Honestly for such a great brand of shoes, I'm fairly disappointed in this store, I am not sure if this is a matter of management or head office making decisions but the team definitely needs to re-visit their approach. As a factory outlet we as customers expect to go in truly looking for bargains and a massive collection of shoes with multiple styles including shoes we can find in other stores, including high rate common sizes being readily available. I've been there now a few times and it's the very same response the sizes that are mostly purchased are nearly never instock wasting your time in-store. It literally prompted my shopping time their to be no more than 7-10 minutes with a disappointed outcome and not a single purchase made. most customers if not all specifically head in to get the best prices on their products than any other store. I'm an avid sneaker collector and with more than enough sneakers in my collection it's safe to say I've visited more than a few different type of stores that sell asics products. I've been in more than a couple of other stores that sell asics shoes and their prices are blowing them out of the market on some of the specials provided and on-top the ability to join a program which offers a further discount at all times. If it's anything to read off, what we're witnessing on some of the specials Asics supposedly has the profit margin for a "Factory outlet" is ridiculously high and it's now a matter of deceiving their customer's. I know my reviews have reached quite close to a large portion of people especially with the Online awareness and I really hope that management/head office really revisit their strategy. Whether they choose to reach out to myself like other businesses have or not I really will be providing them with a full feedback response from customers who want to be treated fairly. Apart from that. The staff doesn't go unnoticed and they deserve praise for being as great as they are.

Absolutely terrible experience at Marsden Park outlet today 28.21.22. A staff member named Argus yelled at my 7yr old son who is autistic. I hate having to use the ‘he’s autistic’ line because I shouldn’t have to but there’s no excuse for any staff member or any adult to yell at any child whether they’re special needs or not. Of course I went off the handle and went off at Angus and added a few colourful words but my son looked so scared and that is not on for any child. As a mum of 2 autistic children I get over protective with my little ones and to get no apology from Angus and him showing no remorse whatsoever really ticked me off. I can understand we all have bad days at work but going off at any child is not it. My son has ran into the back of shops into spaces they’re not supposed to but staff have always been great in handling my son but not in this instance. I gotta say the Manger Lauren was lovely and she did apologise but I said to her thank you but it’s not her fault. Other staff there were lovely as well. But Angus was quite Angus today but I’m not the one and my son is definitely not the one. I will stand up for my son at any cost because if I don’t who will?

Went in with mum and dad and found a samples box which marked $60 for 2 pairs of shoes. They were the unique and fitted nicely so mum encouraged me to get a pair too. Dad also found a pair, perfect for working around the gardens. Then we got to the counter and the sales lady went to call the manager to get authorization. The manager told us we are only allowed 4 pairs per customer. I asked we want a pair each and happy to pay individually. She firmly said “ I can refuse you all together”. There is no signage limiting 4 pairs per group of people that I was aware of. She said I must make another visit to take the third pair. What is the logic of your rule? If I bought 6 pairs of Kayano, would you refuse my purchase? And if u want to look up my details you will find I’ve bought quiet a few shoes from this store. I suggest u don’t make the prices so cheap if u don’t want people to buy them and have a sign limiting the quantity if the rules does exist and not put people down when being served.

Came here to pick up some shoes for the family. I don't recommend people come here if they expect to pay dirt cheap priced shoes. This is Australia afterall, our "factory outlets" are a laugh and will never compare to what you would expect and pay in an outlet overseas. Nevertheless, the prices here are well discounted - up to 30-50% cheaper than what you would pay retail. This also includes their 'new arrival' shoes. The store is quite big and spacious - perfect for social distancing! They have a big range of mens, womens and kids shoes, clothing and accessories. Plenty of staff readily available to provide friendly customer service and assistance.

Recently moved to this area and have been to this store a number of times and each time has been a consistently enjoyable experience. I love this store. Easy to drive to, plenty of parking, spacious store, brilliant bargains, good range of products, good fitting rooms etc. The staff here deserve a special mention. Ben is an absolute legend. There are plenty of staff around and they are knowledgeable, pleasant and genuinely wanting to please. Its refreshing to see a team of people that take pride in their work and are happy doing it. Asics has become my favourite sports brand now. What's not to love?

I rarely write comments regarding the service I receive when out and about but the experience I just had at the Asics factory outlet at Marsden Park was beyond exceptional. Ben was knowledgeable about the product, took the time to listen about my knee and foot issues and suggested a few styles of shoe that would help. He was then patient as I went back and forth while trying to decide between two styles until I finally made a decision. Top notch service not only from Ben but also all other staff I observed there. Absolutely impressed. I would definitely recommend!

This is the first place I go to when my family needs sports shoes and outfits for men and women of all ages. There range of ASICS shoes are massive, as well as their clothes. I could spend a couple of hours just exploring all the possibilities. The discounts are genuine. I like to give a shout out to Boysen, the friendly and knowledgeable staff who attended to the school sport shoes needs for my daughter and son, with the discount on their shoes, I then got a new spare of comfortable Gel Lyte for myself. Go check them out.

Wow what a great shop this is ? Great customer service displayed by staff Cristina , who is a very down to earth staff who helped me to find the right product . She guided me to buy a new shoes and also gave her inside knowledge of how to buy the right product for my need. The store is nicely displayed and all staff are friendly and happy to help when required. Prices are at discount and will save money . Parking is ample and right in fromt of the shop. Very poor customer service my partner order a pair of kayano 29 shoes on line turned up they where faulty rang they said return them to the store so a 3 and a half hour drive one way 2 hours in the store to make him outlay another over 216 dollars to buy another pair instead of just swapping them with another pair and they said his refund would go into his account in a week or so we wasted 9hrs of our day for such a stuff around and not even an apology very poor customer service

The place looks amazing! Well-organised and innovative with wide range of options. Staff are very nice and friendly. We were assisted by their staff JOSH. He exceeded our expectations! He offered my husband to have a foot scan and tried on the tread mill to analyse his steps using their newly developed app to provide the best shoes for him. Even mentioned options on how to get further discounts! We’re very pleased. Will definitely go back here and will recommend.

I was served by Aisha who was so friendly and helpful. She listened carefully to what I needed and understood I was looking for a balance of comfort, stability and style. She helped me find a pair I liked and am happy with which is important as I have a long term injury to my foot that I need to cater for. The store itself was great with lots of stock and it was easy to find the shoes I wanted. The girls on the register were just as lovely. I’ll be back again!

Loved the variety and space. Fortunately for men who have 9+ you’re in luck - a great variety for you. Women I am a size 7 in Asics so the models available are similar to those in BK point and DFO. 23.5cm is 6 and there’s plenty if not larger sizes. Customer service was really good! I also grabbed some shorts which were discounted. If you want a discount head to the CLEARANCE labels! Plenty of parking. Went on a Tuesday though FYI.

Was not happy with the attitude of the store manager worked at the afternoon session on 27/03/2021. I requested to do price match of a shoe with JD sports and was not happy with the way they deal it! The sales girl was positive but not her manager. At the end they didn't have exact size of the particular item and the sales girl showed me another similar colour one and i was happy to get that but rejected by her manager!

Very open and spacious - a lovely store. Parking is plentiful, service was immediate AND knowledgeable! And prices were I have a hard-to-fit foot, and they had just what I needed, in my size, in stock - I even had a CHOICE of design. That just neeeever happens for me when buying shoes. I literally put the shoes on and walked out of the store with them on my feet, I was so pleased (yes, after I paid obvi)!

My feet are also an 8.5 extra wide and it's hard to find pretty shoes that fit. Alisha measured my feet and picked out my dream shoes in a gorgeous cloud pink! Couldn't be happier! Very helpful and kind! They even have Afterpay!

The store looks amazing, cool spacious fit out and display with huge ranges of sneakers, clothings to check out. Some really good deal and some new arrivals. Staff are nice and friendly and not pushy at all. So you get help when you need it, or you can browse around chill and relax. Definitely recommend my friends to come. It's not far from Costco Marsden Park and other shops, Lindt chocolate outlet, etc.

Asics Outlet at Marsden park is huge they usually have a lot of deals going on the older shoes. And if you are lucky sometimes on the latest ones as well. The team here is super helpful and they guide you well. They've also got this Find my Fit available where based on your walking or running style they suggest the right shoes for you which is super helpful. Lot of parking space available.

Big outlet store with lots of sport shoes, athletic wear for men, women, and kids. Since it's an outlet you will most probably have a wider selection of products if you are looking for small or very large sizes. You can get great deals if you don't care about getting the latest model. The previous season's shoes prices are not that different compared to other stores or online shops.

10/05/2023 served by lady named Jay , best service and as someone who knows nothing about shoes it was amazing to have someone help. Got a free foot test and brought my first correctly sized shoe for work and the gym, couldn’t be more excited. High praise for the lady that helped me today that couldn’t have done a better job from start to finish with full attention :)

Staff was very rude on returning the shoes. Instead of taking the feedback, staff was arguing claiming the shoes are best. Dude, not the best for me at least. Adidas are much better for me than ASICS. Sorry to write this. And probably the lady on the billing counter needs a bit of more training on customer service. But, finally I was able to return the shoes. Thanks.

Excellent customer service by Ben, the store manager. I had bought gel nimbus from dfo Brisbane which wasn't a good match for my feet. Asics staff returned it and trialled a different shoe, which also didn't work out. Ben returned the money despite two tries. Well done, asics. I'll be back for more shoes for my family and recommend to my friends (which I already do)

If I were you, I would have second thought of visiting this shop. It's big and has plenty of parking, BUT it is isolated from other shops and most of all ... you need to leave your bag (even as small as your shoulder bag) to the counter before you enter. Is this how bad the area is? The management doesn't trust their customers? It is so inconvenient !!!

I have no experience with the factory outlet, however ASICS Australian HQ is also located at this address. I had a pair of trail runners develop issues after about only 900Km / 12 months. I supplied 3 photos to the retailer who forwarded them to ASICS and a replacement was immediately approved and supplied. 5 Stars does not do ASICS justice. Highly recommended.

Always buy from factory outlet the offers and prices are unbelievable. I still regret not using Asics shoes a long time ago. Asics brand is the only one that genuinely designs shoes to take care of your foot and overall comfort. I always bought Nike and Adidas but not anymore. The entire family switched to Asics. I would highly recommend Asics kids' shoes.

Staff and their service were excellent but my size not available in the outlet range of shoes. So I tried on a current model shoe which fit perfect and was told these would be in the outlet range in a few weeks. When I asked if these could be discounted so I could avoid a return trip in a few weeks, was told Company policy would not allow this.

ASICS quality has deteriorated, the heel fell off this shoe after 3 months. It was a replacement for an identical shoe which had the same fault, heel fell off after 3 months. ASICS customer service want me to go back to the retailer a second time, and wait for a lengthy replacement. Not happening. I'm simply not going to buy ASICS again.

Good offers if you want to oobut Asics shoes or clothing, everything is priced to sell and the discounts on older models are huge. good advise from Staff onthe right fit for you they also have different stretches (Grass, Wood and Rubber Mat) to test your shoes running. place is kept very clean and there are plenty of staff to serve you.

Ben and Carlton are both very helpful and friendly. During my two visits, they gave me time and attention to understand my specific needs and helped me find the best pairs. I wish that the outlet store would have more colour options for the extra width shoes on discount. I’ll make sure to visit earlier next time there is a sale.

The best retail experience I've had in Sydney. Since the number is people in the store is restricted, the staff are able to give personalised attention and advice. I wish I remembered the 2 wonderful staff members who helped my wife and me to pick a few pairs. They are the ones who made the experience the best.

1 point is for the price. I thought the Outlet price should be the same as DFO homebush, but i was wrong. I bought kids shoes for $50 in DFO in July. I needed another pair and came here, but it is $110! Exactly the same shoes! I was very shocked! Then had to go to DFO again, it’s $45 after discount!!!

First time here. This place has all your sporting needs, especially when it comes to runners. The guy who looked after my wife and I was Ben. What a legend. Helpful, courteous, plus he knew his stuff. Walked in with an open mind, left with a pair of Kayano GEL 30's. Best shoe I've ever owned.

I bought a pair of shoes from here and was happy with the pair i bought. Wasn't able to get my size in womens but they had a pair in mens and you cant tell the difference , as they look like both genders can wear them Good staff and very helpful they know there job well. Will be back!!!!!!!

Was a great place a few years back but now I wouldn’t consider this a reasonable outlet. Always short of stock across all types (Kids, Women, Men), prices are not that better than RRP and no staff every around to assist you. I’ve decided not to go back anymore after my last visit.

This outlet is quite huge and has all the latest collections of ASICS ! Lot of discounts and promotions are also available here throughout the year !The staff here are quite good and suggested us with the shoes which we were looking for ! Ample of parking also available here !

Out of curiosity we called in to see what was on offer. There were specials on at the time. My husband came out with a pair of grey sport shoes. He says they are very comfortable & wears them when he goes for walks. Reasonable price at $65.

Massive showroom. Heavy on the newest range and styles of gear, with clearance items minimal. If any items are on sale, the discount is hardly worth the trip. If your like your ASICS, it's a great place for seeing their complete range.

Marsden Park is a bit out of the way, you could be lucky with the clearance models ( runners ~$60-$100 and clothes ) the bulk of the shoes are reasonably reduced ~$220 down to ~$160. Worth a look if you are after some new runners.

The ASICS out let in Marsden Park is my favourite place too shop ! When they have there specials on its great. There shoes are fearly priced and comfy to wear ! It's worth the drive and to have a look for your self!

I thought the store was cool. It was big, spacious, comfortable, classy, had a good variety of shoes and clothing amongst other things. We didn't find what we wanted but walked out with something else.

Sales person forgot to remove one of the security tags on the the shoes. Couldn't make contact with store by any means. Manager told me phone is actually disconnected, they don't have a land line !

Just bought a pair of tennis shoes. Staff are great and willing to help the customers. Store is very clean and wel fitted out with variety of Asics products on display. Love to visit aalgain soon.

Rudest manager. They do big talk and implement nothing. When you shop they mention 1 yr warranty, when you go for claim they said can't do it. They misguiding customers.
