We purchased a $200 Hartford memory foam mattress from the Kansas City, north oak /Barry road location. This mattress comes rolled up in 2 plastic wrappings and inside a brown box. When we got home to set up our toddlers big girl bed, my husband got a splinter. We looked and there was a huge chunk of wood and a tear in the bottom of the mattress. This was the part of the mattress concealed on the inside of the rolled up product. When we went to return, the woman at the register, Judy called on the radio to her manager. She explained the situation and she was told they can’t do returns. Even though the product came in a box and there was no way of knowing it was defective. So Judy contacted a higher up person to get approval. She knew that it was a manufacturing issue and worked hard to get our exchange completed. We really appreciate her great customer service, calm demeanor and the time she took to make sure we were taken care of. originally we planned on calling corporate and making a huge fuss, but because of Judy, we really just wanted them too know how great this employee was. Even if she wouldn’t have been able to get us an exchange. We really love this store. Thank you!!

Very good selections, prices seemed a bit high on several items. I visited At Home on Barry Road recently and I was impressed by the variety and quality of the products they offer. They have everything you need to decorate and refresh any room in your house, from rugs and pillows to furniture and kitchenware. The prices are also very reasonable and they have a rewards program and a credit card option. The store is huge and well-organized, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the curbside pickup and the in-store pickup are not very efficient. I had to wait for a long time to get my order and it was not ready when I arrived. They should improve their online ordering system and their customer service. Overall, I had a good experience at At Home on Barry Road and I would recommend it to anyone looking for home decor and furniture.

Love this store. But the curbside pickup is lacking. I waited such a long time the other day even giving them heads up 30mins before I came. I texted when I arrived. No one came for 10mins. I had to stop an employee that was helping a customer outside. Finally someone came to talk to me and awhile longer I finally got my stuff and paid and left. I was there on the curb for about 25 minute. It's better to just pick it up in store. But my items weren't really "ready". They had to be rung up even though there is a barcode on the receipt. Guess it can't be scanned and then it shows up on screen and then you pay? They also had to wrap everything. I thought that everything would be ready when I would come and get it. The email said it was ready. Didn't seem like it though as I waited for them to get it, ring it up and wrap it up.

Great selection on decor and furniture for inside and outside. Didn’t see many employees working when we were there on couple of back to back trips. Fortunately, we didn’t need help grabbing heavier or large objects, but if we did we would have had a hard time finding help. Haven’t been enough to know if that’s an ongoing theme or not. Prices for some items seemed extremely high while others were on par. We were after some patio chairs and they had plenty of color options cheap as other stores without any options. Wife absolutely loved it, but it was just another decor store for me, which isn’t good or bad. It’s close to us so it’s very convenient. However, we have only been a handful of times despite driving by it every day for years.

After debating window treatments online for 4 hours and at a dead end, I decided to run to my local At Home. I was able to get everything I needed for an 84" span for less than $90! I was having trouble finding the shorter curtains (63") online. I also found the perfect prints for my living room. I was able to browse at my leisure without being swarmed on by help, which I didn't need because I knew what I was looking for. Kindly excuse the mess in the photos as we are moving things around for appliance delivery, but my only annoyance was getting the folds out of the curtain took quite some time with a steamer and an iron. Otherwise, great trip!

I love this store I spent 3 hours in there. For us that love home decor, home furnishing, beautiful adds to our home, holiday decor, bedding, window treatments,towels everything to make a house your own. The prices were very reasonable as well as many clearence items that were from 25% to 75% off. The store was clean, not over crowed. CDC guidelines seemed to fall in place due to covid 19. The employee's were very helpful and I noticed were always staying busy stocking, straightening, cleaning. Great store good job I recommend this store but give yourself sometime you won't want to leave.

I only gave 1 star because they didn't offer a lower score. I purchased lanterns at the local At Home store. Due to the lack of lanterns not damaged in the store, I ordered the rest of the lanterns online, thinking that would solve the problem and I would receive perfect products. Wrong! Two shipments in the past two weeks and both full of broken lanterns. I have been waiting for them to process the refunds but that seems like a joke. I will NEVER shop here again. I'll find a store that is concerned about the type of product and customer service they are providing.

Excellent variety and really nice things in all departments. I bought a carpet today and will go back for some matching rugs later since I was pressed for time . I was thrilled to see the selection and prices ...especially after making several trips to several of their competitors over the past 3+ weeks! I only wish I started here!!! Aside from everything for the home, they have beautiful holiday everything and with the 25% off sale on christmas items, their prices are very reasonable for some really nice quality stuff.

I always enjoy coming into this store and browsing around. I feel like the prices are quite reasonable and the selections is vast. It can be a little overwhelming sometimes because there are so many options. My only complaint is that there aren't really employees walking around to help if you need to find something, in my experience. The store is massive and I don't want to go on a hunt to find someone to help me. Otherwise, I love this store and will continue to come here for home decor and even craft ideas.

Great place to shop for reasonable prices and a great selection. I could walk around for hours! I bought sheet sets, blankets, quilts and throws and they are all soft and inexpensive. If you love candles, they have a ton to choose from and always have some on clearance. They always have great clearance prices on everything even the very beautiful rugs. I would suggest more employees to help the customers. Other then that I will continue to shop there.

Decent selection, many options but Zero organization in the layout of store. Same kind of items in many different locations. No associates on the floor. 1 young guy, kinda new, trying to learn store. He did the best he could but since there is no one else on the floor, I can only imagine the lack of training that goes on here. Store has potential but needs new management. 2 stars is being way to nice but the young guy saved the store from 1 star.

Must say the store has a lot of stock. We were looking for a mirror, plenty of them. Just not the size we wanted, or to much frame. Ultimately bought a frame and had a mirror cut for it elsewhere. While the frame worked, it was on the cheap side, but not in price. My overall impression of the store is lots of stuff at "low" prices, but don't expect top quality. You get what you pay for. Likely will visit again as the spouse is fond of the place

I had never heard of this place until I walked in it. It seems to have a little bit of everything in it. They have a plethora of kitchen and dining stuff. As well as furniture. Both for inside and outside. It is a combination of Target and Walmart and hobby lobby all wrapped in one. Just minus the pharmacy, clothes and toys sections. Pricing is pretty reasonable. I wouldn't say anything here is super high quality, but none of it is cheap.

Online inventory said they had 2 of the rug I wanted. I called to make sure before I made the long drive. They put me on hold and never got back to me. Tried to call again and no answer. Drove 40 min, no rug. Couldn’t find anyone working on the sales floor. Drove to another store that said they had the rug and was told “inventory on the website is never right”. No rug. Zero customer service but tons of decor to sift thru.

Stood for 5 mins while the cashier at the one register helped someone, except it was just another employee chatting. Used a coupon they mailed me; cashier said I had to enter my phone number, then told me it was wrong. Another 5 mins of arguing before she said “oh, the coupon has nothing to do with my phone number. It really shouldn’t be so frustrating to give them money....

Really fun store for accents that are trendy & fairly inexpensive. I don't consider the items here "built to last" but they should hold up for the duration of the trend. Great variety for indoor, outdoor, floors, walls & every space in between. I think the prices are fair but I almost always have a 10% off coupon in my email from their email subscription.

I love being At Home ;) The selection is beyond amazing! I appreciate that the hours open so I can come shop at a time convenient for me. I am a member of the rewards program. The checkout process is a lil slow at times but has dramatically improved since the system updates are no longer done at 9:30am on Saturdays! I like the music they play, too

Big store full of decor and home goods. Surprisingly, they didn't have a full inventory and I felt like the prices were comparable to large department stores that offer better quality. Overall, it was a decent shopping experience but the prices were up there. I'd go back only because larger stores are no longer selling some of the products sold here.

Huge store with many things to browse and select from. I kept seeing the store but hadn’t gone in until a few months ago. It’s worth the visit! They have seasonal things which are cute, trendy and good prices. The kitchen and bath sections are huge. Again good prices on most things. It’s great if you’re redecorating or just need a couple things.

Massive home goods type store for your house and for the most part decent prices. The aisles are always pretty hard to navigate, usually because of other customers or piles of merchandise that's either being stocked or moved around. Other than that you can usually find whatever seasonal decorations you might want, including MASSIVE inflatables

My new favorite store to buy candles! I love sooooo many of the scents, and the amount of decorative items they have is insane! It also pleases the OCD in me that all the pillows were color coordinated! The lady at checkout was very kind and understanding of the fact that I am a crazy candle girl and bought $90 worth of candles lol …

Typically, they have a wide selection of everything you might need to decorate your house. During my last visit, I had to return a lamp shade because I had gotten the wrong size. The employee was incredibly friendly and offered to help me find one that would fit better. I didn't take her up on her offer, but I did find just what I needed.

I wish I liked the At Home store more. They do have a huge selection of goods, from picture frames to kitchen ware to furniture. However, there are no coupons like Joann's and Hobby Lobby so you always have other pay full price. They do have a great assortment of holiday decor and that's really the main reason I keep going back.

This store can be overwhelming because they have so much, but it's awesome at the same time. They are more than likely going to have what you are looking for. The things I don't like: some of the aisles are very narrow, not everything has a price tag and almost everything is overpriced. But they do have a tremendous selection.

Super fun to explore this store!! There’s tons of treasures to find for all your home decorating needs. The bathrooms were not the cleanest so plan ahead if possible (fyi we did visit on a busy Saturday afternoon). Other than that the staff was friendly and the aisles were organized and clean.

They have some nice things. They have a huge selection of some things like decorative pillows (3 isles worth) but when it comes to shower curtains or breeding the selection is limited. They do have some great decor items. I feel like some of it would be cheaper at Walmart so I give it 3 stars.

This is such an amazing place for making your home comfortable! I have been there a few times, and have just realized the true genius of the owners: they placed a map of the store at the end of their carts so that customers can easily find the section needed. I love this place!

I have never been to an At Home before. The experience was great. Very friendly service. Incredible selection for just about everything you need for your home. I could have left with close to 10 objects that I really only needed one right now. I definitely will be going back.

There are so many items in the store that it's almost overwhelming. Everything is a good price and they do have sales and clearance. I also love their seasonal displays. They have everything from furniture to organizational items and of course knick knacks and display pieces.

Anenormois store that has all home decorations one could need. We went looking for a round mirror, and the selection was way more than most places. Need a pillow? If you can't find it here, they don't make it. Lots of choices, and they have a good online presence.

Didn’t have what we needed, and the layout was very confusing. Walked in circles forever and couldn’t find anyone to ask for help. When we finally found our guy, they offered to order what we needed but we settle for just buying it online. Got some good though.

Shopped online looking for a new American flag for the house. No one had what I was looking for but At Home did priced alittle more than other stores but it was in stock. Our store on Barry Rd. Has no masks now but the employees were wearing them.

Awesome, awesome store! Very clean and well kept HUGE selection, fair prices and friendly staff. Only downside is that there is no guarantee if you see something you like and you dont buy it right then and there that youll be able to buy later.

I got an area rug for Christmas as a gift so I don't have a receipt. All the fiber are coming off the rug and they won't let me return or exchange. Never shopped here this makes me never want to step into it this store. Very disappointed.

We love this store, they have so much to see that we want to buy, some of their stuff is pretty expensive, but it still gives us ideas for things we want to buy (cheaper versions) for the upcoming holidays & kids birthday parties.

I love the At Home store. They do exactly what they claim to do. Affordable home decor. They have a large variety of rugs, paintings, pillows out the wazoo. My whole house is basically decorated with At Home items I've collected.

This is my favorite decor store, prices are decent and even better if they go to clearance. Only problem I have is getting out of there bc I could spend 5hrs each visit. So much variety and such a small apt for those decisions.

It's a pretty good store; something as simple as putting a map of the store on the carts is a great touch and there's enough variety in styles of items they have so most people should be able to find something they like.

Great home store. Best selection of rugs, wall art, and chairs anywhere. Looks like they have a good selection of holiday decor but haven't actually looked through it. If I'm looking for rug though, this is where I go.

Store was nicelynstocked but bathrooms we're awful and help were either not wearing their masks or like the cashier had hers down below her nose. If you are.not going to abide by new covid regilations close the store.

Don’t sign up for the rewards program to get the coupon. It is advertised all over the store. It isn’t sent for many days and the store manager can’t override. I will shop elsewhere and avoid this location.

Very thorough shopping because of the organization. Been to other stores, and you have to search for everything. This store was easy to find everything you were looking for and the quantity of each!

They had quite the selection and every Department including Outdoors. Everything was well-stocked and cleanly put away. And not to mention the endless amounts of clearance items which is my go-to!

Great place kind of like hobby lobby with no craft stuff and just really cool home decorations. Some stuff can get expensive but they have plenty of non expensive cool stuff as well.

Well stocked and usually pretty clean. There were some areas of the store that needed a little attention in picking stuff up and misplaced items, but overall very good.
