WARNING: Do not buy from Ashley Furniture! I ordered a sectional sofa from Ashley’s. Waited almost two years for the item to arrive, even though I paid in full in advance. I also paid for their do-called premium delivery service. For an extra fee if almost $200 they promised to: 1. Remove my old sofa to the curb. They didn’t. 2. Assemble the new sofa. They didn’t. 3. Take away all packaging. They didn’t. However, this is the least of my complaint. The three-member crew caused major damage both to my hardwood floors and my drywall when transferring things in and out of my home. No protection mats were placed in the floors and they tracked in dirt from their shoes that they left for me to clean up. But that’s still not all. I called the company the same day to complain about the damage done to my home. The representative assured me her supervisor would call me back within a few business days. No one ever did. So I followed up by email and text messages. Then I followed up again. And again. And again. I finally wrote a letter mailed by registered post directly to the president. Someone finally called me back, not to address the issues, nor even to apologize and attempt a resolution. No. Instead the “customer service” rep informed me that I didn’t file my complaint in time. Apparently calling them the same day the damage occurred wasn’t good enough for them. I had to “prove” I called them, even though they acknowledged receipt of my subsequent multiple emails and texts. This company will bob and weave long enough to then accuse the customer if not having filed a complaint in time. They won’t apologize. They won’t refund the extra charges for delivery services not rendered. And they certainly won’t take responsibility for their own actions. NEVER again will I buy anything from this absolutely disgraceful company. I warn everyone to stay away from this company and bring your business to an organization that cares about their customers!

Ordered this couch and it was delivered with damage. The delivery guys reported it to the store. We reported it to the store. After several days we found that the sales guy texted a number for us to call. I went to the store to ask what was happening to hear that “they are a big company and the store has no responsibility if damaged goods are delivered to a customer”. I asked the sales guy to call the number. After several minutes, he was given a different number to call. Eventually I called the robot line to try to report the damage. Still, the store takes no responsibility for anything after the sale. I believe that they recycle damaged/refurbished goods and sell them as new. If we had been home we would have never accepted this. Our teenager said that the delivery guys “reported the damaged goods”. After several frustrating days of inaction we are waiting for someone to assess our claim. They say they will try to repair the damage. It blows my mind that they do business like this. Sept 1st update. Still no response. I’m thinking soon they should send us a new set of instructions on what to do with the damaged furniture they delivered. Please note the automated response to all poor reviews.. “We hate to see a review like this…” Scroll down. You will see it many times. Sept 6th update. Still no reaction/contact from the company in any manner. Just the automated response that they use here to try to imply that they are trying to resolve these issues. November 14th. Still nothing. They shipped a piece of fabric to our address. No information about what they plan to do. I think they are on the way to a Bad Boys resolution. We have your money sorry about your luck! Unbelievable!

To put it bluntly, just stay away from this place. Ordered 5k worth of furniture, delivery delay problems, had to pick up half of it from their warehouse in Missisauga to save months of waiting. Even at their warehouse the guy comes out with a box that was obviously crushed, when I refused to take it they gave me a hard time (guy could barely speak English) basically trying to force me to sign to take delivery of an obviously damaged box. After hours of arguing in person they finally just got another one which they said earlier they didn’t have, they just lied straight to my face and tried to intimidate me to sign for a damaged product. Finally get the furniture home and had issues with missing parts, and “decorative” buttons falling off first 24 hours which after you pay the store, they are more than happy to send you to a foreign call centre and not take responsibility (like you’re not even welcome back at the store after you pay) The call centre which they are quick to send you to is just uncaring and happy to point out they don’t make the furniture so it’s not their fault…it’s unbelievable. The kicker to all this the furniture I bought was recalled by the government of Canada because of a fire hazard. Had to put all my personal information on their “recall site” and it’s been 6weeks and they never got back to me. They say to unplug an electric reclining chair until it is fixed… Just the worst of the worst. Stay away from this place, you have been warned. How this place gets glowing reviews in here is very suspect, because after I paid there was not one employee or action by this company that would suggest they cared about the customer.

Be careful when you order from Ashley. My parents spent over $25,000 and bought two sofa sets and one dining table set. When we were buying they told us to get the warranty it covers everything. But it really doesn't. All our furniture came in different time frames. We understood and was accommodating since its covid and there are manufacturer delays. We saw a few cracks on some tables and some piling on one sofa set, they ordered some parts to my parents house and we never heard from them. Literally waited for 6 months trying to be understanding customers that they might be super busy. Fast forward, I called them asking for an update and they instead were like its your responsibility to call. Then, when one of the side table wasn't fixable they delivered a new table, the delivery people were like which one are we taking back? I was at work so my parents were clueless and left me super annoyed. Isn't it their responsibility to know what is happening. The communication between the teams is horrible. The sales team only care about the sale. The moment you swipe your card they don't care about you. And the quality of sofa fabric is horrible. . My mom has to put a sheet on top of the sofa so it doesn't scratch her grandson. They said the piling isn't covered. I understand that, I have tried three different methods to remove the lint and still no success. I have owned sofas from Ikea that have better fabric quality. Even for the coffee table, the wood is chipping off. How is the wear so extreme? I will never buy from Ashley. Please don't waste your money. Their service and quality isn't the same anymore.

I can't say enough good things about Scott the salesman who looked after me, excellent knowledge, not pushy, friendly and approachable, really listened and offered me appropriate choices for my wants and needs. Customer service is often hard to find in today's retail market, fortunately there is a great salesperson at Ashley's in Burlington who shouldn't be limited to a 5 star review. After perusing late afternoon I was supposed to return the next day and ended up coming back that night not knowing Scott had finished his shift and was dressed to go home. Scott presented that I was no inconvenience to him, maintained his pleasant personality took off his hat and coat and proceeded to write up my small order of only a chair without rushing me. As a previous national authorized dealer sales manager and trainer of trainers, I can state that Scott's level of commitment to Ashley Furniture and me as a customer is outstanding. Other considerations for a 5 star rating include the store being well lit, easily accessible, well stocked with a large variety of quality furniture at reasonable price ranges, being immaculately clean and observing two other friendly staff. Added bonus with their paid 5 year warranty which I purchased is that if you don't use it you get a store credit once it has expired. Ashley's of Burlington, thanks to its staff make clients out of their customers, this store is now my first choice for future furniture purchases, accessories and recomendations to friends. I hope the president of the company sees this review as credit should be given when credit is due.

This review is more directed at Ashley Furniture as a whole, rather than the Burlington store itself. The people at the store were all as helpful as they could be. Unfortunately they lacked the authority to be helpful enough. I will never set foot in Ashley again. It's a long, drawn out story (this has been going on for 6+ months now) but the short version is their delivery drivers damaged my front door and Ashley went with the cheapest bid to repair. It was the cheapest because it did not address the entire issue and my front door remains broken. They say the contractor said he repaired the issue (he repaired PART of the issue) and now refuse to fix the rest of what their drivers broke (my door is coming off it's frame - it was fine before they damaged it). I've gone back and forth with in store managers, managers from their customer care. Sent in pictures and videos and even thought I had finally come to resolution when their customer care called me and said they the original contractor would be reaching out to me to get the door repaired correctly, only to then have the manager I'd been working with call me at 7pm on a Friday of a long weekend to let me know they in fact will not be doing anything further and are just closing out the case. I spent thousands of dollars furnishing my house and a broken front door is the thanks I got. NO THANKS.

Couldn’t be more disappointed with our service from Ashley Furniture’s Burlington location. We purchased a very expensive bed and headboard/footboard which came broken. We understand there can be quality control issues and weren’t upset. When they came back with the headboard it was the wrong colour (which we are stuck with as we were mislead and told it came in another colour). That aside, the issue now is that the delivery people dragged the box up our beautiful staircase scratching ever step. They have just informed us that they are not paying to repair the damage, saying there is no way the could have done that. How ridiculous when they brought the heavy boxes up those stairs and we sent photos to show the edges are all scratched, stain taken off and small chunks out. The worst customer service and in store service that I have experienced in a very long time. I wish we had never purchased this bed, spent well over $10000.00 and have been mislead by the staff and treated very poorly by customer service. Steer clear of this store, once they get your money they wash their hands of you. Disgusting in this time when everyone has waited so long thru Covid to be able to actually go to a store for personal service and they take advantage of you and cost you even more money to fix the damage they created.

Awful experience purchasing an as-is dining table from this store. Our first scheduled delivery was last weekend. When they arrived they could not find the table legs and said they don't know if they were left in the store or at their warehouse. I refused the delivery and they called us on Monday saying they've located the legs and will deliver again this weekend (today). Well they just came and the legs had chips all over them that definitely weren't there before (we took photos at the store to prove this). Once again I'm told to refuse the delivery and they will "assess" at the warehouse how to proceed. So 2 failed delivery attempts, 2 ruined weekends and not once was I able to speak to someone who could make any executive decisions nor offer me any relief. Even now I don't know if and when we'll get the table in a satisfactory condition. Will not be shopping at Ashely's again. Update: called the customer service number on Monday and the best that they could do was "make notes" to make sure my package comes with all parts and in good condition. I explicitly asked to raise my concerns and feedback to a manager and I was basically told that my issue didn't qualify for any escalation. So much for making your customers feel appreciated.

Avoid the Extended Warranty at All Costs! Bought a couch and fell for the 5-year extended warranty. Store was happy to take my money and explain what's covered. But when the material started splitting a few years later, they claimed it was outside of the warranty period. I sent back a copy of the receipt showing the dates, but they just never replied. When I called Ashley Furniture customer service, they couldn't figure out why it was rejected and kept trying to resubmit it. After two months of back-and-forth, I've had enough and will pay for a replacement cushion cover. $40 is a small price to pay to never have to deal with Ashley Furniture ever again! Also, customer service confirmed that the e-mail on the Ashley Furniture guest care website hasn't been 'active' for at least a couple of months, so don't expect an answer. If you use the chat, they'll tell you to call customer service instead. Edit: Got off the phone with customer service again when they messed up the order for the replacement. I asked what the process is for complaining about the service I've been receiving. They said I'm welcome to post an online review!

We have bought furniture from Ashely in the past & were always very satisfied. We decided to purchase a new table/chair set as well as a pull out couch from their warehouse - TERRIBLE CHOICE. There was one throw cushion that was ruined as well as a snag on the couch. Ashely offered to send us new throw cushions & did so three times - Each time the cushions were the same colour as our previously ordered furniture but not from the couch we ordered (so they didn't match). Our table required new legs for one of the chairs immeidatley. It is EXTREMLEY chipped, including the bottom seat of one of the chairs which they offered to replace but never sent. The paint is chipped on every leg & WORN OFF in the fold down parts of the table from wiping it down every day? WORST purchase ever. Customer service was terrible in regards to doing anything about our concerns. The store may be ok (although we had a huge issue with delivery) but STEER CLEAR of the warehouse & hope that you do not have to deal with any issues as they will not be resolved.

Great experience shopping last night. Everything I saw on their web site met my expectations and more. Seeing it up close and personal does make a difference and with their convenient location in Burlington very possible. However, I did see 1 bad review re - delivery which I understand the sales people have no control over so I will re-review after my furniture has been delivered. In the mean time Susan Walker and Ajay Mason went 9 yards for me regarding price and availability of the furniture I selected. They were extremely helpful and understanding and were not pushy at all. They let me browse and only approached when I asked them to. Update - June 5, 2019 - delivery was made on June 3rd. Was kept informed about my delivery until it was actually at my door. The delivery men were very friendly and helpful and extremely patient especially when having to move furniture into an apartment building. If and when I need any more furnishings, I will definitely shop Ashley. To sum it up, I will highly recommend Ashley to all my friends.

BUYER BEWARE! While the furniture might be decent the customer service for delivery is atrocious. Twice our delivery dates were moved. We received confirmation that all our furniture was coming on a given date. 5 1/2 hours after the latest delivery time we received a notice that there was an emergency in the morning yet no one contacted us by text or email. The manager even told us at 6:15 PM that our furniture would be there in half an hour even though the latest time it was due was 415. Their left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. I’ve emailed both the sales rep and manager leaving messages and yet you still have to follow up as they don’t! If you expect to have your furniture on the date they tell you I would not order from them. We have had to cancel multiple family gatherings due to their lack of communication and level of service. Read the reviews about delivery. This is not a new problem and yet it does not get corrected.

Extremely disappointed. Very bad customer service, guest service person was extremely rude. Furniture with scratches and stains and mind you it claimed to be new furniture. When requested guest service person to put a return and its ok I will take the loss for re stocking fee but won’t get something repaired she start becoming extremely mouthy, upon asking for supervisor she blatantly refused and keep arguing and telling that I am stupid to claim something which is not correct. Spent money thinking Ashley is a good brand and stands behind their product. Guess what I was very wrong, rest assure won’t come back and give business to Ashley and make sure spread the awareness as well about the bad experience I have had with them. Wish could give them negative stars. June 8th second delivery of the remaining items. Came with broken bench with a short legs and dirty seat cloth with stain. Just like the other. Will never go back to Ashley.

This location has poor customer service at least the one employee I spoke to today on the phone didn't offer the greatest customer service. I'm interested in a particular electric fireplace and I'm wanting to know how bright the flames can get and this person told me to just come into the store to have a look, I told her more than once that I don't drive I can't get there I have no one to drive me there and you would think she would offer to take pictures of the flames on different brightness levels and offer to send them to me she didn't do that at all. Great customer service is when you go above and beyond to provide product info to a potential customer, if a customer can not get info from a particular business they're going to be frustrated and they're most likely going to look elsewhere. That to me was just sheer laziness on her part.

Customer Service at Ashley in Burlington Ontario is deplorable. Totally not acceptable. We purchased a recliner at the end of September and after it was installed it was not aligned properly. We have made multiple cases on their non-functioning txt service number as they requested. My wife has visited the store in person because of the lack of response. They actually sent over a kid who admittedly knew nothing about repairs and could not help. We've since tried reaching the store just to get a case # to have this serviced and almost a month later - no reply. We live 10 minutes from the store. I would hate to imagine trying to get something resolved if we had purchased the extended warranty. totally not acceptable. We want to return this product and buy a similar unit from another store who cares about customers.

I was looking to buy a mattress and headboard a few years ago. We experienced high pressure tactics, and undisclosed fees/extras seen only in the contract at the time of purchase. The salesman told blatant lies about the nature of the mattress warranty, being conditional on an mattress cover that could only be purchased from them. We asked to speak to the manager and management defended the behaviour of the salesperson. My father went to the store this week and had the exact same experience in terms of high pressure tactics and hidden charges (warranty, delivery fee) within the contract not previously discussed before being asked to sign the dotted line. This kind of behaviour from the salespeople and management is frankly dishonest and we do not recommend this specific location.

Be aware when you buy furniture from Ashley. I visited Ashley Home Store Burlington and selected a sofa. I paid the full amount along with the delivery changes. After two day I received the defective Sofa. When I talk to the Ashely’s salesperson, he advised me to talk to the guest care. First It took me 4 days to reach to guest team and finally they refused to replace the defective sofa with new one. The guest care team mentioned that they can arrange the repair in 4 weeks. I paid for the brand-new Sofa, and they sold me the defective one. Ideally it should be replaced with the new sofa. Now I need to adjust with defective sofa. It's very disappointing for me. It’s better to buy from IKEA or similar store where we can replace or return if we face the similar situation.

After spending a lot of time on line searching for options for a power recliner for a sick friend of mine google ads directed me Ashley furniture. I liked what I saw so I clicked on the chat icon to ask about inventory. Kelsey was very helpful and sent me a link to a suitable chair within my budget. As this was a group charity purchase I inquired if the price could be improved. She spoke with management and they made the deal even better. I went to the store with my quote in hand and finalized the purchase the same day. I even got to test drive the floor model making me feel even more confident in the purchase. Thank you Kelsey and Ashely furniture. This was my first purchase at AF and I will be back and refer my real estate clients as well!

After a looking elsewhere, My wife and I went into Ashley Furniture to look at beds. We were quickly greeted by a very nice salesman named Aziz. He asked us what we were looking for and how he could help. He took us to the bed section of the store and asked us a bunch of questions about what we do, how we sleep, etc.He then asked me to lay down on their sleep test machine so he could show me what I needed and why it was important. He was eager to help make a deal that fit our budget and accommodated us every step of the way. After working out a price, availability and delivery options, we were quick to sign and get into our new bed. Thank you Ashley and Aziz for the great shopping experience, we will definitely be back again!

Would rate our purchase an overall good experience. In store, the sales guy was pushy so we did not feel comfortable getting our couches with him. We ordered online (which I believe is tied to this store location as well) and chatted with the customer service on Ashley’s website for some special support we required for the purchase. Online support is decent and I was able to close our purchase quite smoothly. If visiting the store, I would recommend not feeling pressured to buy there and then; take your time to look and feel in store and if you need to, ordering online is a relatively smooth experience. Either way dont forget to ask for a discount since we asked and got a small one.

The sales associates make false promises of delivery while they have no communication with the warehouse it seems which makes no sense... All the delivery people are extremely rude and unprofessional. Was the biggest headache getting my stuff delivered on time and all at once despite having ordered it 3 months ago. They would bring in one thing at a time and someone would have to stay home to receive it every time and were often late with no consideration to others schedule. Extremely extremely inconvenient like we have busy schedules of our own while they're acting like they're doing us the biggest favor for delivering our stuff as if I did not just pay thousands of dollars for it.

Sales Person was quite detailed and worked with us to get us what we love. Wide options to choose from. They matched us a price for the sectional, it's amazing! Also found an awesome deal of the recliners, I had a great experience overall. Updated after delivery- Customer Care/Guest Care is pathetic, Transportation is highly unprofessional leaving property damaged and denying all claims later. Even the products have arrived with manufacturing defects (so many), can't find any professionalism. Overall I would not recommend anyone to buy stuff from Ashley's if they are looking for anything Post Sales. Because they are than Pathetic. Escalation Team is all to make you a fool instead.

Good quality and good sales persons but very rude customer service and poor after sale services. I had a bad experience with Very rude and impolite customer service and guest care representative . They send me a desk without the screws or the hardware and they were not able to install it . they do not want to take the responsibility of their mistake . They refused to commit a time frame to solve the issue . When I insisted they give a wide time frame but they follow their words with “ but we cannot promise “. And when I requested a return and refund they told me if I return it they will charge me . They refused to promise a date to solve the issue and were very rude .

From the time we arrived at Ashley Home Store on Guelph Line in Burlington, our experience was fantastic. Gerald greeted us and inquired about what we were shopping for. After he gave us the ‘lay of the land’ we began to browse. Gerald provided the perfect amount of service. He asked us the right questions and guided us in the direction to find pieces that we absolutely love. He was present when we needed him but also gave us space to talk and browse. His product knowledge and attention to stock availability was great. We are looking forward to receiving the pieces we ordered and will definitely be back to see Gerald as we continue to furnish our new home.

Excellent customer service both in store and by delivery. The salesperson was knowledgeable and immediately showed me a couple of options. She was very friendly and happy to assist. The delivery was quick and easy. Their tracking method (which you receive by text on the delivery day) is so convenient. The customer is given their number on on the schedule for that day and there is continuous text updates until arrival. They also send other communication by text which I love. The delivery guys were courteous and had the furniture assembled in no time. Overall, a seamless and positive experience. I recommend Burlington's Ashley HomeStore.

My husband and I were looking to furnish our new home and Heba was so helpful in this process! She was knowledgeable, friendly and so patient as we searched the entire store to find exactly what we were looking for. We left feeling so happy with the service we received! We can’t wait to receive our new couch, dining table and adjustable bed frame! I would highly recommend Ashely’s Burlington :) Balwant’s delivery team was also amazing! So thorough, friendly, efficient and considerate. One of the best experiences so far! Ashley’s has really outdone themselves - both sales and delivery team were 10/10!

NEVER EVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION EVER!! I purchased a product that didn't work and returned it promptly the next day. It has been a week and a half and still no credit on my cc. I tried calling the store and there is no answer. Called customer care and they have NO record of my return. Are you kidding me?! So back to calling the store and still cannot get to speakign with anyone there! Horrible. Unacceptable. I should not have to chase this! Do yourself a favour, buy somewhere else. Wish I could leave this review without a star rating but it's not possible. Even 1 star is too generous.

We bought most expensive Tempur-Pedic king mattress and most expensive base. The delivery guys were so rude. They just put the stuff in and refused to remove the old mattress. We were told at the time of sale that they will instal and put the old mattress on the curb. Wrong mattress was delivered. We are running around since then. The manager is on leave. Sales person moved to another location. No one is there to take the responsibility. We have been calling the store & the customer service. Absolutely horrible experience. We have been customers with Ashley for almost 15 years. Not again.

Soon as they get your money the service goes down hill, it's like night and day. Furniture is cheap and expensive. Barstools I bought had buttons fall off first week I got them, they say they don't cover "decorative" items after 48 hours on their warranty. It's a manufacturer's defect...and they won't cover it. This company is the worst I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. Stay away, there are better options for cheap furniture, and those companies will stand behind their product unlike Ashley furniture which is a scam company in my opinion. Don't accept companies like this...

My husband and I went into Ashley after seeing their upcoming flyer, there was a particular couch that we had in mind. Upon entering the store we were greeted and shown to the couch right away. Heba was great at answering all of our questions and was patient with us as we browsed comparable options. The price in the flyer was different when we arrived to the store, it had a cheaper price tag. Heba was great and offered us the cheaper price as it was an error on their end. We found the experience quick, easy and efficient. We look forward to our new couch!

We were very happy with the service provided by Ashley home store Burlington, we ordered a couch that didn’t fit down the stairs upon delivery and the store followed up to ask about our next steps within 15 minutes. We easily visited the store and selected an alternate couch. Our only hiccup was that we were told our replacement couch clipped together (3 piece sectional including love seat, chair and chaise) to find out upon delivery that it did not. All in all we are very satisfied with the service! They were very attentive and communicative.

I would give 5 stars to customer service and product quality. Heba was the sales rep who helped me. The store manager was also knowledgeable and very helpful. We bought a couple of pieces (sofa/dining table+chairs/bed frames/mattresses/desks) from the Burlington location and we were extremely satisfied with our purchase! Both Heba and the store manager were very responsive to our inquiries. Special thanks to Heba who responded to my msgs and addressed my concerns/roadblocks promptly. From start to finish my experience with Ashley Furniture was fantastic! Our salesman Scott was amazing and helpful but only when needed, didn't follow us around like a lost dog just came around when we needed questions answered. The delivery process was amazing, he automated updates were accurate and I knew approximately when the delivery was to arrive. The delivery set up team lead by Justice were informative and courteous and set everything up and in place. We are very happy with our purchase and the Ashley process. Thank you G.E.

I visited their store in search of a dining table/set. I didn't end up buying from them because I couldn't find what I was looking for. But my experience with their staff was really good. Due to COVID-19 pandemic, they are not operating at full capacity. So, you may need to wait if the store has reached the maximum limit of people. The lady welcomed us upon our arrival and a sales rep. came forward and introduced himself and offered help if we needed. There are also plenty of parking spots available in front of the store.

Everyone who works in Ashley Home Store Burlington was super friendly, and the selection of furniture here is good. The sales representative, Syma, who helped us was very nice and knowledgeable. She helped us to narrow down the options based on our needs and price range making the whole process so much easier. She didn’t rush us to make decisions, leaving us on our own to take time to decide. The whole process was very pleasant and relaxing. Will definitely recommend anyone who needs new furniture to visit this store.

Honestly the worse company ever. Bought a lot of stuff from them. Needed our dresser fixed by them we only had it for less then a month and it broke on us.. we lived with draws on the ground from March until July. And instead of replacing the whole thing they said they would just fix the one side. And mind you it only broke cause their installer put it together wrong. I just think for what they charge you should have really good quality furniture. Definitely will not be coming back here

I went in and was helped by Scott, from the start he didn’t seem interested in helping me. I had several questions and shared interest in two sofas and because I’m a younger woman he didn’t seem to care. As soon as I mentioned needing a few minutes to think about it he walked away not caring to entertain any sort of conversation with me. The first thing I said when I left was wow, what a bad sales rep. I was so disappointed with this experience I went and bought my new couch elsewhere.

Sales professional Syma Syed is excellent to deal with. She is not only very friendly but she will do what it takes to make you have a happy and an enjoyable shopping experience. We have made 2 different purchases from her and we will definitely ask for her on our next purchase as her suggestions and knowledge was a great help when deciding on styles and colour. Overall the entire staff is friendly as well. Our furniture arrived as promised and we are very pleased with the quality.

We walked into the store pretty much knowing what we wanted and that they had it (on sale) after researching on-line. The salesman was professional and got the process/order done in a timely manor. We were notified about our upcoming delivery with the right amount of notifications. The deliver guys were on schedule. De-boxed, installed all the backyard furniture and removed all the packaging. Seamless. I wish all things went that smooth.

Pathetic and Garbage Furniture, paid for a brand new couch, and ended up getting a damaged piece. Now, they are forcing a repair over replace policy and making us wait for 4 weeks. Nobody informed of this policy at the time of purchase. Spent $$$$ to get a defected product. Shameful for Ashley. I will be telling all my community, family, and friends of this scam and never to buy from Ashley again.

Very happy customer! Couch came separately in pieces but timing was as stated and communication was great to let me know exactly when delivery was coming day/time and also day of when they are on their way. In Store staff was very helpful and attentive during my purchase and delivery guys were on time, quick to set up and remove garbage. I would definitely buy from Ashley furniture again!

Very substandard products of very cheap quality material. I strongly suggest you avoid this store. I contacted customer service to check my mattress both in call n their messaging service and have yet to hear from them. The frame of the bed is pathetic and so thin that my entire back sinks into the mattress. I've been going to see my physio since 6 months due to back pain.
