a refund but nobody ever contacted me even though I contacted them multiple times. These people are crooked don't trust what they say. I am responding to the response that I was given and sir you are inaccurate. What I said was exactly true. I've called numerous times to discuss it (even called just before posting this edit) and I've been promised a call back that I haven't gotten yet. Yet you can find the time to respond to my review, call me a liar, and threaten legal action despite never talking to me about it to find out what happened. You documented the phone call? Do you have audio? I would love to hear it. The conversation lasted about 22 minutes. I'm sure you listened to the entire phone call first before responding to my review right? Everything I said was true. Be aware, this firms owner will at the very least threaten you legally if you speak up about being wronged by this firm

I was in a hit and run car accident that ended up with me having back issues. This was all new to me and I didn't even contact McGrath Gibson in the beginning. I went to a chiropractor at first because of minor pain which ended up being more severe. I was referred to a dr I hated and after having MRIs, the imaging place actually advised me to get an attorney because my expenses were going to be over my cap - a friend recommended McGrath Gibson. It was great because they were in my neighborhood and I liked the small office feel. They immediately took my case and thank God, sent me to an excellent, caring pain mgmt dr which hangs the moon in my eyes and ortho dr for fractures. Carla Wester and Natalie hung in with me handling all my medical bills until my case was finally settled. They worked hard to settle out of court saving me the stress of dealing with an insurance attorney. I can't thank them enough for their countless phone calls and/or emails keeping up with me and immediate responses within 24 hours for any questions. Don't let my comment, "small office feel" throw you, they can handle your case and will take care of you! Highly recommend them.

I highly recommend McCrath and Gibson Law. In the beginning, Brad Gibson sat down and listened to the situation and gave us strong, honest advice. It wasn’t what we wanted to hear at times but he was upfront with us describing the possible outcomes. He then introduced us to Ronald Roberts whom he explained has the experience and know how to handle our situation. Mr Roberts was also forth coming with possible outcomes. They very easily could have played on our emotions and made promises to get us to hire them. Mr Roberts was with us through the entire process and patiently and tirelessly answered all our many questions. After the hearing Mr Roberts even followed us to our car and followed in his car as we left the court house to make sure there was no further harassment. We always felt better after talking to anyone at the firm and are thankful they were there to help us.

I have to say I still thank God everyday that I was connected with you all. Chuck and Carla was amazing but I didn’t stop there. Everyone was great made me feel like I mattered and was very straight forward and honest with me..... Carla was a God sent during the worst time of my life and I will forever be so grateful for all you have done for me and my family... Words can never explain the Love I have for you all... My case has been open for nearly two months. I've spoken with attorney McGrath once and was supposed to get an update in two days and it took two week. Sarah the paralegal doesn't respond to phone calls or e-mails, but the receptionist Bre always offer you to leave a message and can't give any additional information. After numerous attempts, I still haven't received a call back even after requesting a call from another paralegal or anyone that can assist since I'm being ignored. I was referred to this attorney's office and am really displeased with the service and treatment that I've received. I'm in the process of looking for another attorney to work with!

Rude, Rude, Rude.......Was RUDE from the very beginning. Basically said, because of my AGE (72) and the fact I'm doing well now and of all the problems I have had before, He didn't think I had a case. It didn't matter what I had been through, I'm doing well now. But I could get my medical records from the doctor and hospital as if it didn't really matter. I asked did he want the case and he said " NO I don't want the case". So If you are old and don't have a 100,00.00 case, he's not interested. I do not recommend! Very bad experience.

Had them handle my workmanscomp case. They mis led me about my settlement at mediation, My attorney Mike seemed to be more of a lay down then a fighter. If i had not done my own research on depositions i would not have been ready. Then after settlement they have held my money for longer so they can collect interest on it. All good until i needed them to work for me. I really have been left thinking they are shady characters.
