So I went to this car wash based on the guys that was working one evening when I went in to inquire about services. A few months later March 2023 I went to get a car wash, wasn’t worth it at all. I go to get an oil change recently, about three weeks ago, I come back to my car & the tire pressure light is on. The guy said he checked my tire pressure & put air in my tire & to drive it for a few miles so it can turn off……… 30-45 minutes later I COME OUT OF THE STORE & NOTICED MY TIRE WAS FLAT! I called them & they said bring the car back! I TOOK THE CAR BACK & THE GUY PUT AIR IN MY TIRE & SPRAYED SOMETHING ON MY TIRE! I THEN TOLD HIM IT WAS A BRAND NEW TIRE I HAD RECENTLY PURCHASED! KEEP IN MIND HE MADE A CALL BEFORE & AFTER MY OIL CHANGE, ALSO AFTER I BROUGHT THE CAR BACK! I DONT SPEAK SPANISH SO I DIDN’T ASSUME ANYTHING! I FIGURED HE CALLED THE PLACE DOWN THE STREET THAT SALES TIRES! DON’T LOOK OUT FOR OTHERS AT THE SAKE OF ME! THAT WASN’T COOL IM NOT SOME GULLIBLE PERSON NOR CONSUMER! I LATER FOUND THEY LEFT FOOD UNDER MY HOOD NEAR MY BATTERY! My FIRST TIME AT THIS PLACE & wow! I DONT TRUST THIS PLACE ANYMORE! NO GOOD & I DONT LIE!

Deceiving, unethical, rude and unprofessional employees. The man that you will see in the first 2 seconds of the video, is the man who claimed to be the manager when i asked to speak to one ( so did the lady behind the counter - she said he was the manager) . but when i asked for a business card of the manager, they both denied that he is the manager. he was suddenly a mere supervisor who would refuse to provide me with his name. the "lady" behind the counter, stayed on the phone for some long minutes, and continued checking out other customers, without removing her phone from her hand, without greeting them, and without addressing my request which was: hand me a business card of this place or of the manager. the initial issue was: i had called for an oil change prior to showing up, and the lady on the phone assured me that i can do a walk in and be taken care of. turns out, the mechanic leaves 30 minutes before their posted time on Google.

Awful experience. Won't go back. I asked for the yellow package only. The attendant kept trying to add things onto my wash (wheels, undercarriage, etc) and I repeated myself several times "No just the basic yellow package". When I got to the cashier there was an extra $5 charge for "Wheel brite" and a additional up-charge for an "oversized SUV" (I drive a subcompact crossover, an XC40, the same size as a Honda CRV). The cashier repeatedly tried to hand my receipt back to me stating that I was my job to "go find the person you spoke with and have them fix it". After handing it back to her several times and insisting that I wasn't my job to fix their cash register, she became irate, and the man hanging around the counter (I think he was her boyfriend or partner) started getting up in my face saying that there was no reason for ME to be rude. To make things even worse, the interior of the car was actually dirtier than it was when I pulled in.

Fast service, overall it was an OK experience. There was a long line - this was my first visit which was on July 3rd afternoon probably a day a lot of people had some extra time and took their cars to wash. There are 4 different main plans, I had second to most expensive plan which didn't have comprehensive interior cleaning. Exterior was cleaned nicely, I thought the price was not so bad with that it was $23. You can add some items to your cleaning if you want a specific cleaning. There were 2 people drying up the car after the wash, as soon as they finish their job, they moved on to the next one, I didn't know which one to ti, ended up not tipping them, they seemed they weren't expecting it. I think I would go there again and would suggest. Since i got off the car until I drove off the place it took 11 minutes which is very efficient.

So I asked the guy when you drive up, what type of prices and packages they have? because I have never been here before. He informed me that for a good vacuum and the basic wash its $14.95 which after tax comes out to about $16. I was fine with that, but when my car came out, it hadn't been vacuumed at all. So I was informed by the lady at the desk to go ask for Walter, who is the manager of the guys. He took one look at it and said no that's not good, I'll take care of it right now. And he had another one of his guys vacuum my car properly. Although I was not initially happy with the laziness that occurred, for the package they told me they would be good enough. Walter did rectify it, once it was brought to his attention. And the gentleman who spent the time, to make sure my car looks good got a tip.

this is by far the worst place to service ever. the only ones at this establishment who gave any kind of service was the gent outside doing detailing. the lady at the desk was the absolutely the most rudest person in the world. If u hate ur job don't work there. I came with my wife and two kids. When we approached the counter to pay, we greeted the lady twice but she never acknowledged us. she just stuck her hands out for the money and almost threw the money back at me. I said thank u and she snarled at us. my kids ask me what's wrong with the lady and I told them it seems she's having a bad day. I ask for the manager and when he came he said he (doesn't care). If anyone reads this prior to coming here, please spend ur money somewhere else. "u have been warned"

Waste of $. The service is getting worst! Been going here for the pass 3 years I'm a member. At 1st they did an awesome job I only get the Vip package that cost around 25$. Yesterday I got the vip + wax & washer fluid plus tip came to 55$. I couldn't believe what a poor job they did. I could have went a few more block and pay 10$ for a way better job. They have like 20 people working there and I was shock how quick they finished and how dirty my bMW was. Come on guys 55$ for such a bad job. I'm so so disappointed I Won't Be going Back Ever. This place was phenomenal! I bought their Groupon ($54 full syn oil change & car wash plus I got a 20% from Groupon so I only paid $43) and drove by cause I was curious, this was a Sat afternoon by the way WITHOUT an appt, and they took me! I only waited 20 mins! And they did such a great job, everyone wore masks, moved quickly but w quality. Vacuumed inside of my car, wiped it down, cleaned the air filter that I didn't even know I needed, topped off the washer fluid. And they had the oil I needed for my full synthetic oil change Very impressed, first time my bf let me handle things w our car and I passed w flying colors thanks to you guys! We will def be back

Had a "Normal" experience here at this car wash. It was my first time coming here and the wash attendants were ok. I told them what i wanted and they did pretty good. The lady at the front desk...Well thats another story. As one reviewer wrote" she just stuck out her hand for the money" yes its true. Thats exactly what she did!!! She sat there with a blank stare as if she was just thinking about her next donut break and her train of thought were being disrupted. Why take these jobs if you're not happy servicing customers? But over all, my car came out clean, no scratches and the outside gents were friendly. I think i would come again.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Deserves ZERO stars. I asked for the Extra Special wash ($32.34). The the car came out in less then one minute, through the same exact process all the other cars go through, and the result was the most ridiculous you can possibly imagine. Some areas on the car didn’t even get wet! The mops left streaks all over. Also, the license plate bumper got ripped off. When they left the car on the sidewalk, no one even acknowledged that, nor apologized. If you are still undecided, just look at some of the pictures I took. I complained and the answers was: “well, it went through the machine!”. Never ever again.

I went here 2 times. The 1st time I got the basic rinse. The 2nd time I got the extra special. Both times they did the exact same job as badly as possibly. My windshield and windows all had terrible white streak Mark's. The car still had dirt on the trunk and was not cleaned properly. The interior was dirtier than before. After the lazy staff finished pretending to wipe down the car acceptably, they left the door open and walked away with it on the sidewalk. I was standing right next to them and they didnt even acknowledge me or turn the car over to me. Worst car wash. Waste of money and lazy staff. Dont go here.

We've been using this car wash for more than 15 years and have always been pleased with the job they do and the price charged. We DO NOT feel that way any more. The prices have escalated tremendously - there is no longer a service where the inside of the windows are cleaned for less than $20! Plus, when I really looked at my car after I parked, there were drip marks, dirt and smears from soiled rags used when the car was wiped down. Oh, and they've done away with the "loyalty" program, which offered a dollar discount! I was informed there is a new owner - not surprised to hear this. People just get greedy!

VERY DISAPPOINTED! I paid $29.50 for PREMIUM WASH after the last snow storm and received my car still with residues from the salt on the side of the car plus the carpet was not properly vacumed. I'm rating 2 stars because some of the guys really put effort in giving a good service but the others including the manager didn't care. Even though I complained to the "so called" manager while on the premesis they just all moved onto the next car as though I was taking up their time with my complaints. I feel ignored, direspected and cheated.

I have brought both of my cars (nissan armada &jeep srt) to this place a few times. you can tell that workers rush without taking the time to actually clean especially if there is alot of cars, then the workers aren't able to handle it. my car was left dirty inside and outside was bad too. soap was left dripping off my window.. dirt was everywhere. I still had bug smudges when I came back upstate on my bumper. I only went to them because they were close. but now ill rather go further and give my money to a carwash that deserves it

Horrible HORRIBLE SERVICE! 1.Prices are not true. They do not explain extra charge if you have a SUV. 2. Low quality cleaning!!! 3. The inside of the car was not vacuumed properly. BASICALLY I HAD TO DO THE JOB MYSELF! I do not like to leave bad reviews but this place just deserves it! So sooo upset and unsatisfied! Today i had car wash over this place and i paid $27.16 for it, it includes exterior and interior. Omg what a terrible job they did they mixed my mats, they didn't vacuum, they used some kind of nasty spray on my seats and it looks terrible, the guys that did "clean" my car had such a bad attitude and when i told him that (look what you did to my interior) he just walked away so i have to spend one more hour to clean with my own stuff the car witch they supposed to clean it. I will not recommend this place to no one.

I paid for the 55$ vip cleaning and wasted my money. I even had to begin cleaning the car myself because they didn’t see obviously dirty things left like the side skirts. The back and the entire front. Save your money and do it yourself. Even the inside wasn’t properly vacuumed and i had to get it done over. Only good thing was them making the red on my seats appear clean but soon as i moved the leather guess what I found? More dust and crumbs. Find somewhere else to go because this aint it.

Went to this car wash this morning and had the extra special for an suv. My car was in an out in less than 2 mins. Not only it was the fastest car wash I ever experienced my car looks like it wasn’t washed at all. I had to literally asked them to clean my windshield then still turn around and clean it myself with the microfiber I purchased. I don’t recommend this place to anyone it’s not worth it. You would mostly likely do a better job washing it yourself.

Worst Place… I kept going thinking it most have been one bad time. But no, I got the Extra Special packet hoping they would be more detail. And Nothing, the exterior was left dirty, no one vacuum the chairs, and the the Int was superficial clean. I hate writing reviews, but when I tried to call and explain, they have an operator and no way to communicate with the store. Leave your car dirty, it’s better than spending money on this.

Paying for any premium/"extra special" service is a total waste of your money, since all cars are on the same conveyor and get the same treatment. I paid for extra, PLUS $5 for rims shine, and the car was out in minutes with rims as you see on photo, rear windows untouched, bird poop remaining, interior wiped as minimally as possible. Sure it was cleaner than it was before, but the promises they make were not fulfilled.

I spent $27 on the " extra special wash" and I was extra disappointed with the service the guys that work there Do Not and I repeat Do Not know how to properly wipe down a vehicle as I practically had to wipe my car down myself. They need proper training definitely not worth the money and not worth the $3 off that they offer for customers to leave a good review. I say keep your $3 and I'll pay you for better service.

These guys are pretty impressive. Don’t be intimidated by a line or the narrow tunnel to the wash- it’s really fast. I wish it was touchless, but at least it seemed to be mostly so with just a few moments of rubber slats? Didn’t look like brushes to me which is a plus. They do a hand dry and hand wash the glass etc. Plenty of high end cars going through (jaguar, bmw, etc.). It was fast and thorough, will be back.

We got the VIP car wash this week for our SUV and although the outside of the car was well washed, the inside was a disaster. The folks cleaning the car didn’t wash the back row floor mats, they carelessly coated the whole car in some synthetic oil leaving oil streaks and marks everywhere. I have since spent hours trying to get the cheap silicon oil off of all of the leather and wood detailing of the car.

Apparently the Extra Special deal gives you zero attention to detail: I was the only one in line, hence plenty of time to properly clean the car, but no. No cup holder was cleaned, dried water spots all over the place. Not to mention the car had grease on it when it came out: it was not there when I arrived. Check the pics out, they speak more than a thousand words. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Manage your expectations. The car is clean and vacuumed, job done. But that’s it. I had to finish wiping down my car and even though they had time to stand around and watch me, no one offered to help complete the job, but had the audacity to rush me out. This car wash is absolutely horrendous. My car came out with the same dirt in went in with and they told me it was too dirty after I watched her clean the dirt off the other rims. I also noticed a scratch that wasn't there before and the guy blew me off and said call the police. Their customer service is horrible and I will never take any of my vehicles here again.

This place is a joke! The Dimond experienced resulted in a lack luster wash.My car is still filthy. I spoke to the manager he came out providing me with a minimum of effort to hand remove the remaining stains. These stains should have been removed during the initial wash there is no reason for me to have to bring this to his attention. Please do not come here.

Paid for VIP service and got horrible cleaning and a rude manager who told me if I did not like it, I don't have to come back. The floor was not properly vacuumed while rug was dash board which should have been treated with amoral look like it was wiped with a dry cloth. The body of car was not washed properly and was not wiped dry either. Never going back...

It's quick service but beware of the air filter scam. I bought my niece car for an oil change and the dude came back with a dirty air filter he claim was from the car, mind you I change the air filter 2 days before I went for the oil change. If you go there tell him you don't want him to check the air filter, you can buy ot and change it yourself.

Mechanics here are all con artist looking to get you to do unnecessary fixes. The crook today "gave me a discount" on my bill, then demanded a $30 tip?! Keep in mind this was for a standard $25 oil change. I would complain to somebody but the manager there is just as bad as he's tried his own games with me countless times in the past. AVOID!!!!

I came in at 5:30pm for the VIP special and was told that it couldn’t be done because the staff wanted to leave early, although they close at 8pm. I was then told that I couldn’t drive through the one way path and that I had to reverse out of the space. My car was scratched in the process and I’m reaching out to my insurance as I type this.

I should have moved my car myself... They don't care about your car when bringing the car into the wash track. The wash itself is very inadequately below average. Not worth my time going back there because they are likely gonna come up with BS reasons. Many other good washes in the neighborhood. Do your due diligence before going here.

They have bad service, i came all the way to there place and paid 5$ extra to get good services... i end up cleaning my own car from the trunk side... maybe thats a hard spot to clean but as you can see in the picture there was a clear dirty spot in the middle of it and they still didn't manage to clean it... never coming back again

Always get my oil change here, good job, but my only issue is my back windscreen is never cleaned on the inside and please change rags regularly, I only remember after I pull off, and that African dude from before was a very knowledgeable guy for oil changes, not sure why he left, the cashier she is also cool, ok place overall

Went for an oil change only. They removed my cabin air filter without asking me and now I have a mysterious fabric in my cabin air filter that makes a noise when I turn on my ac or heat. I had a few things go missing inside my vehicle during my visit. I will NEVER go back here again. Save yourself the stress. DO NOT go here.

With the $15 coupon on Groupon, this place is a great bargain. Staff was quick and efficient, and the vacuum service for the interior was definitely not perfect (some tiny bit of dirt left here and there), but what are you expecting these days for a $15 full service car wash? And they definitely exceeded my expectations.

After a tragedy at my favorite car wash, I was forced to find another one. I always saw the one on Atlantic Ave but never paid any attention to it. So I came to this establishment to have my car washed, and it was pretty decent. I started coming here, and the prices are more affordable than my last car wash spot.

Brought my new Jeep here for it’s first wash. Price was very fair. I noticed a couple imperfections when it came out at first, but the friendly staff and the manager himself came out and took care of everything for me. A+ customer service. I will be coming here from now on and recommending to my friends as well.

Mediocre car wash No one even tried to vacuum. Employees were too busy on their phones pretending to do their jobs. Thank God that it rained right after because no one bothered to dry the car. Is not the best and it is really expensive. They charged me $24 for a normal car wash with vacuum cleaning, called the “Clean”. It’s pretty bad for that amount of money. There are plenty of places that do the same and way better for $15. Don’t go, it’s a rip off, super expensive for a bad cleaning job.

Had the oil and filter changed here 3 different times and the person who did it left the oil filter lose perhaps purposely and my vehicle was leaking oil. Good thing I check the oil level with the dip stick periodically otherwise my vehicle would have broke down. I would never go back there.

From my personal experience I would suggest people not to go there. They scratched my brand new car twice and they told me it was from before. I don’t understand how r they gonna tell me if that scratch was from before. I always inspect my car before I give it to them. I’m very disappointed.

Place is garbage. Possibly due to the evening crew working it was only 630. This was the first time I used this spot. My ride was not dried I had to break out my own towels and vacuum job wasnt that great. Must have used a dirty towel on my windows because I had huge smudges left behind.

First visit.. Skip this one unless you want: Long wait, a lot of cloudy water left on body and glass after "drying by attendants with cloth". Spots that were missed dried as white spots. Spent $25 to still have to roll up sleeves and properly remove water and residue.

This place is popular. Long line. I hope that I'm satisfied. Update: I paid for a VIP Wash, but received the "Basic." The windows were not thoroughly dried; the interior was not cleaned well. Next time I'm desperate for a car wash, I'll just get the cheapest service.

Got an oil change and they didn’t put the cover back in so driving to work I was hearing a noice it was the cover under the car they didn’t put back right and the cover want even under my car no more went back and now I’m waiting for them to give me a new cover

No frills car wash and a great value. Found a Groupon beforehand which saved about $15 off the Extra Special Car Wash. There is a $10 credit card minimum, so be prepared for that. Tiffany who works inside is super nice, patient, and helpful. Recommend!

This place is trash. Never go there.. they always tell the customers theres no ViP option when they get to the front.. I’ve been here many times and I realized that’s what they are doing. Waste of time.. do not come here. Go elsewhere. Service sucks..

Be careful of their invoice. My car is Mazda 3, not a mini van or SUV, but they dishonestly charged extra fee $3. $9.95 is a fraud and trap. They are not honest. And the clean quality is not well. The staffs didn't wipe all water drops. Disappointed.

Did an oil change a they topped off my other fluids and it comes with a rinse and wash for $88 not bad at all I have a compact suv so it’s a bit more for me but the price gets you a nice amount of service, Took about 20 minutes for everything.

The wait was minimal and the team who washed my car was very nice and helpful. After spilling a smoothie inside my car and having the car beneath a tree for a week, my car was past due a nice cleansing. The end result, my car looked great!!!

I was given the opportunity to try Atlantic Car Wash as a Christmas gift. I went there at around 7:00pm and the attendants were already waiting for me. They were prompt, efficient and quite professional. I am planning a second visit soon.

The staff here go the extra mile, the oil change is quick and efficient, they also top up the other fluid levels and check air filters etc all free of charge, then you get a free car wash. What’s not to like? Thoroughly recommend!

This is my new oil change place. They are super fast and friendly. The prices are competitive. It says you get a free basic car wash with the oil but they also vacuumed my car and washed the inside windows. Really nice.

Terrible service, paid for a full wash (around $50) car did not get fully cleaned, left black streaks on the sides of the vehicle. I had to personally grab the rag from the counter and start scrubbing on their lot.

The do minimal.amount of work to wash your car. You need to stand behind them to make sure they do a basic job. When I got home the car had leaves and dirt in places where it should be clean. Very disappointed.

My car was still wildly dirty after paying $31 for an "Extra Special" wash. When I mentioned it looked like they'd even damaged my paint, an attendant came over, looked, shrugged, and walked away.

They didn't really buy the top of the car and they left the wet mats turned up so if I stepped on them it would be messed up I had to go and do work behind them outside of that it was pretty good

Quick wash, hard to communicate with any of the employees in English, car was left wet a bit, and corners inside could’ve been cleaned better, but real quick wash, affordable, and did the job!

Is it the best car wash? Nah. But if you just need a basic exterior clean and vacuum on a weekday, it’ll do the job. Don’t go on the weekends; the line gets long and they do a rush job.

They are terrible. They did dry off top of my car. They sprayed the windows in the back with cleaner and didbnot wipe off cleaner inside of the car. My dog nose was covered with it.

It was an ok job. I paid $25 for a wash, wash mats, and vacuum when I used to pay $9. I still had paper in the dashboard and cup holders weren’t cleaned. But over all it was ok.

I would’ve been better off cleaning my car myself. They put no effort whatsoever into vacuuming my car. Got my car back in the same condition I gave it to them. Waste of money.

not really good after paying for the $34 special had to get them reclean the inside their rush so much the vehicle is not vacuum properly, need to find another car wash place

This car wash is Trash. Paid $24 and my car was left with stains and dirt on the inside. When I asked them to clean it they wanted to catch an attitude and flip me off

The absolute worst car wash I have ever gotten!!!! I have a work truck so I do not expect much, the outside of my car is almost as dirty as when I went in. HORRIBLE!!!

I got the car wash special and overall they did a good job except for not cleaning my cup holders and shift. No one likes to go into a car after a wash and see dirt.

Do not use this car wash! Clear coat damage all over the hood and they won’t admit it. When it was just washed few hours before! Beware. Not an honest business.

A quick rinse of the car. A short wait on a Saturday early afternoon. They missed a few spots on the drying. I'll bring my own towel next time to lend a hand.

Paid $35 and they didn't even open the rear doors to clean out the carpet!! Windshield came out dirtier then I brought it in! Left a ton of water spots.
