Great service getting my first helix piercing at the Bristol store yesterday. I was pierced by Holly who was very friendly and warm throughout the appointment, and great at putting me at ease and clearing explaining everything I needed to know about the piercing and aftercare, and overall making me feel comfortable throughout. Holly was incredibly professional, and even when we ran into a bit of a problem with the initial jewellery breaking after piercing (and needing a new post to be pierced through again), she kept me calm throughout and immediately rectified the issue (PS. not a scare story, these things happen and when they do you need someone as professional as Holly to be there to sort it out!). Only reason it wasn't a 5 star was because they were running about 15-20 mins behind, but these things happen and I was informed from the minute I arrived which was excellent. The appointment was also not rushed at all despite this, and I was given all the time I needed. Would definitely recommend Astrid and Miyu Bristol and will be returning for more - thank you!

I booked myself for a piercing on bank holiday Friday. I’ve been researching and debating what part to get done, but after seeing pictures on the Insta I decided to go for helix. I booked through instagram (and to be fair I can say “Instagram made me do it”) and had confirmation of the booking straight away. I was able to pick the desirable day and time with plenty of availability. On the day I turned up 15 mins early to fill in the paperwork and pick my jewerly (great selection in gold!) Holly was very knowledgeable and Friendly, she explained EVERYTHING so clear and was very gentle to me! it was not painful, was done with a needle and I came out with a brand new stud in my ear. Love it!! Thank you for smooth experience. The entire salon looked so cute, I will be back for more

I had a lovely experience here getting a few ear piercings and some jewellery here today. The lady who pierced me (I think her name was Daryl) was so friendly and really worked with me to help get the positioning of three piercings I wanted perfect. All the jewellery was beautiful and it was the least painful piercing experience I've had. They were done super quickly, so much so that I didn't realise the third one had even been done until I looked in the mirror. The other lady in the shop (I think Cesca) was also really lovely and helpful. I'm planning to go back for more piercings and possibly a tattoo, I'd really recommend their service.

I had a very good experience at Astrid & Miyu. Before making an appointment, I checked the reviews posted here and I chose it. I've considered ear piercings for a long time and finally got them. The lighting and environment of the store are comfortable, and the service is as good as I imagined. My piercer Jennine was very patient and professional and I feel lucky to get my first ear piercing here. From the style of jewelry to the friendly people, I love this place. For me, the piercing experience here will be a wonderful memory. I'm already looking forward to my next stud earrings.希望每个人都能在生活中找到更多的美好:)

I was an absolute scaredy cat going in to get my helix piercing done but Holly was such an absolute star and got me through it! Holly was kind and patient with me as I got my piercing and managed to guide me through some breathing exercises to reduce the pain. Holly was also great at advising where the piercing would suit best on my helix. I am honestly so pleased with my experience and the aftercare guidance was way more thorough than my friends have received from other piercing places. I would recommend Holly and Astrid & Miyu to everyone!

I had the most fantastic experience today which started from the moment I walked through the door. I was made to feel very welcome, was given lots of time to pick the earrings I wanted for my 2 piercings and the choice available to me was fantastic. Then I met Holly who was just wonderful with me and did a superb job giving me exactly the piercings that I wanted . She gave me lots of advice and made the whole experience so enjoyable that I’ll be returning very soon. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. So so pleased with my new look ear!!!!

Had 2 piercings done yesterday by Jennine. She was very good, explained everything even though this wasn’t my first (by far) and not my last piercing. She measured so all would be aligned and double checked I was happy with placement. Strongly recommend both her and the new store in Bristol which was very well stocked as I go to London more often and they are always out of stock of piercing earrings.

I came in for a forward helix and conch piercing today with Olive and had the most wonderful experience. She gave me great advice on placement and aftercare. Getting piercings can feel a little daunting but she made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. It makes such a lovely difference when you’re treated with genuine warmth and kindness. Beautiful pieces and incredible customer service!

Had 3 piercings by Holly in Bristol store. She was very chatty and calming , very patient and had very nice energy. Jewellery was higher priced than I had expected but she helped me pick out the cutest most affordable ones and advised which best for healing process. Overall thoroughly enjoyed , would love to return for another soon. Wish I lived closer to the store. #MusesofAM

I was pierced by Holly who was absolutely incredible, very reassuring and so helpful. the lady’s in the shop were so friendly and chatty which made it a lovely experience. perfect for someone who struggles with anxiety around piercings as holly was so understanding and gentle. Great experience today at the new Bristol Astrid & Miyu store- lovely layout and terrific staff. My daughter and I went in for a welded bracelet each and we love them!! Kate was terrifically helpful and not only did our bracelets perfectly, she gave us help and advice with other A & M jewellery- can’t rate our experience high enough! Would definitely recommend.

Discovered Astrid & Miyu through Instagram. Service was brilliant, and the range of jewellery was just what I was after. I'm glad they have opened a store in Bristol. I got ear piercings, the cleanliness and room set up was great, plus the lady talked through and explained everything, including aftercare in full.
