I have been always buy my sports accessories from this shop. However I was so disappointed with the customer service I experienced here. It was very unprofessional and unfriendly. The time was 3pm and date 01/01/23. Two girls in the floor they have no intention to help the customer in the shop. They act like they are busy but they not much it was a relax Wednesday afternoon. I observed other customers also not properly helped buy them. Management please . Don’t employe only with theirs look go for quality. Thanks I came out from the shop with out buy the stuff I need to buy

I really wanted to email the important people at Rebel Hurstville about the high quality service I received this week. It's a shame that Rebel is not receiving emails, and I am unable to do so. Not being able to praise staff at a time when it is busy is poor, as the attention to detail and care offered was over and above and easily the best at a Rebel Store. I'm sure that many complaints are given, so it would be good to be able to do this. Please change this so that the staff member gets good feedback and rewarded for treating customers in the right way.

Came there to buy a jacket today which was on sale. But the lady charged me the full amount and she said it’s only discounted for the members but one the display the price was discounted and then even after paying I asked her why it shows discounted on the display. Then she replies ohh they may have changed it as discounted on the display just now i am sorry they didn’t inform me i mean I thought the discounted price is updated on the system and she said she will refund it but I didn’t get any refund yet. Worst customer service experience ever.

Visited on Sunday 12 November 2023 around 4pm and the service I received here was a refreshing change to the dismal service I had from JB hifi downstairs. I wanted to try on the Garmin Venu 3 smart watch to see if it fits my wrist. The staff member went out of his way to find an opened/returned package in the store room and allowed me to try it on for size. Kudos to that staff member and I will return to Rebel Sport in future.

A great variety of products to select from. Attended today (15.09.23) to look at some fitness products which I had little exposure to and was served by Kai B. His service was impeccable, was patient in providing knowledgeable information based on the products I was after. If you are heading to the store, ask for Kai. B, best service yet after attending Rebel Hurstville several times⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went there to buy a weighted vest but there was no price tag for it, so I asked one of the staff members how much it was, they said they needed to go check and they never came back to tell me the price, after 5 minutes waiting I just left because let’s be honest this kind of customer service don’t deserve any of our money.

Staff behaviour at the counter was poor and immature. They need to work on their customer service skills. I was left feeling like I was a nuisance despite there being no queue and not requiring assistance other than paying for my item.
