We had an excellent experience with Chris F., Chris and Matt, and I would recommend this crew to a client, friend or neighbor. Old plumbing breach in the crawl on the main sewer line and NO cleanout on a late 60's home. We had already done some excavation and had a drain cleanout specialist open up the clay main to snake and found an unusual transfer pipe situation from when the house was built. Matt came out with camera the next day, confirmed the main outside was not compromised, and came up with an outside the box solution that addressed restoring the main, the copper inside and installing a new cleanout so we can service the line in the future without hassle. Price was very reasonable and included excavation and inside/outside line restoration, done the same day. Matt was very good at explaining what he thought the issues were and what he advised to address. The communication throughout the project from Chris F. was crystal clear and super helpful. On my first call I explained what we were doing, his advice was spot on, then they stepped in when we were ready for assistance. Attaboy Plumbing is the best Plumbing Company in the Indianapolis Marketplace. I was putting in a new stamped concrete patio and wanted to run a gas line out to the gas firepit that is built into the patio. They did SUCH.A.GREAT.JOB!!! I would highly recommend Attaboy Plumbing. They were attentive to my needs. They heard what I was saying and took the time to listen and help come up with the best solution. Instead of running a hard gas line, the came up with the idea of running PVC from my crawl space out to where the firepit would be, and then the concrete company poured the concrete, and then Attaboy Plumbing came back and ran a flex line through the PVC and completed the Gas firepit. This was brilliant, because if there is ever an issue, I don't have to cut up the concrete, but just back the gas line out through the PVC. I can't recommend them enough. 5 Star for sure!!!

Our plumbing problem started with finding yellow beads in the bottom of our toilet and then having a loss of water pressure/volume from 2 faucets. Having used AttaBoy before, I called them first for pricing. Upon explaining my problem to Chris F. he was immediately able to diagnose my problem. He told me that those beads were from the water softener failing. Long story short, our 10/11 yr water softener needed to be replaced. Not only was Chris very helpful and professional in his recommendations, he was able to provide us with honest and fair upfront pricing. We had an excellent experience with Attaboy! The manager, Chris, came out to our house the day after I called (in a snowstorm) to provide an estimate on a tankless water heater system for our home. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and he actually provided several other cost-saving alternatives to what we had been looking at. He explained every detail from top to bottom ensuring we understood exactly what our options were and where our money would best be spent. He even gave us an amazing deal and installed everything we needed the SAME DAY! The technician, Matt, who actually performed the installation was extremely friendly, professional, and completed everything quickly while working around my 3 kids. I will definitely use Attaboy for any of my future plumbing/HVAC needs.

Never again. First of all the installers are great. But I was charged $648 in labor to replace a water heater they installed that is four years old and still under warranty. It leaked everywhere and ruined hundreds of dollars of our things that we had to throw out. Called for an explanation about the cost and they still want $500+. I'm sorry that's rediculous and I was not told the cost when I scheduled the service call. Especially knowing the person doing the actual labor is getting a very small piece of that. Installation also took longer than it should because the original installer did not take a picture of the serial number for the warranty. New installer had to come here to get the number and then leave to get the replacement water heater. More like Ripoff Boy.

I went to Angie's List to find a plumber that could help me with my Water Heater that stopped working on Friday morning. AttaBoy was the first company to call me, almost immediately after I submitted the request. They offered to come out and diagnose the issue for Free and were able to work with my busy schedule to get a technician out that same day so my family didn't have to go without Hot Water over the weekend. The technician, Scott, was amazing. He did a thorough investigation of the Water Heater, found the problem and took care of it quickly and efficiently. He was very trustworthy and an all around nice guy, it was a pleasure getting to interact with him. I'll be going with AttaBoy for all my future plumbing needs for sure.

My hot water pressure dropped suddenly, so I had AttaBoy come out and look at the water heater. It's an 11 year old Kenmore that didn't have the proper dielectric transition mounted to the hot water out line. They said they might be able to get the part but would recommend replacing the water heater. After a little negotiating, we agreed on a very competitive price, which included installation of the new water heater, gas lines to the heater, thermostat, and exhaust ventilation, as well as carrying out the old water heater. They were very efficient, quick to respond, and customer-service oriented. I will be using AttaBoy again for future plumbing needs and will recommend them to anyone with the same needs! They did a great job.

Edward was fantastic! Our sump pump wasn't working, and I'm very ignorant to all of those types of things. I was under the assumption that we needed a new sump pump entirely. Instead of just replacing it, he checked everything to try to save us money first. Come to find out it was just the check valve and that saved us over $400. He had initially told us one price and it came to be that the price was about $70 higher than what he had told us. He marked it down to the original price without us even asking/bringing it up. We were just happy to not have to pay $600. We've gone through AttaBoy plumbing twice now and exemplary service each time. There isn't a single plumber I would call over AttaBoy. I was amazed at the service. AttaBoy replaced a water heater several months ago. Today we recognized evidence of water in our garage near the recent water heater install. We assumed it was related to the water heater and we rang the company just after 8 AM this morning. Jake Waycott was on site near noon (I love the email with the photo that came when he was dispatched). He diagnosed the issue as not the water heater but the pipe connecting the water softener to the drain was too short allowing a back flow of water. He had a replacement pipe in this truck. He spent about 30 minutes installing a new pipe. When my wife asked about the charge he said.."No Charge" I was shocked. I am now an Attaboy customer for life.

My wife and I are in the process of moving/purchasing new home in Indy. The inspection found a carbon monoxide leak from flu vent of water heater amongst other things. The sellers using Attaboy had "it fixed" along with purchasing a new water heater. After we moved into the house we obtained a second opinion from Peterman Plumbing who was very thorough and identified multiple carbon monoxide leaks still present including from the improperly placed flu vent over top of a new water heater. In my opinion Attaboy tried to make it look like something was done by replacing an old water heater but did not properly complete the job and was not truthful about the carbon monoxide leak that was still present in the house.

We woke up in the morning and noticed we did not have any hot water along with condensation around the base of the hot water heater. We called Atta boy they were out there within the hour; they turned around and called the company that was listed on the hot water heater (OEM)to see if the current hot water heater was still under warranty; we were originally quoted $1400.00 for a brand new hot water heater; after the phone call to the OEM the price was reduced to $600.00; Atta boy had the new hot water heater installed within about 1 hour. The sales guy new what he was talking about, was engaging and professional . The service and integrity was top notch. Definitely recommend this organization.

We had a new water heater installed in May and had several issues with it but Scott was absolutely fabulous with assisting us with everything we needed to fix it! He was very understanding and kind. The only complaint I have is that we were without hot water for several days and the scheduling / operations manager promised to have someone out as quickly as possible and one morning I was late to work waiting on someone to arrive and they never came. It was quite frustrating especially having to be late for work and rearrange our schedules on top of dealing with no hot water. Overall, I would highly recommend Attaboy and definitely ask for Scott. He is wonderful!

We own a house in Indianapolis and we live in Montana. We called up Atta Boy for the lift station that was broken. We are so happy with them and their work. I recently purchased a home and encountered major plumbing problems within a week of moving in. A "big box" plumbing company came and quoted me thousands of dollars for unnecessary repairs. Attaboy came out the same day and worked with me to come up with a plan to fix the necessary repairs in the most cost- effective way. I simply would not use anyone else! I worked for one of the top-rated customer service companies in the United States for several years, so I have incredibly high expectations. They far surpassed my expectations! Attaboy is what I would consider a customer service all-star. They gained a customer for life!

The plumber was nice and professional. He determined I needed to replace our garbage disposal system which was leaking. We could replace it with a 1/2 hp or 3/4 hp model. Our current model is 3/4. He emailed a quote with prices. I have used Atta Boy for years for both my personal residence and for my business. Atta Boy technicians, especially Scott McCracken have been terrific. Bill the technician is magnificent! Recently moved into a older model home, and Bill resolved my plumbing issue with tree root buildup in the septic line. He was assisted by Mitch (one of the bosses, I believe) to ensure that the procedure being performed was a success and more importantly that Bill was safe while working with heavy duty machinery while within the crawl space. Recommended multiple options for how to resolve this issue (and other potential problems) before they did the work to allow me options... Shop around if you must but Atta Boy will be my only call.

We contacted AttaBoy plumbing to come and investigate an odor coming from our basement/septic system. They showed up right on time and determined that it was likely leaking from a bad seal on one of the tanks in our basement. They decided the best solution would be to replace the lid to the tank rather than attempt to seal it. I okayed the purchase and they told me they would return in 2 days. This was 4 weeks ago and they have not returned or contacted us. The smell continues while we wait for the repair to be completed.

Our septic tank was acting up for the 3rd time in 14 months. We decided to go with a new company since the previous company obviously hadn't fixed the real problem. AttaBoy was amazing! My wife and I were thrilled to find Jim -- Attaboy's extremely competent and quite personable lift-pump specialist -- who was able to rapidly diagnose and fix the electronics and mechanical problems associated with our pump. This is the only plumbing company I use. I started out with a different company, but once I switch to Attaboy, I haven't gone anywhere else. They are professional, pricing is reasonable. I have recommended them to family members. They are responsive. In my previous home, I installed 4 new toilets with them. Every time I have an issue, I call them. The pilot light in my water heater would not light. They sent a guy promptly and he was very professional. He came and said it was not worth fixing and quoted me water heaters for $2000. I payed $50 for a service charge and he left. So I payed $50 for him to tell me to get a new water heater. I would have preferred if he told me what it cost to fix instead of just saying buy a new water heater. I got a new water heater from Lowes and payed $800 installed.

This is the 2nd time I had someone from AttaBoy come out and do work for me. Both times the plumber did great jobs and both were friendly and very knowledgeable. This is the second time I have used Attaboy. Vernon was here both times and did a great job while being very friendly. The first time was to replace a water heater. Vernon did a great job and the price was very good. The second time was for a running toilet that I just couldn't figure out. Vernon tried a couple of things and it was quickly fixed. I will ask for Vernon by name for my next call.

We just Ken from Attaboy out to take a look at a super high water bill that we were experiencing. Ken did a through examine and determined that we had a leak under our slab. He has someone out to find the leak that same day and was out the following day to make the repair. AttaBoy even provided financing for the project since this came as a unexpected expense. AttaBoy gets 5 stars in my book.

I called in the morning on 10/17/2017, and by the afternoon I had a service tech installing a new water heater. My old water heater started leaking out of the top fitting that had rusted and corroded. Chris also helped identify the company 800-water-damage to help with some cleanup we needed for our living room to dry out our carpet and carpet pad that had gotten wet during the leaking.

We had set appt up for particular day & time -which was accommodated nicely -original tech that was to come out had not been available but this tech was up to speed on issues we were concerned with & addressed them in timely manner & gave input & put together quotes on what might be needed in the future so that we would have good reference when time comes to update systems.

We had a leak happen, and it got out of control fast. I called around 9:30 this morning. I was at work. We were able to setup a same day appointment. They were early. The quality of work was good. I was stressing over the fact that the sump pump at my home was not working properly and our basement flooded. We called AttaBoy, who came by the same day, diagnosed the issue (great, sump pump was out...), and provided us with a replacement on the spot. Called on a Sunday afternoon to schedule a estimate for a new 2 way clean out to be dug out and installed in the front yard and some jetting to be done. Never heard back. I called in the morning with a leak in my garage that looked like it was coming from the foundation. They came out within a few hours and diagnosed that the problem wasn't a plumbing issue, but rather a problem with my furnace drainage line. They were friendly, professional, honest, and very helpful.

Had an appointment to arrive from 11:00am -1:00pm. At 1:08 I get a call and was told that they weren't going to be there. They were also unaccomidating for the reschedule. I told them I would just take my business elsewhere.
