Absolute worst experience I've ever had in an establishment. I called 40 minutes before closing to make sure I was good to come in (she tried to talk me out of it because it was close to closing time yeah I only live four minutes away)when I got there she was on her phone for 5 minutes before speaking to me. (Not talking but on Facebook) a black dude came in and tried to talk her out of preparing my lease because it was 30 minutes till close (we took 20 minutes to prepare and be signed and for me to be out the door) when directed to follow the man outside he said nothing and slammed the door on my face. I honestly can't believe how rude the staff is!!!! Definitely could use some new management! Check your cameras!!!!

I have always loved all Atlantic Self Storage locations all over Jacksonville, but the Millcoe location has been by far my best experience. The office managers Laura and Terrance were absolutely great! They made our last minute transition extremely smooth, fast and gave us a great deal on boxes, while also throwing in some extras for buying additional boxes with them rather than other vendors. They have the best pricing in all of Jacksonville along with ASAP availability, and unlike other Atlantic locations, they are open seven days a week! Which was extremely helpful during our last minute move! Thanks for all your help! 10/10 recommend this location and 10/10 best customer service!

Roaches! All kinds of roaches! Big ones, little ones, round ones, thin ones, black ones, brown ones, white ones! Piles and piles of roach poop. They ate my shoes and my books and some of my clothes. They love Manila envelopes for some reason. Holes in everything. I'll be spraying my stuff and throwing half my belongings away. They don't even insure the damage to reimburse me for my loss. It wasn't worth my storing my stuff here. Might as well give it away to Goodwill next time. So sad last year hurricane destroyed half my stuff now roaches in their infested unit eats the other half. It was so disgusting. I hope I don't get sick handling all this roach grit.

Good location, friendly & helpful staff,and Fair Pricing, but the facility seriously needs some house keeping and improvements to the buildings and Roll-Up-Doors. I need a very small dumpster for my business and because I'm an honest man and want to do things right and organized I am now forced to rent a Lot ($175 )to keep it on when others are using the grass spots for free for there dumpsters. $300 a Month for a 2yrd dumpster service!!! Ouch! NO THANKS

Laura and Terrance exceeded my expectations with customer service. They answered every question with full details and exact instructions on how to handle my particular situation. I appreciate both of their help very much in this crazy time that I am going through with moving households.! I would definitely recommend the milco Atlantic self storage to anybody that is looking for a great storage facility and GREAT customer service!

Frankie says: This location is OK. The lady in the office is really nice and knowledgeable. I wish their prices were lower and the speed bumps lower too. My ride keeps getting scraped up. Get the damp did because their is moisture even in the climate control. Item of a humidor, it's storage.

I went to Atlantic Self Storage to check on some things that I have stored there. The staff is very nice. I have friends who have things stored there. I have referred people that I know about Atlantic Self Storage.

Since I have rented there for a few years now. I have never seen any maintenance done to the place. It's always dirty and lacks good customer service. I don't see the justification in the rate increase!

Large gated storage facility with every size and shape locker you could want, including conditioned and drive in. Also have open lot storage available. Desk guys are easy to work with.

The customer service we were given today was phenomenal. Two very kind individuals, one male and a female, both very polite and courteous. Thank you for the awesome staff.
