Great storage facility if you are looking for a non-temperature controlled unit. The facility is easy to get in and out of via code and the prices are reasonable. The most impressive element of this storage facility is their Customer Service. Any time I needed assistance with my unit, all of their staff was courteous, polite and very helpful. Specifically wanted to mention Miss Bonnie - she is wonderful! Recently, I evacuated my unit (simply no longer needed the additional space). I removed all items to take to my home, except a bunch of clothes that I had planned to take to goodwill. I removed my lock and left. Originally, my intention was to return that day, but other priorities popped up. Early the next day, I received a call from Miss Bonnie, wanting to check with me and let me know my unit was not locked. She was concerned my items were not secure. I let her know that my intent was to fully evacuate but was strapped on time to return and grab the clothes for Goodwill. Graciously, she offered to remove the remaining items for me. This was very helpful. Overall, great experience renting a unit from them and would recommend it.

I have been a customer here at Atlantic Storage on Kernan for approximately 2 months and my expectations have been above and beyond my expectations. When I was calling around to local storage facilities for pricing; I was greeted by Bonnie the facility manager. She not only was very personable but very thorough in explaining the pricing, guidelines and what I could expect as a customer. The facility is pleasant, easy access and the staff has been nothing but personable and welcoming. I find myself going into to the office while I’m at my storage to simply say hello to Bonnie and her staff. Thank you for personalizing my storage experience and not making me feel like a number. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone that is looking for short or long term storage. In closing, in addition I found the rates very competitive and oftentimes lower than the competition.

I have to say this place is clean and they really take care of the units. However, for the two years I've been using their unit the price went up 3 or 4 times. from $136 to $159. I store most of clothes, shoes, photos and books in there so I really wanted the unit that is air conditioned. However, every time I go it feels mushy and hot in the area of my unit. On one occasion I came through front door vs back door where my unit is and I realized that the first hallway is much cooler and it doesn't feel mushy in there, I told the office lady what I observed and she didn't even blink. Her explanation was that someone might just have been in there..Not true, I was in my unit reorganizing things and all doors were closed, and it never got colder comparing to the next hallway.

Bonnie is amazing! Her interpersonal skills are off the chain. As a stager and designer I deal with many storage units and Bonnie is the best I’ve ever seen in 30 years of my business. She helped me get things done efficiently and get into the unit quickly with my movers and I’m so glad I’m here wish all my other units were here too. I highly recommend this location if you want the best service and units she even sprayed and prepared the units in advance so they would be ready for our movers today!! Bonnie is the best!

Bonnie is amazing! We stopped by in January and she took our info and said she would call the beginning of March. Well today Kelly and I were out for lunch and Bonnie did call us and we were able to book one of her few remaining units. Not often in today's world that people and companies follow up like that. The units are clean, and secure and easy to get to, especially if your kids are going to UNF. Highly recommend them. But hurry since they are almost out of units!

Just moved out today but the stay, staff, and payment process was so easy! Bonnie is amazing and I may be back for smaller unit for some household items but for now I'm onto better things! My car was safe and I slept very well at night knowing she was! Very helpful even while I was on deployment! I highly recommend if you are military and need a place to keep your things while you are gone! Thank you again for everything!

From check in to check out is been a fast process. I forgot his name but this older gentleman showed me all units I was curious about, answer all questions and concerns I had and sign me up quick. Now the check out was fast, thank you Bony. Bony also introduced me to her chihuahua who is amazing and very caring. I recommend this place for my future storage spot.

Kernan Blvd is the best Managed location of Atlantic Self Storage. Bonnie Mariani is the best manager, best personality and most efficient manager I have dealt with in over 10 years renting with Atl Self Storage. The location is clean, safe and fully functional. Terrible customer service. Always changing management and the new ones are very rude. I have been a customer for over 6 years and will be leaving due to constantly adding extra costs for things that have been done in the past for free. I have seen about 10 different managers over the last couple of years, but these are the worst yet!

They are great! I held my stuff there for a few months and had no issues. Best part is that once I was done storing my stuff, I took off my lock, then called a few days later, but they had already released me from the lease as to make sure I would not get charged for the next month! Great customer service!

Very centrally located. You never know when you might have to access your atorage container and it saves you a lot fo time for quick trips. Also very close to UNF in case you are a college student and happen to be moving out for the summer. Each container holds a lot.
