So i used Google to find storage near me and was directed to the Atlantic Self Storage in Oakleaf. Using their website I identified the size of storage unit I wanted and the price has a web deal for the first three months. However upon arriving at the location to purchase the space at the advertised price I was informed that I must have made a mistake and was at the wrong place. I was informed that the phone number associated with the Google map entry was for the Argyle/ Blanding location. I showed the associate the the website and verified the address was for Oakleaf. They offered me a price that was almost 2x the amount as posted online. Upon leaving I called the number that I was told went to the store that honored those online prices......Was connected to the Oakleaf storage unit.. Get that crooks and liars feeling

We rented from the orange park location at Jefferson. The elevator has been down for 8 months as of December 2023. Our units were in the 2nd floor. We have been waiting for at least 6minyhs to move our things out for them to fix the elevator. It seems they are holding our items hostage to make money. Their solution is to give 1month free rent to assist in the cost of a moving company. When our items were moved out prior to the current month ending, the company wouldn't change the solution to a current month refund to assist in moving costs. There is no one working at the facility. You have to drive to another facility to talk to a person. They are way over priced. Other units are half their cost for the same size units. I would look elsewhere to store your precious belongings

I have to tell everyone what am amazing experience I had today, at this location. Jasmine assisted me in renting a unit, and my experience was nothing short of MAGNIFICENT! She was very polite, professional, and efficient! I haven't had a good service interaction like this in a long while, and it was a breath of fresh air sitting and talking with her. I am thankful to have met her, the world needs more people like Jasmine. Thank you so much!!

Love the place. Brian and his wife and their staff are very nice and easy to get along with. The place is quite open meaning the alleys are quite wide for easy access, and it is kept in a good state of repair. Very happy to be there. That staff is always ready to work with you if you need special concessions or if special circumstances arise and they're always willing to work with you to the best of their abilities.

Folks at OAKLEAF AND CLAY COUNTY...This storage facility and staff are EXCELLENT! Jasmine, Stephanie and Bryan run it like family! These folks are truly amazing! The facility is clean inside and out! I have been tenant for 14 months or so due to an illness! I wanted to share some positive feedback based on such an amazing team and facility! Thanks guy's for everything! GOD BLESS! JEFF

Great place with climate controlled storage units, its very secure with everyone having their own code to get in & that code will only allow the person on the elevator to the floor the unit is on. Very clean & always plenty off carts to help you load or unload.

Nice facility with 24 he access. Staff is not pushy and tends to be quick and helpful. First 3-month half price promo and varied promo's on various storage areas. Secured facility with cameras. Keypad entry and use of the elevator in air conditioned areas.

I’ve used this facility on various occasions and have had nothing but excellent service! The team, led by Bryan, are welcoming, helpful and accommodating. The facility is always clean and well maintained! Highly recommended!
