We wasted $4200 by buying furniture from Ashley furniture in Pakenham .The worst furniture we ever got is from this store. We bought the Marsing Nuvella 5 piece sofa set and it’s quality is so bad. The firmness of the cushions is really loose and only after using it for 1 month the cloth from the edges has started loosing. They sent a technician at our place who said to us that structure of ottoman and the chaise is not good and later after 2 weeks they said there is nothing wrong with the furniture. Never ever recommend anyone to buy furniture from them as quality they show is totally different than we received at home. They show something else in the store but the quality that we get delivered is totally different.

Bought a corner lounge and ottoman that unfortunately showed up with damage on one arm. Upon contacting Tim at the Pakenham store he immediately swung into action to have it rectified. Instead of swapping just the damaged piece he had the whole lounge and ottoman replaced for us, and arranged to have the damaged one removed and new one delivered within days. Absolutely amazing service with great communication, every phone call was followed up with confirmation emails and dealing with Tim was an absolute breeze every step of the way, I even received a phone call after delivery to make sure I was happy. Could not recommend Ashley Furniture more, fantastic customer service and the family absolutely love the new couch!

I usually dread going furniture shopping as I don’t feel comfortable being approached multiple times and also feel like I’m being watched while I’m browsing before deciding.. but the guys at the Pakenham store were amazing approached me initially and said to let them know when I’m ready! Then when I’d decided I approached Demi who was so lovely and helpful and gave me such a good deal on our beautiful dining table and chairs.. to say we love it would be an understatement! It’s gorgeous and such great quality! Also so easy to assemble! A great addition to our home thanks guys we will be back again!

The 1st time we walked in the store we felt like we're at the right place. We have been looking for furnitures for quite a while, and nothing felt right until we saw Ashley's. We were immediately greeted by Lucky, she was lovely and very welcoming, and was able to help us out find the right pieces for our home. The delivery by BIG BOX MOVERS was really great. Dave and Phil were very professional and really knows their craft well. We are very happy with our decision and very happy with the experience from shopping up until our furnitures were delivered at home.

On my first couch purchase, i saw a couple came from 100 km far to buy all their new home furniture!!!! After buying couch, i realised the quality, elegance, sturdy of their product. In one word you will get every penny worth. Then i bought a full set of dining table, chair, bench which is awesome in quality. The customer service is great and helped you a lot to give you best price. They didn't lie to me to sell products like delivery, product quality comparison, etc. Happy to buy furniture from Ashley.

We received our furniture last week. We absolutely love it. We have visited almost all the furniture shops in Vic but non of them could beat Ashley furniture prices. Their customer service is so good. We met Lucky. She is the best and she is so lovely. She would go above and beyond for her customers. If we didn't meet her we might not probably buy all these stuff from them. Good Jin to her and to her team on very good customer service.

Love Ashley home furniture Pakenham, great service from Demi, i have bought a lounge suite and was on the search for a new dining table, great service. Have recently purchased the Johnelle Dining table and paid for delivery and set up, the delivery drivers were fantastic and had it set up in no time. Very friendly and a joy to deal with. I purchased my lounge back in February from The Pakenham Team after looking for awhile for the right piece for my style. The Team delivered fantastic service making my experience really great. So much so that I went back recently and purchased this second piece. Fits the space perfectly. Again the Team were fantastic.

BUYER BEWARE Ashley furniture is not good quality. Brought a table only 6 weeks ago and there is already damage to it - literally just bumped the leg with the vacuum and now a chunk is missing!

This place is amazing for new furniture as everything has style and it is all fairly cheap. Another great thing is they are very flexible with delivery. I would 100% recommend this place.
