We have rented at the Old St Augustine Rd/295 Jacksonville location for several years and I must say Ron and Judy run a very clean and well maintained complex. From the moment you walk in until you leave and on reoccurring visits you are given the royal treatment and made to feel valued as a customer. The facility is always clean and neat. On a recent visit there was a little hiccup with someone’s unit and the professionalism they showed in handling it went above and beyond. They truly know how to offer outstanding customer service at all times. This has been the cleanest place I have ever rented from. Ron and Judy Stormy are definitely an asset to Atlantic Self Storage.

Best Place for storage, I tried 2 other places, first place no one was on site and the 2nd place was at lunch(2pm). I'm so glad because the service was beyond excellent at this one on old st Augustine rd. I also got 3 boxes,flashlight and damp rid FREE. Plus I got a great deal! Save your time and energy go here FIRST!

Nice owners with a personal touch... I expected "here's a lock... Off you go" but from the initial phone call, to a quick tour of the facility, including making sure we had everything for our move. They were on top of every detail and not "just another storage unit."

Friendly peeps, while inside unit is temp controlled it us not humidity controlled. Make sure leather is cleaned and anything upholstered is covered
