I had the most horrendous treatment, one of the workers hit the rear glass of my car with one of the corners of the broom by accident while scrubbing hard trying to take a dry spot of bird feces and as a result the glass cracked as you can see in the photos. Well, when showed the crack to the supervisor he simply said it didn’t happen there, to call the police if I wanted and to suit them, as he walked away. I tried to engage politely again just to be ignored by him. He refused to check the cameras or ask the workers. I asked to talk or have the info of his superior and y’all guessed it. He didn’t want to give it to me, claiming that he was the only one. I asked the other and they said they didn’t know. I immediately saw what was going on. Silence code, everyone was afraid of the “boss” cuz he run the show and nobody want to get fired by him. While I was there I also saw how he mistreated the workers. Sad sad sad for management for having such of toxic person in charge of customers and employees.

I pulled in on 5/18/2020 at 1:10PM. I was told it would be 45 minutes for an inspection for a 2019 car. I am the only one in the waiting area. Flash forward to 2:30PM I ask for my car back since I have to go to work. I am told the man is already working on it. I then watched them touch my car for the first time and move it into the work station. They tell me my air filter can be changed for $190 which could be changed anywhere else for $80. I said no. Finally, after 10 minutes of looking at my car they give it back to me. They made a complete mess of the inspection sticker. During these times most places are allowing essential workers to skip lines. Here it seems they are extending the times and upping prices.

I paid $27 for a wash and they did not even wash my mats or even bother to clean the inside! I asked the manager and he said this only covers windows, vacuum and exterior! What a rip off. I never had to pay extra to just wash my mats here before. I don’t know if it’s under new management or what but he wasn’t even being accommodating! Like I paid almost $30 and I have to pay for $4/mat for them to wash it without shampooing ! That’s crazy!! We needed to take the spray and clean the inside ourselves smh and we tipped them when we first there. Now I know not to be so generous right away!

I never have written a review before because I didn’t think it would ever be necessary. But I went out of my way just to warn everyone to NOT COME HERE. The workers are very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. They got glue all over my car and ruined my paint, I let them know that and they started going crazy cursing me out. The guy in the picture refused to even give me a refund or let me do a second car wash. Horrible spot! I wish I knew how to close down their business

Paid for the best package! Didn’t wipe the dashboard! To top it off the guy that took the car was eating his lunch which is understandable. But he left crumbs and oil residue on the center console and steering wheel!! Apparently this is 2nd time this happened to me! Last time, I notified the person at the cashier! As there’s no improvement, I am not bringing any of my cars to this establishment anymore.

Don’t know how its possible, but the interior of my car came back dirtier than when I brought it in lol. Exterior wash was fine, nothing crazy but it doesn’t even look like they touched the interior with a vacuum at all. For a package called “The Best” it seems like the machines cleaned the outside and they just stepped inside the car with no vacuum and left more debris.

Ignored me for almost ten minutes so they could refuse the special. Literally one car in front of me, attendant easily could’ve given me my slip. They also decided they don’t have to clean my plastic mats. Didn’t even wipe down my car correctly, I had to get my own towel out. Next time I’ll get a hand vacuum, bucket, and rag; doing it myself would’ve been way better.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I paid $30 for the “best” car wash. The outside of my car came out nice and clean, however the inside was dirtier than when they began the wash. When I brought it to their attention, they said I had driven off already and there was nothing that could be done (meanwhile it was the same day within minutes and I had my receipt) DO NOT GO HERE YALL.

I've been going to this car wash for years on and off, my car wasn't vacuumed and cleaned properly I pointed it out to one of the personl that was cleaning my car and was asked to go back in line and redo it. The line was long at this point in time so I just left. This is after being cleaned. On a positive note my tires were shiny from the armor all.

I usually use their after 7pm outside only drive thru and I'm very satisfied with the quality of the wash. 3 stars for their day service. Each time i go there i use their top wash package and there is always issues with wiping interior down. If you had dust on your dashboard or center console You will leave with the same dust

Worst place I've been to, was there for 45 minutes while it was practically empty, and I had to stop them because my car looked worse than it arrived. outside was still filthy and inside wasn’t even vacuumed. The guy cleaning the inside of the car was throwing everything around inside of the car and just a lazy prick.

So my experience here was mixed. The work was really good but it wasn't great. I legit found crumbs and food in very visible way to clean places but at the same time they did a good job in other areas. I gave them 3 stars coz the guy in the front was so rude to me from the start and throughout the cleaning process

I went in today for a car wash and the lady that was the cashier wanted to rush me out of the store. I went in around 6:50 and I wanted to buy more items, but she said come pay because she wants to leave. Very bad customer service, and will not return. Also, car wash was badly done and vacuum was not done.

3 stars bc for the price it’s not the best cleaning. The workers do exactly what you ask for but it’s clear they purposely avoid spots not included in the price. Which is understandable, I meant like there isn’t a general “wipe down” of surfaces, some places are intentionally left out.

Great car wash However , they still use white bath towels to dry cars ! I won’t be back because of their use of old towels. My car is brand new and black Amd bathroom towels leave visible streaks ! ….They need to upgrade to Micro Fiber towels !! Most car washes have already!!!

I got the super wash, they did a poor job with the inside it look like they didn't touch the dash board,the cup holder as well as the back seat it had more dust than after I left than before I took it there. And look at the wheel look how dirty it is and I didn't pull off yet

Basic wash 30 bucks… it has to be the worst job I’ve ever seen done. Didn’t go there for an auto detailing. But come on at least wipe down the dashboard and the steering wheel and column area. Even a quick pass of a rag would’ve done the job. Avoid this place. SMH

They're ok..JUST ok. The guys are nice, they take care to not damage your car, but for the cost to quality, it's honestly not worth it unless this place is convenient for you. For example, I frequently have to redo my windows and tires after every visit.

actually, I don’t want to give any stars for this car wash because, i had bad experience with it, i paid for super wash but , My car is still dirty around the windows, when i asked them about it they came back and just used their dirty towels

I had brought my car for a regular wash and ended up getting the express wax service package. It was very well worth it. The service took 40 odd minutes, but the attention to detail in cleaning was remarkable. This is my new go-to car wash.

This place is ONLY good for exterior washes after 7pm. The price is a little cheaper and the guys are nice. I took my car during the day a few times and the button on my driver seat was pushed in so hard it broke. Not happy about that, but

Went in for a oil change and they purposely broke a part of my car under the hood. Went to jeep since I had a warranty with them and they told me this was purposely done and no way it wasn't. Would have cost me 3000 without a warranty.

Paid for the highest package offered. They missed a lot spot when I point it out the worker said time is up lol unsatisfied with the quality of work. 1st and last. I would not recommend this place. Only for quick exterior machine wash.

Comes out clean and they do a good job considering the traffic here. Also these guys are honest. Left some money in the car one day by mistake. The guys told me before running it through. Grabbed it and left a nice tip.

The attendant that I paid was for a full car wash after 7 pm $12 drive-through ,he give me no wax and no rain max on my car., I went to wrong and told him told him he had an attitude, he said I have to pee again

Fast courteous washing service with Kool staff! The Oil change service center rep is a beauty! Some services can be pricey depending on your needs, but they have been fair and taken care of me so far!

I went to wash my car on February 6, 2023 my car went through the machine and on the end I discovered that on the front doors handles end on my Lexus 350 were missing.

Bike got damaged going near the place and they would not help and told me they dont speak english I got hit by a worker with a bat and I called the cops on them

The car wash itself does a good job, but you have to keep an eye on the guys that dry up at the end. They don't always do a thorough job.

Very nicely done. Only $12 exterior wash overnight from 7pm to 7am. Otherwise $25 for a real good full service wash.
