Poor quality, poor customer service, worst experience in last 10 years. I will make sure folks in my network know that and do not make the same mistake of buying from Ashley. We had very poor experience with what material quality we saw in the outlet versus what was delivered. Many quality issues, there furniture is not prepared with any sense of symmetry and each piece even in the same style will have differences of seems, their locations, and uneven cushions. Delivery was very unprofessional, only purpose was to let us have it since after first acceptance we could not return and on repeated calls finally after three weeks and lot of frustration we got someone to agree to exchange. Even the exchange had more or less same quality issues. After struggling for 6 to 8 weeks they did paid us $500 back for our more than $8000 purchase in the name of bad customer experience. Additionally, promised price breaks on exchange but did not paid at the end by latter telling that it was not accepted. Probably they just wanted to keep it at time of delivery to gave those fake price reductions and latter reject. Poor quality, poor customer service, worst experience in last 10 years.

The best furniture store hands down! By the way it’s an outlet and a store so you really have options for any budget. First, I appreciate the quality of Ashley furniture period. The 1st living room set I had was 16 yrs old when I gave it away in 2022 & people always ask why “b/c it was new”. I’ve always wanted a sectional. But wasn’t sure if it was in my budget. Isaiah talked everything out with me even though I was really indecisive due to my current space vs. the space I’m envisioning next year. Regardless, I needed furniture now and was even considering a sofa. He listened to everything I was saying and helped me choose what I really wanted deep down and I’m super happy he was in the store that day. The whole staff is amazing but he just got me. I appreciate the no pressure sales approach. I was able to look around and he could tell when I had questions and he really impressed me with his knowledge on the products which made me even more comfortable with my decision. I am not one for reviews, however, this one is worth the write. My fiancée and I had a great experience when walking into this Ashley store. We were greeted with the utmost kindness from Peter who welcomed us and answered all of our questions. My fiancée and I went to many different stores searching for the perfect couch for our new home. Peter worked with us knowing our budget and he honored the deals that Ashley was having plus some. Peter also helped with our delivery needs and dates which helped a ton. Because of Peters expertise, willingness to work with our budget and patience, if we need more furniture, Peter will be our guy! If ya'll want someone who isn't pushy like the majority of salesman's and want the stress of buying a big ticket item relieved off your shoulders, speak with Peter (Sales Manager)

Me and my wife came in, we had an idea of mattress, and base but those options were above our budget, Peter took great care of us. We ended up with a more affordable version of the mattress we wanted that was still amazing . We ended up with the base that was basically the same but more affordable since we did not actually need all the bells and whistles of the base I originally wanted. He even showed us some AMAZING pillows. I’ve never felt such amazing pillows (purple pillows) it’s so weird but comfortable. We were also able to price match the bed frame that we saw online but wasn’t in store! Everything he did was amazing and we couldn’t be more impressed with him. I would honestly want to have him help me out anytime I go to Ashley. If this was a graded assignment I’d give him an A+ (112%).

I previously had a bad experience with an Ashley store in NJ, but this one blew me out of the water with their excellent customer service. Angel helped us understand all of the ins and outs of every item, as well as comparing what we wanted with other items that would work for us. He gave us so many options so we could choose a plan that worked best for us, for both payment and delivery. He took his time with us and was so kind. He really knows what he’s taking about! We left so excited for our new couch and table. Peter was managing and was also extremely kind and helpful. I highly recommend them and this store!

This Ashley store is so full of charismatic, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Adajah spent a half hour on the phone with me this afternoon answering all of my questions. When my husband and I got to the store later this evening Peter greeted us with kindness and was extremely thorough and personable; both of them made our purchase a breeze. They price matched the sectional we bought, offered us an amazing protection plan and made us feel comfortable with our purchase. We will definitely be returning !

Had such a great experience with our sofa purchase from Ashley! We met with Peter and configured a few different options then went home and thought about which was best and contacted him to continue our purchase! We got the sofa of our dreams, received the best customer service from Peter, and got a great deal for Labor Day!!! Would highly recommend him and Ashley for all of your furniture purchases! We will be shopping with Peter again in the future I am sure!

Angel truly embodies his namesake! Furniture shopping is stressful and there are so many options. We went to Ashley at the recommendation of a friend undetermined just to window shop. We left happily with a cozy comfortable couch AND a new mattress. Angel was patient and listened to our feedback to help us find the right couch. There was no pressure to upsell and my friend got a great deal on a sofa I can’t wait to come over and hang out on her comfy cozy couch.

Pete was incredible! He was not pushy, super helpful, and listened to what I needed. The items I was deciding between were huge price differences and he was supportive in whatever fit MY needs. The store was beautiful, and Ashley Furniture is so lucky to have someone like this gentleman! Also, they wrapped everything up beautifully (and I bought on clearance!)

We worked with Ian and he was awesome! He told us about a sale they were having a week from when we originally went so we were bael to save a few more bucks. And then he helped us with measuring, looking things up online to ensure we got what we really wanted. Such an amazing experience!
