Would never recommend anybody to work here in The Orlando branch management is very up and down. Huge lack of communication between higher-ups and staff. As well as going to jobsites and consistently never having the correct equipment because company cannot accurately order things nor have them shipped correctly. Often have seen customer is very upset in the Orlando area with this company with some of the technicians that I met at the Orlando office were very non-knowledge based on a lot of security and equipment company offered to Customers. Orlando office need some serious training on the amount of stuff they do is wrong the way they apply it. And John Kennedy seems to just hire anybody even with zero experience he does nothing more but just put the burden on the other technicians in the office to train and do everything else it’s quite upsetting that he lets this Orlando office fall apart so much and then keeps his Jacksonville office running great. Jacksonville is where this company needs to stay unfortunately I don’t see them being very successful in Orlando there are too many other bigger companies doing better and greater things.As well as Brandon Hall Individual thinks he runs the Orlando office and it’s pretty sad somebody with three months of security history has such a poor and lack of respect for technicians that work there as well as consistently trash talk them behind their back’s but these are the people that they want to continue to keep on board they will have very bad results with new hires in the future.

Building a home and bought surround sound speaker package from this company. Technicians ran the wiring for the speakers. Didn’t preinstall speaker rings so when the drywall was installed they did not cut out openings for speakers. Technician showed up a week ago took one look and said, “oh they did not install the speaker rings.” He left never to be seen again. Fast forward to today. Ceiling is now insulated, textured and painted. Walk through is tomorrow and the Technician came in this morning took one look, stated he had to go to home depot And never returned. Called sales person David Jarvis and advised. He says I have to call production and will text me the number. Then hangs up before conversation was over. I call the number and get answers machine stating the office is closed. It is 3:25 p.m. Eastern time. Their website states they are open until 4:00 p.m. This is horrible customer service. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

Andres Posada did an excellent and efficient job setting up and explaining how to use my home security system. He went the extra mile and showed me how to use my central vacuum system. I’m very happy with the process of providing the full cost and breakdown of services prior to starting the install. Thanks, Andres, for the orientation and helping me understand how to operate my panel and the app.

Worst company that I have ever done business with. Ordered $515 of outside speakers through Five Smooth Stones and Atlantic homes Technology and have not received a single item for this yet. After emailing multiple times I do not get a reply or resolution. Horrible service

MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE AND THEY DON'T KNOW THEIR BUTT FROM THEIR FACE. MANAGEMENT IS NOT UP TO PAR. WORSE COMPANY EVER! THEY CLAIM TO BE A FAMILY OWNED, CHURCH GOING BUSINESS BUT THEY TREAT EMPLOYEES HORRIBLE!!!! THEY DON'T APPRECIATE GOOD HELP AT ALL.

They have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I've worked with them on countless projects and have never had a negative experience. Highly recommended!
