STOP!!! Seriously, if you are looking to store your belongings, you must do it here! Sarah was my initial interaction and my first call before price shopping. I always factor in customer service to the price as, at the end of the day, I am looking for value. Upon calling back to secure my unit, Nathen answered my call this time. It just so happens that they are brother and sister so, MOM, your job raising them, well done ✅. Here’s the bottom line... funny, courteous, respectful, helpful, accommodating, professional, patient, and by all means executed a perfect and exceptional customer service experience. While waiting to sign my paperwork, another tenant conversed with the staff and I knew I was right where I needed to be. I added 9 minutes to my commute, one way so, 18 minutes round trip and every bit worth the time. I believe in value and y’all are amazing! Thank you for making my move, across country, easy and I’ll see you again soon. By far one of my best customer service experiences ever!

The storage unit was paid for through July and the management took it upon themselves to reclaim the unit because I had emptied my belongings. I told Nathan that I was planning on putting other items in the unit and he said that was impossible because it had already been processed as vacant. He said he would have called me but he couldn't find my number. I reminded Nathan that he didn't have a problem finding my number to tell me the rates went up. I then asked for a refund for at least Julys rent since I paid 2 months in advance, just like the previous payments. Nathan apologized that he couldn't refund any money due to policy but did offer one month free...even though i had paid for 2 months. He ended the conversation by telling me "I hope your day gets better". Long story short, don't pay 2 months in advance....they have no problem renting your unit that you have already paid for. Bad business.

We have been renting storage space from the Baymedows Atlantic Storage since 2015 and we finally got our um stuff together that we were able to move our stuff out and close our account. However I am writing the review because I was very impressed with the staff’s professionalism and helpfulness. We show up announced and ask to close our account. Technically there is a 30 day notice but Nathan Storey the manager said one of his primary goal is to save me money. And that he would be able close auto-pay and there would be no problem. No hassle, easy peasy and very refreshing. The place has always been clean and secure. I almost feel like I lost a room in my house. I don’t give 5 stars reviews as a matter of principle but this experience come pretty close.

I stored some priceless items of my deceased family members for almost five years and purchased an air conditioned unit to ensure they would stay in good condition. However, when I returned, the facility was very humid. All my items were molded. It looks like a mouse or something chewed through some of my wood furniture. Also, I saw roaches everywhere. I had to throw many items out and spend thousands to restore damaged furniture. I was so devastated and disappointed. Although the customer service is friendly, it was not worth my awful overall experience.

I have rented from Atlantic storage at this location for several years. They are very friendly and helpful and really seem to know their stuff. The location is kind of hard to find but I used to go to the health food store next door, so I knew it was there and really find them helpful. I have since moved to another part of the city and kept my storage at this location because they are so helpful when I need something!

This is off the beaten path. Steve the Manager there was very Helpful. Super nice guy. Everything was explained to a T, no hidden cost or fee's etc. I'm in the middle of selling my home and needed to declutter my home and this place was perfect choice. Very nice inside and climate controlled. Highly recommend just from my experience i definitely will be using thus establishment for the for seeable future.

Been at this storage facility for years and is always a welcoming environment with helpful staff. Cindy at the front desk is a rock star and goes above and beyond in making sure clients have all they need including a lock when in desperate need. And she’s hot too!!! But I digress, great facilities I would highly recommend this site for your storage needs.

I highly recommend Atlantic Self Storage at Baymeadows. The staff Billy and Cindy was so patient with me when I came in to rent a unit. They took the time with me, answering all my questions. They even recommended a different size unit from the one I thought, I needed. They were right. Thank you

I have been with Atlantic Self Storage for a long time and the customer service has always been first rate. The staff are always friendly and willing to help out. Also, the building is kept clean and well maintained. 24/7 access, a selection of carts and climate controlled. Highly recommended!

Crystal and John Higby (the owners/managers) were fantastic to work with! They helped us to find the right storage unit and worked with us to get the best deal! They are incredibly kind and professional! Would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to family and friends!

Everyone that works at this Baymeadows location has always been extremely nice and helpful but yesterday I called and Cindy answered the phone. She was rude and frankly should not be working with the public on any capacity. Just a terrible tone and absolutely no customer service skills.

The staff at this location make the renting experience a positive one. The husband and wife duo are a great team and Cindy was so helpful and attentive to figuring what would be the best and most convenient fit for my storage needs! She's the best. Thank you Cindy for your help!

This is a great storage facility, nice, clean units and exceptional customer service. We had our personal belongings in there for almost a year and everything was intact anytime we go there. Kudos to Crystal & John Higby, great team everyday! I’m happy with the overall service!

This storage is very clean, client oriented, customer service is GREAT!, they treat you with a smile and courtesy. You can be in your storage any time you need something because is 24hrs. I really recommend this storage.
