This facility appeared to truly be a decent storage facility for the price AND access. We rented our 10x15unit on Thursday, accessed the unit (which you have to go through several closed doors to even get to) and could not get into it on Saturday. We drove 4 hours and loaded our 26’ truck and drove back expecting to get into our unit. To our surprise we couldn’t get into the gate (after accessing it on Thursday). We couldn’t turn around, they should at least have a way for trucks to get in and out. You also have to use your code to get in and out of the gate. Had to drop our car dolly to even get out of the parking lot. So after multiple attempts we couldn’t even get into them gate. You can’t even wait for anyone. Don’t worry about calling their little customer service line because you will not get any help on Sunday - regardless of what their website states. When we came back Monday the gentleman acted like it was not an inconvenience or an issue that we couldn’t access the unit. They weren’t interested in accommodations by any means - we just wanted them to pay for the extra 2 days we had to pay for our truck Rental because their system malfunctioned. We watched other people access the gate while we were getting our 26’ out of the way. As a custom service professional- this is just ridiculous. You should be more than accommodating when your system is the problem. When we did come back on Monday the guy told us they would have to check with the district manager and neither the district manager nor anyone from the call center has returned our call as of 6:15 on Tuesday. Ultimately had to go find another storage unit. Go to cube smart - anywhere but this specific location.

Where do I start. We were looking for several storage units in a short amount of time. I reached out with no answer but surprisingly within minutes received a phone call back which was impressive. I explained our situation. The staff was amazing!!!!!!!!!!! They where Patient and willing to work with us. They showed us several units and offered options to chose from. They created a plan that would accommodate us and save us money. With everything going on , storing our things was made easy and stress free!!!!! Thanks again!!!!!

John at Atlantic Self Storage 7020 Normandy was absolutely amazing. He helped me out tremendously after uhaul screwed me over on a storage shed. He showed me available units and helped me decide the best for for me. I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing storage. John is the best manager and I will definitely be back for any future storage needs.

John was a huge help in finding the right storage unit for me and saved me a ton of money! He has a great personality, is a major people's person, and not only did he help me but he provided great service to the other customers throughout our visit. I'd recommend anybody looking for a great deal and awesome customer service to head over there and ask for John!

Very helpful staff. Rented here for two years and have nothing but great things to say about them. Nice clean facility. Staff has been helpful to a fault. Even calling to remind me when I forgot to send my payment. They even made up the difference when I sent a check for the wrong amount. It was less than a dollar but was very appreciated.

Amazing facility! Well kept, and clean parking lot and roadways. Very convenient location. The climate controlled unit I have maintains a decent temperature regardless of what is going on outside. Bruce and Dawn were both a pleasure to interact with. I know I made a great decision storing my belongings here.

Always so pleasant, even during COVID. Crystal has always been very professional but friendly to us. Even when I was sick, she showed compassion to me and I really appreciated it. The facility has always been kept clean and always willing assist. Will miss you Crystal. Thanks for everything!!

I recently got the 3 month special and was not advised that I had to buy their package of damp rid, flash light, mattress cover, and their lock. It was a shock being as they did not inform me that they were not included in the 3 month special. I feel it is a rip off if you ask me.

I would like to take the time to thank Miss Dawn.. the most sweetest lady I ever met Atlantic Storage on Normandy is the best they work with their customers they give you a good rate and if you ever want to get a storage just go see Miss Dawn.... and the rest of the Gang.

Very nice, always works with you as long as you keep communication with them about what is going on. It's very hard to not like this place. Dawn is sweet and cares about everyone, Bruce is always there to lend a hand when needed. Seriously awesome place.

John is spectacular. He walked us around the whole property to look at different units to fit our needs. He is very personable and I feel extremely comfortable with him in the front office looking over the property and our belongings.

I have more than one unit here for years. the managers are super friendly and always willing to help. they keep the place clean and well maintained.

Don't go at night and watch your back even though it's gated. I make sure I never leave my concealed carry gun when I have to go.
